Il n'y avait qu'un chauffeur pour conduire pendant des heures d'affilées. Il aurait pu s'endormir mais heureusement, ça s'est bien passé. Je ne referai pas de voyage avec cette agence.

The hotel was very good although the soundproofing left something to be desired. The lunch was varied, hearty and delicious. The bus was comfortable and the driver very nice. Gentille, attentive à tous et chacun, très intéressante dans ses explications et connaissantes à souhait! Elle sait doser ses commentaires pour garder notre intérêt! J'ai vu et appris plus avec elle en 3 jours que lors de mon premier voyage à New York avec Tours Amérique, quoique notre guide précédent était bon aussi mais très enclin à parler histoire et architecture aussi! L'hôtel était très bien quoique l'insonorisation laissait à désirer. Le déjeuner était varié, copieux et délicieux. L'autobus était confortable et le chauffeur très gentil. C'était le fun de voir combien le guide et le chauffeur s'entendaient bien. Super équipe!
