Our family has been using them for years now, booked so many airfares and all inclusives . Very recently we booked airfare to Sri Lanka and we were in a predicament. Reached out to them for assistance, they weren't willing to help us. All they care about is the business, don't care about their customers anymore. Will not be using them going on forward nor recommending to anyone.
