When I contacted them for inquiries, I was greeted in the most unprofessional way posssible. Not only was she not helpful in any way possible, her grammar was just has terrible and horrendous has her attitude and professionalism. They should be ashame to call themself professionals. Not only did they loose a potential customer, I will never recommend this company to anyone. If I could give it a negative 5 stars I wouldn't think twice.

We had better service at the rothesay location in the past than with Shauna in moncton. My fiance and I booked a trip to Vegas, and she made comments about the length and details of our trip that came off as rude. It made us feel like she was criticising our trip choices, which did not feel great. We will likely book online the next time instead.
