Well, those peope can not support the full information about trips. I wanted to go to the trip for a week, would definately go to the 5 stars hotel with all extra etc. So, I called and there was an angry rude woman on the line. I am a permanent resident in Canada but my card was stolen. I went to an immigration site of Canada and read the note that starting the march, 2016 every permanent resident should hold the PR card with them in order to go back to Canada. So, I called this agency to make sure that I might not be able to go. I explaned the situation to that woman and first of all, she did interrupt me, then she said that I should consult myself first and that she can't know everything about all countries. Not professional behavour at all. She does not even understand that it does not matter what country I am coming from because I am already a permanent resident. Not competent at all! I will surely talk about my experience with people I know and will make sure nobody will go to that agency.

Only two choices of hotels and we had to twist an arm to get a link to the activities available. This is my first trip and I expected to have a few brochures and come out of my meeting with a little more information than the one already found on the internet. We are leaving in February and have never been relaunched it is disappointing but I was told I would have better service with CAA Maybe it's because of our travel credit? Hope this is not the case .... (Original) Service plutôt ordinaire... je suis déçu de mon expérience. La représentante était gentille mais n'a pas été capable de nous informer sur notre destination. Seulement deux choix d'hôtels et on a du lui tordre un bras pour avoir un lien vers les activités disponible. C'est mon premier voyage et je m'attendais à avoir quelques brochures et sortir de ma rencontre avec un peu plus d'informations que celle déjà trouvée sur internet. Nous partons en février et nous n'avons jamais été relancés.cest décevant mais on m'a dit que j'aurais un meilleur service avec CAA Peut être que c'est à cause de notre crédit voyage? J'espère que ce n'est pas le cas....
