She abides to Carlson Wagonlit’s travel policies to the letter and her customer service is off the charts! My husband and I have booked many trips with CWT Vacations in Midland. Today we booked another trip to Punta Cana. We always use Kathryn as our travel agent! She has done a phenomenal job booking all of our trips. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us all the information we needed to know with covid restrictions and policies when traveling and what to expect when leaving and departing. We are very thankful to have someone who knows the industry as well as she does to help us when traveling.

My wife and I booked a trip to Jamaica in Nov for Jan-27th, 1 day before the omicron variant was detected. We had till Dec-30th to cancel and we did cancel at the last minute in fear 1 of us would test positive within the 3 days of departure and loose the whole trip amount. Kathryn was great in helping us with any questions or worries we were having and sadly cancelling the trip for us. Kathryn is very helpful and knowledgeable in her field and we will definitely be taking that trip through her when it's not such a hassle to travel.
