Old of the nicest place to have a tour!
Only $5 with the Croisière package!
Out of all the hop on hop off tours I have been on this has been the least pleasant. Huge lines and not enough buses for the crowds. If you got off anywhere it was hard to get back on again due to crowds. Also the drivers didn't know much about times, pickups, sights. Not like it was in Montreal. Some stops were completely passed and we had to walk back to reach them. At the end of the day I had to step into the street and flag a bus down to pick us up. The provided information is hard to follow times and map are on different papers. We didn't receive tickets just a receipt with a code to be scanned. Hard to keep in good condition traveling with a toddler. Would prefer wristband or actual ticket. On the extended lines like the green or blue was always left with some unspecified time and place of pick up. Rushed through my stay at some points to have the buses not show. Other bus drivers were rude when trying to ask for help in getting back to the city. At a certain point I didn't care what line or bus I was getting ad long as it took me back to the city. Cheaper and probably easier to get a car for the day and have extra money for parking. My rental car was the price of one hop on hop off ticket. My car was a nice storage place and refuge for the rest of the trip.

Long circuit around this beautiful historic town. Comfortable busses, average narration, but fun in nice weather. Q City has lots of Old World visual charm. Oddly, in any Famous City anywhere, riding on a "tourist bus" on the top deck is a pleasant way to avoid the street level mobs of tourists who also arrived by bus, plugging up the sidewalks and jamming the endless boring shops.
A typical hoponhopoff bus. If u r in a hurry this probably the safe bet. Québec City is beautiful.
Amazing tour and great Customer service available on Facebook! I will definitely recommend this company.
good alternative to walking around
Took a coach from the KOA Quebec and transferred to red bus tour of old Quebec hop on off service. Included return trip. Worth the $ very efficient.
Raymond was excellent!

We took the tour "Ice Hotel Tour With Transport.". It was the best deal for transportation to and from the Hôtel Des Glaces. Get tickets from their desk inside the Centre Infotouriste de Québec at 12 Rue Sainte-Anne. The Ice Hotel was amazing, and the tour provided by the hotel was awesome. The bus ride was comfortable, and our bus driver drove safely and told us things about the city and the province. The only drawback is that I would have liked the time at the hotel to be longer. After the guided tour, I barely had enough time to run around getting photos, get a quick drink at the ice bar, and duck into the souvenir shop for a quick look. We took the 12:30 tour, so there was only one return time. If we had taken the 9:00 bus, we could have stayed an extra 3.5 hours, I suppose, although that would have been way too long to spend there.

1. I boarded the bus at the ferry building. I asked the driver how much it would be. He said, "Forty-two dollars." I pointed to my husband and asked, "For two?" He said yes. Then charged my card. Twice. A total of $85.05 ($170.01). He handed me two receipts and said, "It went through twice. You will need to call the company." It was really hot today and I had my service dog with me. We were trying to beat the heat and take the bus back to the hotel. I asked, before I paid, if there was a/c and was told it would work better once the bus was in motion. It did not. In fact, the a/c only worked at the driver's seat. The overhead a/c's at the seats did not blow any air at all. The bus is old. I called the company at 4:00 and they refunded one ticket, but wouldn't make it good on the $42 additional due to the fact that I was calling at 4:00 but bought the tickets at 11:00. The company was not concerned with the broken a/c and I was told it was the hottest day of the year. The last thing I'll say is that I asked the driver what time the bus serviced stopped for the day. He didn't understand me. I asked again. He said something I didn't understand, but I thought it was 9:00. It stops around 5:00. I understand I don't speak French and am in a French-speaking country but if you run a tour service your workers need to speak and understand other languages. Me, my husband, and my ten-pound dog paid $85.05 to go five blocks. Try Uber instead.
It is a good tour for overview of places where you want to visit during stay in Quebec City. In our bus, we were the only English speaking family (while rest was French speaking) and we felt that coverage of stories were a bit short for English (agree that this could depend on the guide and situation). I would also recommend to definitely visit on foot some of the beautiful places we get to see from double decker

Great value and staff are friendly and knowledgable.
Great tour. Fun time.
(Translated) We booked for the shuttle and ice hotel, not having a car. The schedules were really not practical! Departure at 9am from Quebec City, arrival at 9:40 am at Val Cartier while the hotel opens at 10am, and the guided tour is at 10:15 am. It ended around 11am, we had not done the tour of the various suites. If you want to enjoy a little of the place, impossible to take the first bus leaving at 11:15. So we finished our visit quietly, finished around noon. We had to kill time (there is not much else to do in 2 hours on site) until 14:45 to take the last bus of the day. At the price of the shuttle ($ 30 / person or $ 60 to two) I would have appreciated more convenient schedules. Very disapointed. On a donc fini tranquillement notre visite, terminée vers midi.
Informative and Fun tour of all the major attractions.

The red line Hop-on Hop-off bus tour gives a good overview of Old Quebec and the nearby sites including museums and photo-ops beyond the ramparts. A great way to get your bearings before going off on your own exploration.

Great (and easy!) way to see the city. Johnnie gave a lot of history to add to the charm.
We took a tour to the Ice Hotel and we loved it! The driver was absolutely adorable, he gave us a few interesting information about quebec while driving and led us to the entrance once we got to Valcartier Village where the Hotel is located. Then we could take a guided tour or see the hotel by ourselves. It was amazing! Take warm clothes! :)
Definitely recommend it- great and fast way to see the city

Awesome! Driver was helpful. Tour was very informative. Headphones were included and you can listen in 10 different languages. Perfect way to learn about city.
We did a history walking tour. Our guide Francis was great, he answered all questions and explained Quebec's history in a fun and engaging way.
Awesome! Well charted out! This 2 in one tour covering both outer Quebec and Old city (both upper and lower towns) for $69 per person is extreme value for money! After doing this in one single day, thereafter you can explore the city at your own pace!
We booked a two day package tour that included the hop-on hop-off, bus to the falls and a short river cruise. The booking was efficient and the price reasonable for what we received. The days were sunny and mostly warm which helped with the overall experience. Recommend!
We took one hour express bus tour and we felt as the name suggests , it's really express tour covering all the important attractions just sitting in the bus and listening to the pre recorded audio. I would suggest anyone visiting Quebec city first time to take 24 hour Hop on Hop Off bus route.
Expected more of Ile D’orleans, it was just a 15 min stop at a chocolate store.
More fun then expected
Thank you so much for all your patience and hard work. You and your team certainly went above and beyond and pulled out an unforgettable service for us. Despite how difficult was to set this up at the distance, you managed to understand our needs, and we are infinitely grateful to you. Mayra & Felix
One of better bus tours. Well informed drivers. Quebec is most beautiful city I've visited. Well worth the money.
The hop on/off bus is amazing, we rode it all the way around, took about 2 hours. We got to see so much since we were staying in old quebec without a car, this was perfect
An amazing tour, ve got very good guide, who, despite bad weather, made an amazing tour on a countryside of Quebec city. It was on November 5th . Thank you. And, he also helped us to save a long walk to our hotel, and gave us a lift.

Fun fun, can get really hot sitting in the sun on the top. Don’t bother getting the free earphone for young children, they don’t hold in the ears and keep getting yanked out when they want to move around. Try to find a package deal with other activities to get these tickets at a very discounted price. No bathrooms available on bus, bathrooms at half leg stretch break but barely have time to walk over to them and back in 5 min for an adult, good thing toddler didn’t need to go ????. Since hop on hop off isn’t available du to COVID, a true history buff should maybe look for a more in depth tour.
Went on bus with my family very fun and interesting. Also the bus has the tour audio in different languages so others can listen to it if you don’t speak English or French, but it started to rain and when we got it the bus it smelt weird.

Very cool tour, saw so many sights.
My partner and I loved this tour! It was billingual so you will understand whether you’re French or English speaking. The tour guide, Olivier, was funny and very insightful. Full of knowledge, he had answers to every question asked. The bus driver, Pierre, was also very kind. In the midst of this pandemic, the sanitary measures (wearing a mask inside) were respected and enforced. We absolutely recommend this tour!
Amazing experience. Learned so much. Our guide was knowledgeable, fun and very obviously took great pride in the Old city and its history. Will definitely advise everyone to do the Historical walking Tour.
Some people love it some people hated it, I gave it a try and it was very nice, is a 90 minutes ride, really nice and the weather was amazing we love Quebec City and the people, even we don't speak any french at all we didn't have any communication issues everyone was helpful, so many people told us if you don't speak french it would be difficult for you, well that is just not true, the will help you mo matter what. Canadian people are great very well aducated very respectful. Thank you Canada in general.
The tour were good, the tour guide was knowledgeable, but the company representative who lines people up for buses doesn't need to yell at customers who complain about waiting in the rain.
The hop on and off bus ticket for two days was fantastic ????, it included bus tour to the falls as well as a cruise of the river!

Hop on Hop off bus was great. Cruise was fabulous. Be careful if you go to Montmorency Falls. The Blue Line is a smaller bus and we had to stand on the way to the Falls. On the return trip, don't wait at the sign indicating Blue Line as the bus doesn't pick you there, it picks you up in the car park at the front.
Nice way to see a lot of Old Quebec in a short amount of time. Guides were very friendly and knowledgeable
It was a great tour. Got to know a lot. Our tour guide was amazing.
We took the cruise tour of the city . . . From the waterfront. The host, in costume was great and informative and switched from French to English for almost the entire 1.5 hour cruise. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour!

Throughout the journey the driver gives us bits of Quebec history. He speaks some legends. (Original) J'ai fais le tour guidé le tour a la campagne. Bus driver very helpful. Good one hour trip about the city; great for first-time visitors.
We had a fantastic experience on this tour of Old Quebec. Our guide Oliver and our driver Pierre were awesome. We could ask any questions we wanted, we learned so much. We highly recommend this tour especially in the beginning of your trip to learn the history and lay of the city. It helped us to decide where we wanted to explore next and spend more time. THANKS OLIVER AND PIERRE. We are going to go eat our chocolate fondue now lol.
Please be aware if you buy tickets on the Internet, not enough information. Bad experience, not run professionally. Signage is not good.

It was a terrible rainy day and every bus was full. We had to wait at each stop as full busses came by. No one got off cuz of the rain. At one stop it was 1 hour and no where to stand under cover. I will be asking for a partial refund.
Very beautiful old Quebec
Our first time on a bus tour. Heard a lot about it and were really excited. It leaves from the epicenter of Quebec city literally and you get to see all the important places. The ride is for an hour and our guide was witty and knowledgeable. They cover some really important landmarks like Plains of Abraham, Parliament building, Frontenac hotel etc etc. You can go to the top of the bus which is preferred or for those who cannot climb, sit downstairs. Cost of tickets for 4 people is around 110 dollars. If you drive go early as it's next to impossible to find parking. Will give you a super hot tip - LA Citadel is close by and we parked there. We clubbed this place with the bus tour and left our vehicle there. It gets really hot though on top so don't forget your sunscreen, shades and hat.
We did the express tour of Vieux Quebec and it was awesome. Plug your headphones in and choose one of 9 languages, learn a little history. The bus stopped halfway through to sell us some water because it was super hot and sunny. The bus driver Pierre was friendly and has some serious driving skills because navigating those narrow streets looks tricky.
