Purchased plane tickets through the agency. When our flight was delayed and we ultimately were shipped home on a different carrier in a different class than we paid for the Agency declined to advise or help us coordinate on how best to get compensated for A) The EU delay/passenger rights B) how to get reimbursed for flying economy instead of Club Class. It was the ultimate brush off & I can't see what benefits or value add were provided by buying through the Agency. Frankly, I was thankful we weren't stranded someplace relying on this business to help.
