For those who want to know more: For our honeymoon we did business with Passion Voyage because the reviews on the internet were very good and because we especially wanted to leave with peace of mind, have nothing to think about and not be ripped off. From the start, our agent did not seem to have fully understood our request, but after some laborious discussions the proposals corresponded to our request. Shortly before our departure, the agent had to settle the organization of our various transfers (airport hotel, hotel in casa particular, casa airport). In the end, we were told that it would be cheaper if we managed on the spot and that it was easy, without any advice on available transport, prices etc. We were told the same for an excursion we wanted to do and unfortunately it was not as easy as expected and we were not able to do the excursion we wanted. But the icing on the sunday was when we realized that the accommodation for the second part of our trip had not been booked by Passion Voyage but through an intermediary and that we therefore paid 45% more for our housing. If it were only that .... on our reservation form we had a person to call to organize our arrival at the casa particular. The person did not understand what we were talking about and obviously had no relation to our host whom we never managed to reach. We tried to reach our agent, no response. We called the agency and got a follow-up only after we arrived. Finally, luckily, the owner was at her downstairs neighbor so she was there when we arrived. We showed her our reservation sheet she did not know any of the 3 numbers and people indicated. The owner of Passion Voyage followed up email with us while we were still on the trip and instead of apologizing and making a gesture of goodwill she explained to us without complex that they had done business with a new reservation center on which they had little feedback and thank us for alerting. But it is that it is not for us to pay for this error !! I suggested that she call me back when we got back to Montreal it's been 20 days ... I'm still waiting. So we take an agency to ensure we are well served for a beautiful honeymoon and ultimately stress, additional expenses and lack of consideration of the agency. I really do not recommend and we remain bitter from this experience. (Original) Communication difficile, absence de réactivité, suivi aléatoire. Gros manque de professionnalisme et de considération. Pour celles et ceux qui veulent en savoir plus : Pour notre lune de miel nous avons fait affaire avec Passion Voyage car les avis sur internet étaient très bons et parce que nous voulions surtout partir l'esprit tranquille, ne rien avoir à penser et ne pas nous faire arnaquer. Dès le début, notre agente ne semblait pas avoir bien compris notre demande mais après quelques laborieux échanges les propositions correspondaient à notre demande. L'agente devait régler, peu avant notre départ, l'organisation de nos différents transferts (aéroport hotel, hotel à casa particular, casa aéroport). Finalement on s'est fait dire que ça serait moins cher si on se debrouillait sur place et que c'était facile, sans aucun conseil sur les transports disponibles, les prix etc. On s'est fait dire la même chose pour une excursion que nous voulions faire et malheureusement ça n'a pas été aussi facile que prévu et nous n'avons pas pu faire l'excursion que nous voulions. Mais la cerise sur le sunday c'est quand on s'est rendu compte que le logement de la 2e partie de notre voyage n'avait pas été réservé par Passion Voyage mais par un intermédiaire et que nous avons donc payé 45% plus cher notre logement. Si ce n'était que ça.... sur notre fiche de réservation nous avions une personne à appeler pour organiser notre arrivée à la casa particular. La personne ne comprenait pas de quoi nous parlions et n'avait visiblement aucun rapport avec notre hôte que nous n'avons jamais réussi à joindre. Nous avons tenté de joindre notre agente, aucune réponse. Nous avons appelé l'agence et nous avons eu un suivi seulement après que nous soyons arrivés. Finalement, heureusement, la propriétaire était chez sa voisine du dessous donc elle était là quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous lui avons montré notre feuille de réservation elle ne connaissait aucun des 3 numéros et personnes indiquées. La propriétaire de Passion Voyage a fait un suivi courriel avec nous alors que nous étions encore en voyage et au lieu de s'excuser et faire un geste commercial elle nous explique sans complexe qu'elles ont fait affaire avec une nouvelle centrale de réservations sur laquelle elles n'avaient que peu de feedbacks et nous remercie d'avoir alerter. Mais c'est que ce n'est pas à nous de payer pour cette erreur !! J'ai proposé qu'elle me rappelle à notre retour à Montréal ça fait 20 jours... J'attend toujours. Donc on prend une agence pour nous assurer d'être bien servi pour passer une belle lune de miel et au final stress, dépenses supplémentaires et manque de considération de l'agence. Je ne recommande vraiment pas et nous restons amers de cette expérience.
