There is no better outdoor kayak experience than going on an excursion with Bruce and his team! Whether one has or has not been in a kayak, they make you feel comfortable and prepared. The water and coves that one sees are sheer raw beauty. You learn and see many aspects about the local wildlife. And the ferry ride over and back from Deer Island is an added bonus!

Awesome adventure. Such a beautiful little island to start from. Our guide, Bruce, was a really experienced paddler and taught us some basics and advanced manoeuvres. We were able to paddle for 13k with ease as he navigated us through the islands. We saw a lot a seals , eagles and even whales! Kayaks are really well maintained. Definitely worth the price for the day. Recommend to go in the morning for a calm and smooth ride. Very relaxing. Would recommend and even go again for sure!

We went on the full day trip and it was outstanding. Couldn’t ask for better guides (thanks Bruce and Harry!). They were friendly, informative and even took pictures of the whole family throughout the trip. The best part about the day trip is that when you leave the tide is at its lowest point and by the time you come back the tide is at its highest point. It really is an amazing transformation that you have to see in person to fully appreciate. The day trip also comes with a peaceful lunch on the sandy shores of one of the many small islands, which includes fresh fruit, veggies, cheese and the best smoked salmon I’ve ever tried. In terms of wildlife, we saw a few porpoises, a minky whale, jellyfish, lots of seals, and even several bald eagles and their babies/adolescents. Overall it was a very special experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to do it again if we’re ever in the area.

This place is one of a kind! A special place with exceptional people running it. We saw all kinds of wild life from seals chasing the boats to bald eagles buzzing. Can't recommend this place in general, and Seascape specifically, enough. My second tour with Bruce and Guy, the first was in Costa Rica ( another must see). Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to this little part of heaven...
