The staff and personnel and ships are amazing but the communication during this extended covid could be a lot better. I saw many people leaving turned away from the ferry as there was no immediate indication on the web page or phone messages that they are down to less than 1/3 capacity. A simple Banner ad on their web page or a message on their phone service before you got into the nitty gritty would go a long way to helping salvage a vacation that was supposed to include the chichiman. It is not usually hard to get on to the ferry especially during weekdays but now you have to book a month out to get a spot

The staff are amazing! When I checked in to the loading docks at both check points, 2 attendants noticed the low pressure in one of my tires. Not only did they point this out, they had an air compressor and pumped up my tire. We had a 4 hour drive home so this attention to detail was greatly appreciated by myself and my family. The ferry service worked like clock work! Many, many thanks!

Always such great service on and off the boats! I’ve had to change many reservations this summer and I always get a speedy response!

Had no logistical issues or anything like that. Just made the reservation, showed up, and there were no hiccups. On the ferry, it's nice that there's an indoor lounge area where you can chill if you don't want to be outside. If you do go outside, I'd recommend going to the very front. On a warm summer day, that strong cool wind blowing on you feels nice ????
