AVOID THIS HAJJ AGENCY AT ALL COSTS. They will scam you for $10,000 and put you in hotel staff rest room full of cockroaches during Hajj travels. On paper they will tell you they are putting you in 3 to 4 star hotel but in reality they will put you in rooms beside kitchen with cockroaches and other health hazards. Avoid.

The hajj journey with A & A Travel was wonderful Everything was as promised and was reliable. Right from the start with Hajj seminar in Toronto everything was good (except Province Al-Sham hotel in Madinah). The stay in Makkah was marvelous, the hotel (Royal Majestic Hotel) was very good, with good housekeeping, laundry and food and clean facilities. Minaa and Arafat were also very good; walk to Jamraat and then to Makkah was well coordinated and explained. We were given the option to walk to Makkah or take a bus or Taxi. The stay in Madinah hotel was absolutely garbage. province al-Sham hotel is a slum, bad food, bad service. I highly recommend booking with a & A travel for everyone except that you make sure that they change the hotel in Madinah.

I went to umrah, via Frankfurt with my family, including my mother-in-law and with my child who has special needs. As per promise, everything was pre arranged and on time. Airport transfers, special drive to Madinah and a flight from Madinah to Jeddah to Frankfurt to Toronto, hotel stays near by Haram Sharif, everything was amazing. absolutely no complaints. A bit expensive but hassle free service. May Allah give him reward for all this. Don't believe in all the above reviews.

My husband and I signed up for the 2 weeks package with A&A Travels and it was a beautiful experience. They are reasonably priced and provide good quality services from the beginning to end. The instructions were clear and direct and we appreciated the morning lectures after fajar namaz that covered the value of every ritual we performed. Hotels were very close and food was satisfactory. Madinah stay was too short but we should have opted for 3 weeks. JazakAllah to the management and staff for facilitating us for 2019 Hajj.

ATTENTION!!!!! Read the reviews carefully. They cover up the reviews with their own people giving 5 stars everytime someone puts a 1 star review. I'm sorry but this agency is haram and frauding Hajjis. I will keep giving 1 star and post photos of filthy cockroaches in hotel staff rooms until they publicly apologize. All the Hajjis had to sleep in staff rooms after paying over 10k in expenses. If I am given the notice that I will be sleeping in the staff room before I went to hajj I'll gladly accept it.

????????Very Poor & Cheap Service, Very Rude & Batameez Mr Baggia & Ismail, All Trip is Full of Miss-commitment, they promise too many but result is opposite. All trip they treat you very badly, rudely and looks like I am on this Trip FREE, It’s exactly more like you going by yourself on Hajj. Food is useless that I was eating from outside, No lunch. All five days of Hajj No transportation from Muzdalifah to Jamarāt, Jamarat to Mecca, Mina to Jamarāt & Jamarat to Mina. Mr Ahmed baggia batameez and rude behaviour was on PEAK, it’s not a group hajj, as long as you landed you will know that’s it’s only you and if you have some friends. No Proper Guidance for Du’as, ibadaat or proper timing. And on the TOP of that they SKIP the Khutaba of Arafat, even Saudi government was facilitated the khutaba in different languages but they just ignored. More focus on yelling and batameezee to people. I want to give them zero star but I can’t ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Hotel in Makkah was very good and location was perfect. Madinah Hotel was not as good as makkah but again location was good too. Alhamdulillah, I had the opportunity to go for the Hajj this year with my wife, my mother and an aunt. We flown from western part of the nation Vancouver, BC to join Ahmed Baggia group, where majority almost 99% of the people were from Toronto. The reason we chose to go with Baggia group is that, we heard good things from other people who traveled with them previously and highly regarded them for their services. Our hotels were kept near Makkah Mokkaram and Madina Manwora, both were less then 10 mins walk from our hotel as promised, which were big plus before us selecting them, after an intensive research previously done by my wife. People planning to go for Hajj or umrah with elderly person, hotel nearby is very important due to the extreme heat, crowd and an overwhelming environment. Hotels were manageable as where breakfast and dinner were served daily. Most of the time people involved in praying or going in and out from haram during the Salat times. Hajj can be physically and mentally very demanding, it will surely test your patience, whatever you carry make sure to carry plenty of patience with you for Hajj. Services from Baggia group were well organized, got to travel historic places in both towns, complementary jars of jamjam water provided as well as many delicious treats when you're staying in Meena during Hajj times. Above all, be prepared for a lifetime journey, also ready for plenty of walk, moving through crowds and loads of havoc, just don't expect management to carry it all. Oh yeah, do dhikir of Allah SubhanAllah tala, ask for his forgiveness and request to make it easy for you. I would highly recommend Ahmed Baggia team if you are planning for Hajj or Umrah near future.

The worst travel agency I have ever seen they charged us 10000$ per person for Hajj ends up everyone is crying. The food you ar paying for is not even compared with the poorest country food who provides for their hojaj in Saudi. The hotel they are calling 2 star masarat kingdom it’s not even 0 star full of cockroach, dirty even you can’t get drinking water. They said it’s 500 to 600 meters from haram But it’s arround 1.5 km. I would recommend no one to make a mistake to come with this monster he is eating peoples flesh even if he charge you 5000$ for Hajj. And never trust him for qurbani this guy is totally eating haram.

We had an awesome experience with AA Bhagia group for our 2 week Hajj package. The hotel in Makkah was great with perfect location just across Haram. Had a wonderful program with almost every day morning lectures by a very learned Mufti Zakaria. Food at the hotel was great too. The group leader took care of the whole group and took us for all the rituals as a group. There was a short program with lectures from Mufti at Mina camp everyday and all five Salahs each day were bajamaat. Food at Mina was good too. The Arafat camp location was superb and there was a huge camp with heavy duty ACs installed. At Arafat we also had an ijtamai dua after Asar which was great. We got a great and comfortable spot at Muzdalifah as well. Madinah hotel was good with a very nice location, however the food wasn’t nice probably because the hotel was very crowded. The group leader kept us informed of every step by the what’s app group. Overall it was a wonderful experience. All the volunteers did a fantastic job too.

My wife and myself went for Haj during 2019 and I will recommend this company to perform your hajj with. Pros: The group leaders and religious scholars are very knowledgeable in their areas. Based on their experiences A&A staff was able to provide best recommendations especially around unforeseen scenarios (for example due to rain there was a closure of Jamarat tunnels at the eleventh hour and the work around proposed by A & A was very good (was only possible due to their experience). • The group leaders were always available and accessible for any help. • Makkah: Hotel was close to Haram (5 - 7 min walk) and service was good. Food was good too. • Madinah: Hotel provided in Madinah lacks customer service and staff had a very bad attitude. Location was good. • Food at Mina was good. Recommendations: • Addition of lunch (like a room delivery option of wrap or etc.) in both Makkah and Madinah (may be at an additional cost) could save a lot of time for us and could provide flexibility in schedule adjustments • The orientation session in Toronto should need to be scheduled earlier. • The mobile phone packages details could be provided in the orientation session

Assalamoalikum. My parents were in Hajj 2015. Didn't take care of them as a responsible tour operator. They leave them during Hajj days, drive away couch due to late for two minutes only. More over hotel was not as it was described especially in Makkah no custumer service. Assalamu Alikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu, I was notified by the travel agency that my brother had posted a review regarding my experience with this travel agency (see previous review by Ahmed Saad). I wanted to add my own comments regarding this experience. I have previously used this travel agency to get a family visitor visa to KSA and alhamdulillah everything went well the first time. The second time I used their agency, I was applying for an Iqama to KSA. During this application process, my application was returned from the Saudi Embassy. I was informed that this was because my police clearance letter had not been stamped by Foreign Affairs. As a result of this, I was charged an additional $210 to send my police letter to foreign affairs (my other papers had been previously sent and stamped by foreign affairs). When I spoke to the owner (and the individual taking care of my application), I was told that the Saudi Embassy changes things without telling them and they could not bear the burden for when things arose. When I spoke to the owner, he repeatedly called me "brainless" (because I told him that it did not make sense that I would be paying twice for my papers to be sent to foreign affairs when he could have just sent everything the first time). He ended the telephone conversation by telling me to "Go to Hell" repeatedly. After this telephone conversation, I called another travel agency and was going to pick up my passport (without the visa) and have another travel agency take care of my application. However, the individual at AA Travel taking care of my application called me and repeatedly apologized. For me, the deciding factor was that I was concerned about further delays in my application. I did end up getting my visa through this travel agency in a timely manner (for which I am grateful alhamdulillah). Aside: I ended up paying around $770 for my Iqama visa application. When I asked for a receipt of the expenses for my application, I was told that they charge HST for when they give expense reports. I was confused by this. If it wasn't for the owner's customer service, I would probably give this travel agency 3-4 stars. However, I found my dealings with the owner to be traumatizing and the worst customer service experience that I have ever had to deal with in my life. This is not an experience I would ever want to experience again. The owner's mannerisms make this a 0/5 stars travel agency. Note: The individual working on my application has repeatedly apologized to me. While I appreciate that, I do not believe he owes me an apology. He has always been polite in his dealings with me.
