I went into the Midland office to see if I could get my auto insurance policy straightened out since I was quoted 3 different amounts after trying over the phone for 2 weeks. I thought I going into an office would resolve the issue. The lady who took my payment was not helpful and stated she "wasn't getting involved in the conversation" when I asked her to confirm the amount due. Then after the payment processed, she wouldn't confirm I had a zero balance for the policy. Very dissatisfied and will be taking my business else where. Never have I had this type of poor service from an insurance company (over the phone, in person, etc)

I received a cancellation notice in the mail. I went on line and thought that I had taken care of the payment. I made a stupid mistake and got my "membership" to auto pay with an updated credit card. I thought I was good to go. Received a final cancellation of my policy the same day I received a letter about my automatic payments for my "membership". By this time the policy lapsed by 4 days and they would not go back and my insurance went up over $200.00! They could not forgive a mistake on my part. There website is very frustrating and confusing. The only way they contact you about a cancellation is by snail mail. No courtesy phone call or email. Memberships are not refundable. I cancelled by policy and could not get prorated money back. I won't return to AAA Jennifer Kime
