Great coffee, chill atmosphere, great selection of breakfast & sandwiches. Highly recommend.
A must to go see with the whole family
Great. But very late.. So not fun with small tiered children. I go back alone.
Very magical experience! Fun activity for all.
Nice experience but pales in comparison to Parc Omega. Foresta Lumina is more commercialized, less concentrated and leaves less of an impression. A nice experience nonetheless but if you have a choice, go to Parc Omega.
Loved it! It's a must see if your ever in the Coaticook area????
Beautiful area, but be sure to book well in advance.
Very original and successful night activity. Kid friendly also.
Loved it went there as part of my honeymoon trip thought it was a wonderful light show very romantic had a lot of fun with my bride. Highly recommended for families with kids.
Not worth all the trip to only see some lights and "special effects" it was pretty basic. Not recommended for children under 4 or with babies. Rly bad adapted if ur going with a stroller or worse for ppl with a wheelchair they can't even access! Also personal is a bit rude. Is very stupid that it's busy "all the time" and ur almost force to reserve it in advance or else they don't warranty u any place. But 4 those who doesn't have credit card how can day do it to pay!?? Some of the interactions didn't work either. Pretty disappointing. For those who doesn't go out or travel much maybe is something that seems cool/magic but believe me is not. Maybe a bit original and different but it not worth the price either. Also u can't even appreciate the sort of longest bridge cuz is all freaking dark while crossing so u can't see a thing! The track is barely 1h30 ( with a toddler and counting the stops, "interactions" and some pics). My kid didn't enjoy it that much either.
Very nice to see and breathtaking. It's a nice walk be comfortable and enjoy the surroundings and sound.
Be prepared to hike, it's not for people with any sort of mobility issues, not at all. The lighting was spectacular. I wish there were more things like the last part, it's amazing. Great staff
This was a wonderful experience. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the big city it was absolutely magical.
Good lights and history
Mind Blowing. Absolutely mind blowing. Loved the experience there. I enjoyed every bit. I believe it’s a must to visit this and experience it. The music and the lights was perfect. Thank you Foresta Lumina ❤️✨
Was really nice, lovely views, & good hike.
Very cute and lasted around 2h watching the projection. Simple story easy walk
Fun time if you make a day of it.
Love it!!
Disappointing experience. The storyline that you follow along is comprised of 5 key sections. It's really short. For the time it takes us to drive here I would not go again. Only consider it if you're in the area to see other attractions or passing through.
A great location to spend some time into wilderness and story world. Magical tour!
Not worth $25.. its ok bot the best. Expected more lightings, but there were just merely lights to show path way and here an there lights on trees, at the end underneath the bridge it was preety good but we expected a lot on the hanging bridge but not that impressed. All in all just one time experience and that too in big group.
Great place to walk.... And at night with lights will be two times better..
Absolutely beautiful ! And such a rare experience to have! Recommend 10/10
Absolutely, unequivocally, mesmerisingly beautiful. The lights, the arrangement, the sounds, the story telling. It's all magical. Must see. Book a slot later in the night. Say 10:30-11 PM for lowest number of people.
Original! Fun family time! Make sure the weather is good or bring umbrella or Poncho!
Great experience! A bit crowded at the beginning, but well worth it.
Such a great place ! We went there with our kids and it was unforgettable night experience. The idea , the music , the sounds , lights and decorations are incredible. Recommended as a family adventure.
Very nice place to go with your significant other
Very nice place to go with your significant other
Nice music ???? and beautiful lighting, great experience. Recommended for a little night walk with friends or lover
Terrible. It 1 hour to get our food . And it was cold.. and not 1 refill of coffee..and no water at all
Awesome place to visit
A must if you're in Coaticook or even nearby! The production is just absolutely amazing.
Beautiful, definitely worth going, though a few parts seemed a little underwhelming. Expect a lot of people.
Amazing experience!! It took more than 70 minutes.
Have gone 3 times, pleased to see that there has been more added to the course - definitely worth going back
A truly magical place. We loved it.
Pretty dang disappointed. There isn't much to it really. The suspension bridge was pitch black, the interactive sections did not function, not much of a story-line to the experience at all which makes it all that much more dull. Signage isn't very good and the path isn't even that lit up, so you can question if you are even heading the right way (especially on the way to the suspension bridge). When i got to the end I said "that was it????" 2/10 experience. Would not recommend whatsoever.
I don't want to share any pictures because you need to see this by yourself
Super nice experience. The park is beautiful during daylight and magical during nighttime.
Great Magical experience, highly recommended.
Beautiful. Well worth it. Nice walk and incredible lights.
A beautiful trail and a wonderful hiking experience would come again and camp!
Had an awesome time here. Showed up late and they still let us in to watch the show. Way cool!
Beautiful experience. An amazing hike at night through the lights
Fun story. Well done
Beautiful show, but always a bit too crowded. It should be a summer-long event.
Very very good
Really had good time with friends.
the whole thing took us an hour to complete , the trail and lights were nice but I just wish there was more to see.
Once in a lifetime experience. You have to visit this place th see the beauty of this place
Amazing! Will be coming back next year for sure! I recommend it to everyone!
Truly unique experience. Perfect for a summer night stroll.
Beautiful experience, engaging and interactive.
Nice hiking nice nocturnal trail. Wear good boots or shoes and bring drinkables. Lots of fountains good views.
Loved our experience
Walk across the suspension bridge, take in the views and explore the history of the gorge.
Why is the place so obsessed with spirits though... I was expecting something romantic but was slightly taken aback by the whole devil theme.
Very fun attraction. You need to have reservations before you go, as it is very full even on a weekday. Be ready for some uphill walking as you go to the top, then back to the bottom of the gorge.
Well done Moment Factory!
Very nice experience
Lovely place to be. I bought online tickets and I really thought it was 11h40 pm my visit but actually it was 10h40 which made me one hour late, and they still let us pass through!! I was so happy. Awesome people and awesome experience!!
Unlike anything you've seen before!
If you live anywhere near the Montreal area or are visiting Montreal with your family for longer than a couple of days, I highly recommend the drive to see this spectacular forest. Not only were my children completely immersed in the story (feeling a little nervous in the beginning to completely overjoyed as it progressed) but I was completely taken by the magic of it as well. It’s a must see. Do it. I recommend renting a place to sleep if you’re driving more than a couple hours! Motel la source was affordable and lovely!
Enjoyed this place immensely! Would have loved to bring a lunch and spend the day down on the river. Fascinating displays through out the entire park. We stumbled upon this park, so we weren’t prepared. I recommend going at night when the park is lit up.
Amazing. Had a magical time with my wife. It is something to see.
Foresta Lumina is beautiful, honestly a great experience from the lights in the forest to the great view from the bridge. 100% would recommend you go and visit.
A magical experience.
Very unique experience, thoroughly enjoyed this enchanting place.
Not the friendliest, but awesome views and bridge
Sites on the trail are poorly organized. There's a projection show at the end of the bridge but you're unable to watch the whole show due to the area being too small and people constantly coming off the bridge.
Great nature walk and suspension bridge!
Worth the long drive, though the crowds tend to slow things down.
Well done displays..great job
A must go thing if you in the Estre area !
Interesting activity
You have to go here. Loved it! Boot up properly :)
Very interesting and impressive walk down a forest and Québecois folklore. Kids under 8-9 might be scared though.
If you're coming from out of town just to see only this, it might not be worth it. Make sure you do other things to make a trip from Montreal worth the time!
It was really nice and made for a fun night out. However, I felt this was better for families with young kids. We were a group of 4 young adults so it was nice, but not for our demographic. It was raining lightly the night that we went and be warned, some of the uphills and downhills were very steep and smooth. I was wearing sneakers with good grip and I was terrified that I was going to slip and hurt myself. Overall though, it was a fun night.
Beautiful ambiance! Nice walk through a gorgeous setting.
Amazing experience! Absolutely unique!
Such an amazing experience!
Haven't visited at night yet, but was really nice during the day and I'm sure would be spectacular after dark. The suspension bridge is a must!
Beautiful afternoon walk. Apparently amazing at night.
The family and I enjoyed the attraction. It was a nice enchanted walk. Was a little expensive but everything is these days.
So romantic down by the water. However it's quite the hike to get there. It's completely worth it. Be sure to wear good shoes with a lot of tread, the terain varies as you go.
Awesome! A lot of kids, though. I was there on Sept 23rd at 8 pm.
Creative, enchanting artistic creation that leverages the natural beauty of the river gorge. Definitely a must see.
Cool, super and nice. I like that
Fantastic place, we had a great time!
Went during the day and the view is amazing!!
One of the best place I visited in Quebec. It is so enchanting and mesmerizing!!!
Check if its open before you plan.
Well organized.. affordable.. great family outdoor activity.
Delightful evening event for everyone.
North America's longest suspended footbridge. Beautiful falls, great hiking trails, and the famous Coaticook ice cream. Very close to the U.S. border, so you can almost see the ghosts of bootleggers, if your inclined to believe that stuff.
Mesmerizing, not to be missed !
Don't get me wrong, the place is beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work with decors and lighting. It's a very cozy environment and the forest is stunning. The hike is decent and you even get a little workout out of it. There's even little rest areas where you can buy food and coffee for a very reasonable price. But what ruins this experience is people. Hordes of people walking like headless chicken in search of the next social media moment. Good luck not bumping into people taking pictures of lights or just filming the whole little presentations. Most visitors don't even seem to enjoy the experience and literally took pictures of everything. Some random girl was complaining because she couldn't pose on a bridge. Very sad. They should also limit the number of people they let in at a given time and ban cellphones. You get traffic jams because people want to take selfies. This attraction could be so much better. Untapped potential.
Great family night experience!
Awesome experience in the middle of the park, great option for families! Kids will love it, a walk in a magical land!
It is a wonderful place to see ...but the trail wasn't good in some places..in general it is very beautiful..I advice you all to make a visit
Really nice and relaxing
The absolute best moment factory event I have went to
Really intersting place of beauty. I will definitely be back for the night lights
The best light show...a unique kind of experience.
One of the coolest experiences I did! It’s very well made and you feel like you’re in a enchanted forest for real. Will definitely go back.
Surreal experience I am super happy to had a chance to explore ... Great exhibits beautiful music as a background I loved every single one of them. Forest alone would be amazing to walk through during the day time as well
This is a must to experience in the illuminated night walk. The lighting and theme is remarkably enjoyable and fun to do on your own pace or with friends and families.
Es ok better go if u have kids
Amazing visual and auditory experience!!!
Beautiful!! Lovely experience for any age! Could be a little scary for some young kids but it's a magical walk!
Super nice wayyy better than illumi
A neat light show in the forest. Have good walking shoes. Takes about a hour and twenty minutes.
It's already an amazing hike. The night theme and lights show simply elevates the experience. Kids will love it.
Extremely well done. Absolutely amazing. Could have a few more lights on certain parts of the path.
Really beautiful and great ambiance. A little far from Montreal, but the journey was worth it
Really fun, especially for the young and those that can appreciate fantasy. Take your time and watch each installation. I saw many people breeze through without seeing the whole "show". The price is not cheap so make the most, see everything and enjoy.
Beautiful, serene and unreal! Must visit if you're in the region
Really great day trip
This place is simply magical. I had went on a whim with a friend to see what this place was, and it did not disappoint. The music played through the forest kept it within a whimsical setting. The lights were pretty, well-lit, and the small touches of local mythology made this place extra special. The staff was courteous, and the price for admission was relatively cheap. Plus there is also food and snacks available!
Mesmerizing experience! You really do feel like you’re walking through a fairytale :) I absolutely loved it!
Incredible experience. Magical.
What a magical, fantastic experience. Photos can't do this justice. You have to experience it in person. A must experience for sure that's great for the whole family.
Nice pleasant walk through the gorge. Amazing the power of water to carve through ricks
MUST VISIT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. In awe! as to how they converted a simple trail into something this beautiful. The whole trail is illuminated. Its like a live story telling experience. so many elements to interact with. the river in between, the Bridge, the fireflies.. wonderful experience. The whole walk takes about 1-1.5hrs depending up the time time you want to spend at each exhibit. Photos done do justice. You have to experience it. book ticket in advance and show up on time. there is a huge line up. Parking available. Visited at 11:30pm it was so worth it: time and money
Amazing!!! Incredibly beautiful and a unique experience. Please note it may be physically challenging to some, lots of steep hills both ascending and descending. Can also be very dark at times.
Nicely done. No spoilers, you have to experience this by yourself! My 4 years old son loved it!
I really didn't understand the hype. It was so boring and underwhelming.
Must go with the whole family.....really magical
Nice view and well organized trail, beautiful scenic experience
Great experience
Such an amazing experience ❤ It is so magical and beautiful
Wow! What an experience. It even started to rain halfway through and it made it even better! Unbelievable. Great idea and well executed. Highly recommended.
What a magical experience. Hard to describe how cool this was. Worth a day drive down and there's good food and drink to be found in Coaticook if you're looking to stay longer too.
Love the experience, you must wear a comfortable shoes its a long walk but nice scenery, worth it ⛰????
It's magical! Fun for kids or even a first date! Lots to see! Great music and light shows. You walk through the woods for about an hour. 2.6 km. Also over the 559 foot long bridge! Super nice! It really doesn't move much at all, a guide makes sure no one starts jumping before you get on. You don't see how high you are because it's dark. The lights work along with the music. Short videos too. Line ups are not at ALL what the used to be because of covid. 30 people at a time. Also, no guidance needed. You're free to roam and take your time. Not much of a hike, more a walk. Exit through the boutique in the end.
Amazing and definitely worth coming when night falls! We did a day trip in Park Gorge and came back around 9pm for Foresta Lumina. It was a whole other experience walking these same paths at night. The bridge crossing at night is just super awesome. The sounds and music just adds to the whole atmosphere. We really enjoyed coming here.
Beautiful setting in nature, magical at night..worth the visit!
The updates in downtown Coaticook make taking the shuttle a pleasure, and it's nice to see how cute the town has become. The newer section with the musical instruments is a nice update and the whole trail is an amazing experience.
This place is magical and amazing. Showso the mythical and eternal battle of Darkness against Light
It's just waste of time and money. If you have little kids, it might be a little interesting for them!
Magical place. Management during covid is very well handled.
Great experience, AWESOME for childs. The only downsize is the lenght of the tour. Remember to take your time all aling the way, or else you'll be out in 30 mins.
Lovely place to visit. Lots of benches along the trail. Bilingual service. Probably amazing during the evening with the lights and sound .
Nice activity for the whole family. It provides a magical setting that all age groups can enjoy, while remaining accessible to those less inclined towards feary tales.
Wonderful venue, highly recommend it for all ages.
Not for little ones. Nice stroll for adults.
Love it! Love it!! Love it!!! Absolutely beautiful, very creative.
Nice but not so creepy
Amazing experience
One of the best places to visit.
Super cool!!! Go. We went with the hole family grand parents and 1 year old!
We went to Foresta Lumina at 21h30, and I think that was a good timing to do so. If I had to do it again, I might try to do it a little earlier in the day to see more of the surroundings as we did the hike. I very much enjoyed all the lights, it was very pretty! There is a story and as we follow the trail, we know more. But do we really? I was confused most of the trail, too many characters without much story to them? Maybe it's my own fault for not having done proper research on the story before coming but I did read every information given on the trail...? Well. I do recommend.
Okay to visit at least worth a visit
Excellent restaurant on site, fabulous adventure, would absolutely return!
This place was Amazing, magical. It was like a fairy tale I would definitely come back any time
Impressed, worth all the time to visit.
The story they tell is just a retelling of Little Red Riding Hood, but more generic; it's pretty and the use of fog machines to create ambiance and keep bugs away is ingenious, but it makes it so the lights are diffused, and makes the whole area sticky hot to walk in, and with nowhere visible to drink at. (none of the water fountains are directly in the way or clearly lit up/indicated; there's no signs anywhere) Plus, it's extremely dangerous and unfriendly towards the handicapped, the elderly, children, people who are afraid of heights, who aren't in the best of physical shapes, who don't have good eyesight, etc. etc. You're told to simply "follow the lights" and there are literally no guides or employees anywhere to watch over people or make sure everybody's made it to the end. The way is pitchblack except for lights in the trees that blind you, so you can't see where you're walking at all, and since most of the time you're either climbing a steep mountain (literally) or sliding down a steep slope with no hand supports whatsoever, the whole thing could become a huge deathtrap at the smallest rain, and their solution is to sell ponchos... at the halfway stop, and the whole place is absolutely littered with "emergency" paths and 911 signs, which makes you wonder just how many people have gotten severely injured or died there and again, with no guards or employees whatsoever patrolling the paths... not that it'd help since you're mere feet away from falling to your death at any time, and they wouldn't be able to see you in pitchblack, anyway. Do yourself a favor and just go take a walk in the woods at midnight while reading Little Red Riding Hood and flashing a light in your eyes the whole time if you want a safer and cheaper Foresta Lumina experience.
Wow! The most exciting attraction for the deamers and the young at heart. I've been there 5 times already and will retutn again this summer.
Mesmerizing place
Loved this experience. A low key yet mesmerizing way to end a weekend of hiking and camping and swimming in the river.
One of the best activities I attended. Loved it.
Over rated place, dont take your kids with you
I’ve been to Tonga 3 times and every time my breath gets taken away! Spectacular set up great for kids but over 8!
Amazing experience. Beautiful sights and sounds. Simply magical. If only it were longer.. well worth the trip. When you first pass through the gate make sure to share your secret and take a stone...
Really cool walk in a magical forest!
Great site! it is a nice idea to improve this site and transform it to an attraction like this one
It would be great to go to the park next to it during day time. The suspending bridge is cool, the light effects are cute - great for kids.
Amazing setup, must see, bring kids, and booking in advance...
What a great experience at night. I enjoyed all the different animations and visual effects. I would recommend this to anyone.
Beautiful and dreamy
Was fun, i liked the bridge.
Fantastic and supernatural. Wear good shoes though as the terrain is varied!
Magical!
Very beautiful! Very accessible for everyone who can take a walk in the woods. Sweet little story for the families and beautiful light show for everyone. Affordable too !
What an amazing visit. Breathless ????????
GORGEOUS!!! Must see.
Really great experience. Kids and parents loved it. Parking spot was complicated to find but was worth the effort.
Great walk. Really nice to see.
A very special experience. Rain was pouring when we were there. But we still had so much fun there. Just wish there was some shade or covered area at the waiting inline area. So we weren't so wet when waiting to be in.
Outstanding outdoor visual effect show. One of its kind! The whole family enjoyed it. I recommend it. A lot of stairs and walking involved. Not adequate for disable individuals.
Very nice if you like walking and taking your time tonwatch itis pretty awesome and amazing
A lot of fun for everyone!
Mesmerizing and a must with your kids The look on there faces is worth the price
Incredible. The child-like wonder we too often forget is kept alive in the lights and glimmering projections.
Great idea and place to see at night!!!
Fun family outing. Experienced a fairytale as you hike into Coaticook Gorge in the night, lights and projections will lead you through the trail. It is a bit of a hike down into the gorge and back up, be prepared. You are free to go at your own pace.
very disappointed some nice spots bt lots of walking and nothing to see..not worth the price they charged ..wont go back or recommend this place.
Such a beautiful magical experience!!!! This is a fun and immersive way of getting people to hike in the night. They tried to create an out-of-this-world experience and succeeded at it. Whether you choose to visit here with children, a significant other, or friends and family, you will not be disappointed! I do recommend wearing good footwear though... Remember that this is a hike after all.
Love the concept. Areas in need of repairs.
The night walk was absolutelty breathtaking. Must see.
I was really looking forward to going to this place based on the glowing reviews. But once you get there you realized that there's nothing special about Foresta Lumina. First of all, the place is very dark and poorly lit and the paths and trails are very steep and dangerous especially when the ground is wet. I spent most of the time looking at where I'm going for fear of falling than enjoying the light show. I have witnessed two elderly people falling down ahead of us that's why we're being careful even though we're wearing good running shoes with grips. I know this is supposed to be a night show but it would help if there will be more lights on the path trails. Secondly we couldn't find signs that will lead you to your way out. We also tried looking for someone to ask around but couldn't find one. I'm surely not coming back here or will recommend it to friends and families.
Did the gorge walk during the day. Lovely forest and natural water feature.
If you're reading this wondering whether or not Foresta Lumina is worth it: Stop reading and go! It is awesome and a very unique experience!
Wow!!!!!! Such a good work was done there!!! Will go back next year! This fantasy area looks like a dream forest ^^ There's thousands and thousands of lights and light animations! I'm telling ya... They did an awesome job!
Ok but be prepared for a bit of up and down walking and dress a cording no sandals or flip flops
Absolutely breath taking experience. A nice 1hr walk with possibility of breaks and bathroom stops.
Lovely, great place to go with family in the summer!
Fantastic experience for the whole family. Kids were amazed as were we.
The trail was magical and amazing! It's great for couples, families, alone, everybody really. Not recommended for people with leg problems though since there are some stairs and steep paths. A must see in the area. Loved the lit up bridge!
It’s just magic! Great place to go with family, specially teenagers and nature lovers
Wish I visited during the evening hours. Looks like it would be a great light show.
Incredible experience, a good place to visit alone or with friends. Lots of children even in the later hours. You can choose at what time you want to do the tour even if you booked a specific hour. I would recommend to go as late as possible, as the darkness of the night makes the whole attraction pop out even more. Almost like going through a dream awake.
Disapointed in the production. I wouldn't bring young kids for id be afraid that they would be tromitised by the legends
Such a worth it experience!! It’s magical Beware that stroller are not permitted and you will have to have a baby career. They are renting very good quality ones also at the park for 10$
Beautiful place. It illuminates at night so if you are planning a visit then plan it in the evening so that you can see the beauty in the natural sunlight and after dusk you can see the illuminated forest.
I sucks Its old people thinking they can walk the trail but they can't so they complain all the way the kids (5 and 3 ) were scare and it's cost a fortune Don't believe the hype
Simply amazing place to visit. The show is spectacular
Nice little side trip ...would have loved to do the nite tour.
Our forth time visiting Foresta Lumina and it is always a great feeling to be part of the story. Visiting the site in the day is as well a good idea to take fully advantage of this attraction.
This was a unique and beautiful experience. I highly recommend it to any age person.
Amazing place! just magic. my kids (4 and 7 yrs old) just loved it! be prepared to walk. I will not suggest strollers. on site Parking available. To do once in your Life.
Fantastic experience with our children, a series of magical moments we will all remember. Well worth the drive.
This was honestly so cool! I would suggest anyone go there! :) Best mini him ever. (Wear good shoes because there is a lot of up hill for the first few minutes). Go to the earliest show and show up early for it. That way you can ensure parking and not wait in line for a long time. If not, take the shuttle, you won't regret it because it gets super busy.
Beautiful, lots of thrills, you really feel like in another world. Can be crowded sometimes though.
Very nice and unique family activity, though be aware that bringing a baby or toddler in a stroller is not a good idea. Entry fees are more than reasonable. Kids under 5yr enter for free. Reserve your tickets before going - places are limited and almost always booked way in advance!
Beautiful day or night. Several options of daily trails (long vs shorter), nice views and bit of adrenaline on the suspended bridge!
Very dark and paths not well light. One could easily fall and get injured. The content itself was nothing to write home about.
I love it . we enjoy the walk , it was pleasant
We loved it and would recommend the night experience. I gave it 5 stars based on that but with some caveats LOL. Maybe it was our night since it had rained earlier but the delays were very extensive. Just getting in was quite the wait. Part of it was rain delay but also the logistics of getting people over the first bridge is a bit of a nightmare expect to wait. Also note this is not for people with mobility issues for sure and you can expect a decent hike up and down hills for 2.6km. Wear PROPER shoes not flip flops or heels or anything of the sort.
This has been the most magical experience we have had so far!! Foresta Lumina is a visually stunning experience created over a set of connecting trails at a great location! I could only imagine the scale of creativity and planning that went into building an enchanted forest experience like this. We had travelled far for it and I'm so glad that we did! Absolutely amazing and highly recommended :)
Really amazing place with lots of magical story yiu never forget it
Great experience. It's worth a try and be aware that there's a bridge ... with no lights ..
Great place for the whole family
Wow
Loved it! Go after it is dark. The cloak of night make the light effects even more magical. Great as a romantic walk or as a family outing.
Absolutely incredible! Foresta Lumina really brings magic to life. The terrain can be uneven but nothing good shoes and careful steps can't look after! I highly recommend checking it out if you've the opportunity - it's a very interactive, immersive experience that will leave you with lasting memories.
Great experience for the whole family.
Wow....an amazing enchanted forest at night. Must see!
Great light show!
Went with my family in a big group and had a nice night
Beautiful! A lovely experience and I would do it again.
A great experience totally worth to try. Then different light shows/display are totally mesmerizing. Went to it twice and it is still as good and brings you back to a child's age to enjoy everything
Love it!
Beautiful place!!!
Incredible experience
Thus was a great family visit. I recommend buying the tickets in advance!! Parking was very complicated as well.
Really nice event hard to get in but really nice.
It's our 4th "city hike" with the fam. Easy, accessible and it is a beautiful gorge. We still have to try it at night for the story.
Night light shows with a theme and storyline. Very cool, very beautiful!
Fantastic
Amazing light show in the wood. Although we were one hour late, the staffs welcomed us in with a warm introduction of the exhibition. Thank you.
Very beautiful! Can't wait to see more from Moment Factory!
Loveit
We loved it! It's a magical place to visit, with young kids.
One of the great experiences I’ve had in Quebec! Staff was really friendly. Had a wonderful experience! Would definitely go back!
There was no good surprise at the end.
Best birthday gift! Was absolutely stunning and it was fun to play the game :) * (Yes I am an adult and had a lot of fun!)
I live 30 minutes away from this and wish I came more often. It truly is a magical experience. Highly recommend going at night. Would recommend wearing comfortable shoes and be prepared to be hot. But it's worth it. Amazing :)
This is such a magical place. I have been here 4 times but never ceases to surprise me. Hidden gem close to Montreal.
This is such a magical place. I have been here 4 times but never ceases to surprise me. Hidden gem close to Montreal.
Well done, with music, eerie sounds, lights dancing, stories told using laser lights. Must be able to climb and walk on uneven surfaces.
Very very cool. Good for all ages. Tip: comfortable shoes and minimal fitness. Walk with climbs and downs.
A beautiful experience in nature! I've been there many times, always a pleasure!
Absolutely in love!! The staff is very friendly!! The kids (5 & 14) and I loved our experience!! We are definitely gonna come back!!
If you like adventures, you'll love Foresta Lumina. Amazing Hologram. For adults and for kids. Could be tiring & scary for some. Don't forget to bring water and of course umbrella or raincoat in case of rainy nights.
My wife, daughter (11) and I all loved it. Beautiful and creative, highly recommended to anyone in the region. Reserve early! Maybe a bit long for younger kids.
Absolutely gorgeous, we definitely recommend! Kids and grownups will love it the track is just magical. Reserving ahead is definitely recommended also choose a time when its pitch black.
Beautiful light show. It was a little crowded but that didn't take away any of the magic :)
I've never, in my life, been to such a magical place. I love it, and can not wait yo see it again tomorrow.
Exceeded the expectations!
Very nice place with spectacular view at night. The story line is good. The light show is Awesome. We will be amazed by the beauty of lights and the games they provide. Lots of entertainment. The time will pass so fast but still its an hour of walk with lots of fun. A must go place....
Amazing set up! Definitely worth it, pictures don't do justice. We spent >2h there but we took our time to enjoy each section of the trail.
This was an absolutely amazing experience. An approximately 3.5km hike through the woods including a suspension bridge and lots of lights and sounds. The story was very cute and made for an all around interactive, great experience. We camped nearby for the night. Will definitely be bavk again!!
Amazing place for a hike.
This was so amazing! Beware if you have a fear of heights though, you have to cross a suspended bridge
High quality tour at a reasonable price, exceeded expectations by far.
So beautiful. Peaceful. Enjoying nature at it's best. Finding peace and love of your mind, heart and soul.
Different environment for hiking , loved so much!!!
Great experience going at Foresta Lumina, the personal working are very nice. Took us around an hour to complete the path, overall I recommand 100%
Nothing imprecive, to many people, we were expecting much much more
Amazing experience with the show. Frustrating experience waiting in line. Some scenes are scarry for small children. We booked the show 3 weeks in advance and had to wait for 2.5 hours to get in. It was worth it.
Not worth it during the day the suspension bridge kinda cool but it's small
Top notch.
amazing and breathtaking
Took my girlfriend here for our first year anniversary. Was not disappointed. It was so pretty and relaxing to walk around and see everything. The lighting is beautiful and the animations are incredibly well done. Highly recommend checking out this place. It was well worth the drive!
Stunning park to visit????
Loved it. Just a little short then expected.
Beautifil area. Well worth the time and money.
Very cool light show
A great experience
It was the most beautiful thing ever but the Bridge takes some courage
Beautiful and original family outing!
I love the little Inukshuks! And they encourage you to make your own. A great walking path. Only downside was the bridge for family members who don't like heights.
Great walk
Went 3 times love it!
Nice
We made our reservations (5 people, 3 aduts and two children) for lumina through the hotel cheribourgh located in Magog, Quebec. The payment has to be delivered to the hotel at the time of reservation, therefor you ignore the conditions they will give you later in respect to the Lumina. When we receive these conditions, one of them was that if it was raining the show will perform, howefer if they Lumina cancels the event, there will be no return. This was the 21th of August 2016 and the event was cacelled by Lumina. When we went to the hotel administration to ask for the situation they just giveyou the Lumina's telephone for you to deal with them not withstanding they, the hotel made the payment to them. I do not thing this is good for the hotel, their clients and for Lumina itself. When we tried to call Lumina, nobody answered.
Amazing great show of lighting
Drove from Montreal which is about 2hrs besides the suspended bridge not much else There was a cave but lights were broken to dangerous to venture inside actually this park looks like it needs some repairs well over due
Fun place 2 do love it
So amazing this place. I recommend it for all people except elderly
amazing landscape
It was peaceful and beautiful and very entertaining.
This was amazing. My husband was not thrilled about going to see some "Christmas lights" but by the end he had been won over. Note: the walk is on a solid path but is pretty hilly in places. It's about 5km and we did it with our light stroller. There were stairs so something to consider if you're bringing a stroller. Overall just a magical experience
Simply a magical place!
If you enjoy Montreal bumper to number traffic... then this is for you... walking in the woods with so many people.... Great for the owners who make so much $$$ dollars off people expecting to experience a enchanted forest... Even children are walking with their smartphone...
We went as a large group (23) with older people, little ones and everything in between. Enjoyed by all, it might be difficult for elderly to walk but for the most part good foe everyone I suggest to go and see this majestic forest at least once in you lifetime , lovely outing for the whole family... Wonderful place and magical atmosphere
There were a lot more people than we anticipated for the 930 show. Great story line to follow for kids. Terrain was clean and maintained.
Beautiful at night, it is alot of walking and steep hills,. Good workout . You feel like your in a different world.
Great place to visit. The surreal environment mesmerized me. This a must go place. Surely recommend to everyone.
So much fun !
Beautiful but not very different from when we went about 5 years ago. Very well organized, great for children (do NOT use a stroller ), probably impossible for people over 75.
Oh wow! This experience was AMAZING!! You walk through this trail which is illuminated to tell the story of this girl named Margaret, and the way this is done is just so magical. It's a really immersive experience and it even has fun interactive parts. The trail you walk through is a slightly modified version of the "Sentier de la Gorge" (the Canyon Trail), but if you've already done this trail in the daytime, I assure you that it's very different at night time and it's worth redoing! I also think this trail is not too difficult even for people who may have slight mobility issues since the point isn't to do this trail quickly and to exercise, but more to walk through it slowly and immerse yourself in the story! I am already looking forward to doing this again!
AMAZING! Highly recommended for families, dates, friends!!
No pictures can describe it! Absolut magic and way better than tremblant
Beautiful place great family outing
Excellent light show with night hiking.
Fun experience. Good for kids and family
The show itself is ok, the writing is somewhat lacking but the visual effects are great. The main issue is the trail which can be treacherous, i.e. pieces of tree trunks and going from dirt to concrete with no way of knowing, and ironically enough is poorly lit.
Hauntingly beautiful. Well worth the visit. Wish it was a little longer/bigger for what I paid.
Never seen anything like this. More than 2 km of multimedia show. Fun filled family adventure. Fully recommend to everyone. No baby strollers / trolleys possible as the track is only possible on foot. Good job.
It was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't have my ice cream because the shop was closed ...I will come back with my friends
A fairy environment, a fantastic spectacle and an unforgettable magical night in a well engineered audio-visual special effects.
Wonderful experience at night. Good place to take your kids and friends.
Simply beautiful!
Loved it.
One word to describe it: AMAZING! The concept is very unique to what I've seen so far. The decorations and music along with the theme (especially when a natural mist covers the forest) create a truly magical ambiance! I felt like walking through a fairy tale and felt like a child :)
Everything was clean and well kept. No line ups , but no alone either. Great place for pic nic with kids . Adult & 3 kids $ 16.50 cdn. Can't beat the price.
Amazing experience ,beautiful jungle and so so amazing bridge. Recommended to everyone
You should go! Will not regret.
Nice place to take a slow walk
Great experience overall! The lights on the hanging bridge was a bit disappointing.
Such an amazing experience, this was truly an amazing adventure.. throughout the whole experience each step was unique and entertaining in its own way.. it is a little bit of a work out on the trail, so expect that..
Absolutely a must see!
2nd time visite in 3 years and its an even better, magical expenrience
Really nice, magical experience. It's well made and also quite beautiful. Once you have your ticket, you can actually go during the day and walk the trails (actually the trails that you visit at night and a little bit more, including a short mining shaft). The day visit is a simple hike with no clues about the night activity. The night walk is really nice. Waiting is quite boring, but not too too long, and even at full capacity, the trails aren't too full. Very nice both for adults and children.
Really cool. Great idea for a night walk. Very kid friendly.
A must have experience! Definitely worth it! It takes around 2 hours. The lights and effects are just amazing!
Very nice concept, unpleasant management. If you come from far and show up early, there is little to do to kill time. They will not make an exception and let you go in earlier, even if you're completely alone. It's hard to find early available time slots, although it's not really busy (and the activity happens outside, so it feels like they could have added extra spots, while maintaining the activity COVID-safe). (Tickets can't be cancelled, even if you're NOT asking for a refund, so you can't give your spot to someone else.)
Was really nice, would've liked it to be longer.
Amazing display of light n sound surpassed my expectations. Don't be bullied by the people walking too fast and rushing through it take your time and enjoy the show
great
Very nice place to take your family for a walk in an illuminated, uphill and downhill trail. The special effects are awesome. The walk on the longest hanging bridge is breathtaking. A must see!
Vary fun. Lots to see, interesting storyline.
Okay but quite kid oriented. Definitely don't do the daytime canyon walk as it is the same route as Forests Lumina and not that interesting. Basically, they charge you twice for the same thing.
Great way to take a walk after dinner. Fantastic use of lights to create an enchanted world.
Very nice me and my wife loved it the only negative you must be in shape to do this up and down are dangerous
Very nice and wonderful I love it
Very cool ! An experience you will remember
Perfect outdoor getaway. Well organized for covid in not allowing crowds to build up in one area of the attraction. Simply magical.
Excellent time. There is a lot of up and down walking.
Went in for the latest and last show...Go in with your mind open for the best experience! More magical for children but it all depends on your attitude. I only wish it was a bit longer of a trek in the woods & away from the main road so as to not break the illusion. Story would be all the better if it was more developed. Don't regret going :)
Nice place to visit and be with nature
Beautiful place to go for a family outing, but if you have young children there is a lot of Hillside to climb to get to the bridge
Something amazing to see in your life! The night show was impressive.
An original experience! The trail is 2.6km long and my family and I completed it in 1 hour 15 minutes. You move at your own pace so there is no rush or pressure from anyone to go faster. I found the beginning a little challenging as it starts off with a steep hill and numerous stairs (again, you can take a break at any time). It went well after that. On the way down, I found the 'downhills' slightly steep so I was extra careful to go slowly and not slip. Wear closed walking shoes. There were people of all ages: young children and elderly people with canes - A great experience for everyone. The trail includes the crossing of a suspended bridge, in the dark, supposedly the longest in North America. The whole experience is magical if you keep an open mind, and you tend to forget that you are in an actual forest. There are restrooms at the start as well as the halfway point. There are also benches along the way if you need a short break. The price point is good for a family activity. There is a shuttle that leaves downtown Coaticook every 15 minutes so no need to worry about parking on site. Keep in mind that the park admits 300 people every 1/2 hour. Book ahead and enjoy!!
Beautiful place to visit, walking shoes suggested. Magical for children. All you have to do is believe. "Make a wish."
Best place. Love it. It's must see.
This was a very nice experience for my 2 year old son. He absolutely loved it. From the bus ride there to the very end. When we were done walking through the forest displays, he asked to see more lights. He actually sat and watched all the little projector movies too and he is the type that gets bored easy so I was surprised by this. He loved the nature aspect of it and the new additions as well. The instruments that were there for the children to play were probably his favorite. We will definitely go back next year with him again.
The experience was wonderful for most of our group. The different lighting shows were impressive. The musical experiences were inviting - all adults participated along with the children. We had a few children with minor anxiety issues with us, aged 10 and 11 years old, so the darkness in conjunction with some of the experiences during Foresta Lumina were too frightening for them so some of the adults had to miss out on the rest of the experience as the kids needed to move through the rest of it quickly. Had we known it could be scary, we would have left the younger children at home. Otherwise, it was wonderful!
This place is so magical and worth the price. I brought my daughter for her 9th birthday and we had a beautiful unforgettable experience. Will definately be back next fall!
A bit dangerous to move around the forest at night it's so dark. But an amazing beautiful experience. Highly reccomend
Ausome place to go. Accept I don't read. French.
Wonderful experience. Best food ever, too.
Beautiful place, the storyline and the sounds and light games are great it really is simply splendid
Great trail long and scenic.
Why is the place so obsessed with spirits though... I was expecting something romantic but was slightly taken aback by the whole devil theme.
Went for girlfriend, was expecting something childish. I was gladly surprised, the lights are really immersive and the set-up was very well done. Good for kids (can be scary) and adults.
Very nice visually, but as many others have said, way too long of a wait for such a short experience. The story is not elaborated on much, too many people stuffed in. Should be more impressive for the wait and the amount you pay. Could also be scary for kids as several kids were crying before even going in.
Wonderful place to visit. The lights and sounds setup through this forest really help immerse you in the story that's being told.
A magical nighttime walking experience!
Go feel the magic. Wait that it's completely dark outside.
Fantastic place ... Just go
Fantastic. Fun for adults and kids.
Great experience. A promenade in the forest in a very fairytale atmosphere. Very worth it.
Entertainment worth every penny!
A wonderful evening event, magical walking through the woods, excellent light and sound show.
Great experience, nicely done lights and sound show taking advantage of natural environments
Amazing lights and music. beautiful nature. Great ambiance. worth visiting
incredibly beautiful night time show. If you are in the area it is definitely worth visiting.
This was one of the coolest, most unexpectedly fun adventures of our trip. Would highly recommend, and I intend to go again the next time I get the opportunity. (P.S The FireFly snack-bar cafe serves Grilled Cheese, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate and is cash only.)
It's engaging, spiritual. Calling it a forest is a bit of a stretch.
Original
Very good. The lights, story and atmosphere they created added to the experience. The area surroundung the forest is very beautiful and clean. If u go I recommend u stay for the night and see the stars in clear sky
I visited the parc during the day. The bridge and the trails are amazing. It's about 25 cad for a 4 members family. Kids can play at the waterfall. Super experience. 1 year later i did the foresta lumina. Went camping atnlakte lyster. Good experience, kids loved it. For foresta lumina i would have expected a bit more.. kind of disney's pandora....
Great family activity
Amazing experience. Went with my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Awsome for kids and adults
Truly amazing. Must visit for a magical experience. Visited yesterday at 10:40pm group. Team worked hard to bring the beautiful output. Worth visiting and worth money.
Good experience, fun for kids
Very nice Hike in the Dark, its not very long about 1.7 km, lets say 45-50 min. Great for family time, our kids loved it. Free shuttle runs from the center of Coaticook town, where you may park your car also free. The parking lot at Foresta Lumina is very crowded at night, very difficult to find a spot, so recommend to park in the the center of town, behind Couche Tard. Enjoyed crossing the longest suspended bridge in North America. Lights, sound and music and well organized. highly recommended activity.
