We dealt with Tamena Odishaw and she was very unprofessional. We booked a vacation and paid 2400$, a few days after we falsely tested positive for COVID and had to isolate for 14 days. We then called Tamena and without even an ounce of understand and professionalism, or trying to help because she makes comission on her bookings, he LAUGHED and said "too bad, you can't get a refund". unbelievable, I would recommend anyone to not book with this agency!!
