We had an excellent experience renting four bikes for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about fitting bikes for individuals and about where to ride. They provided us with maps and excellent ideas about where to ride and how to get there. The bike paths in the area are extensive and well maintained. The costs were very reasonable. Rented bikes here and rode to Montmorency Falls. Did not go with the guided tour, but finding the way was a piece of cake. The signs are easily visible and the route is well marked. I probably missed a little history and tid-bits of trivial information, but I saved 80$ that I could later spend on beer. The folks here at Cyclo were just as nice that I didnt, and the bikes were great. On the way back from the falls, we took a side trip along the St Charles river. Great trails. Check Cyclo out for all your bike rental needs.

We spent two hours on bikes today and cycled over 26K up to the Quebec Bridge and back. Very friendly and helpful staff! The bikes are a little tired and mine definitely leaned quite a bit to one side but our choices for bikes with larger seats was very limited so we went with the town bikes. Since the bike path is fairly flat, 7 gears was all we needed. A bit pricey for a bike share quality bike at $17 each for 2 hours but we thoroughly enjoyed our ride.

Thank you for the awesome bikes. We had a great time cycling in Quebec, I would say it is a must do activity when here. We had two bike with a child add on (giraffe) and pouches on the side to carry our lunches. The price seemed reasonable for the day, not an amazing deal but fair. And our hotel offered to do the pick up and return which was great, however that was not a service from Cyclo Services, but from the hotel. Cyclo Services can do that but for an extra charge.

I went there to buy a bike seat (which cost me 70 bucks) and my bf got his brakes changed and new tires too. The man there just looked like he was trying to rip me off and was just soooooo moody or sth, very unpleasant. We were trying to undo my old bike seat to put the new one on, and we had some difficulty so we asked him for help. He said "oh, this is very very difficult to do, you should ask my repair guys to do it". He then tried to do it himself but after 30 seconds he said "no this is too hard i will stop coz if I go on i will have to charge you". We then asked how we should do it (coz we didn't want to spend more money), and after trying ourselves, we were able, except to loosen our original seat in 2 minutes ( we aren't big on tools lol). He then proceeded to put the new seat on, but said he couldn't adjust the seat because my bike had some special lock thing. My bf then said "but u just loosened it more to get the new seat on, why can't u tighten it now ", and the owner said "yes , but i can only loosen it but I can't tighten it". He then said that if I really wanted to adjust my new seat i should use his repair guys to undo and remove my seat platform and buy a new one that they will be able to adjust with their tools. So basically, for the second time, he was trying to get us to go to his repair shop and spend more money. We were customers that spent well over 200$, but we really didn't get a good service, and he was trying to get us to spend more ! So we just left politely and swore we would never go back there again.

Awesome bicycle rental place. My family rents bikes hwre every year, and they are one of the best ways to experience Quebec. They also offer guided group bike tours, which I haven't done but am sure are excellent. The staff is very friendly and quick, and will ensure you are satisfied with your bike before you set out. They are conveniently located right across the street from a bike path that goes along the river.

Les pneus installés m'ont permis d'affronter les sections surprises de gravel lors de différentes constructions sur les pistes cyclables. Bref j'ai adoré.

I had a great time renting a bike here. The staff were friendly and provided a map and tips. I left around 9am to catch the 9:30am ferry leaving for Levis, then biked back taking the Quebec Bridge. I am just a casual biker but it was very easy to find my way and the route was mostly flat. It was a great way to take in the great views of Quebec City and get in some physical activity.

The bikes are a little shabby for the money, but worked well and were more than enough for a day exploring the St Lawrence bike trails which are largely excellent and a good way to get out of the city for a few hours. Recommend the cycle route 5 up to Montmorency Falls 10km away.

I rented a road bicycle for a week from Cycle Services. Everyone there was exceptionally pleasant and helpful and at ease with us English speakers. Jean-Marc suggested a ride around Quebec City on both sides of the river before we took off on our Route Verte road trip, including a lunch cafe suggestion, and that was one of the highlights of our week in Quebec. I am not sure if this is family-run but it certainly felt like it. The young lady who had started my rental was very sweet and kind, offering a map of areas and advice on the different bikes, and setting up with a lock. Eventually I settled for a road bike which was promptly put together by two other team members checking that I had the best optimization for height and pedals. The road bike was amazing, it felt like butter pedaling that I wanted to take it home with me. Upon returning the rental, I had another member provide me with a brief history of the bikes in Quebec City. Simply loved the experience and service from Cyclo Services, couldn't ask for more! Cycling is the best way to see the quebec city. Enjoy cycling on very beautiful cycling track which runs next to st.lawrence river in Quebec City. There are many types of cycles available for rent. You can also get your cycle repair here. The most common is shown in the picture. It is geared non-electric cycle. It has front and rear gear. Other option is electric cycle. The normal cycle cost around 10$ per hour and electric cost 17$ approx for 1hr. I feel renting for 1-2 hrs will be enough for beginners.you can also rent for a day at Abt 40$ approx. Along with cycle you will get helmet and lock. Staff is very nice.they speak English and French both very well. Staff helps to make sure we enjoy the ride.

Had an excellent experience renting a bicycle from Cyclo Services! Bike was in good condition and included water bottle holder, helmet and lock. I would highly recommend cycling up to the Montmorency falls. The falls site has a place to lock your bike and grab food or fill up your water bottle. You can continue on the path past the falls for another 30 km if you want to make it a long day. Great views of the St Lawrence and there are rest and washroom stops every 15 to 20 kilometres.

Mise en contexte:Après 6 ans dans la ville de Québec je dois partir pour l'ouest canadien et je me rends compte que je n'ai jamais vraiment exploré la ville. Sur recommandation d'un ami, je décide alors de louer un vélo pour ma petite exploration. J'ai commencé par louer un vélo électrique pour trois jours afin de voir si j'aimais le concept d'explorer la ville à vélo. C'était impeccable!! Vélo super performant et bien ajusté. En plus le service au magasin pour le retour et la prise de possession du vélo était courtois et rapide. Après ça je retourne quelques jours plus tard pour louer le vélo cette fois pour une période de deux semaines. Même vélo et même service impeccable. À l'approche de la fin de la location j'ai demandé une prolongation d'une semaine qui a été acceptée par cyclo service pour un prix très RAISONNABLE(j'insiste là-dessus). Finalement j'ai été plus que satisfait du service. -Vélo en bon état -Service simple rapide et courtois -Tarifs très raisonnables et -Finalement, ils se sont montrés flexibles lorsque j'ai demandé la prolongation(ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié). Je recommande. 10/10.

Great bike rental place close to bike paths to explore the city and nearby attractions. Very friendly personnel, French and English speaking, with very good bikes in good condition. We rode hybrid bikes but they offer road an carbon bikes as well. Got maps and great advice.

Great place and adjacent to the cycle track. Fantastic range of cycles and helpful and friendly staff. My wife and I visited whilst on a cruise and hire two bikes to ride out to Montmorrency Falls. Just as described by the staff the cycle path is flat and completely off road so super safe. Prices excellent and very competitive. Would highly recommend and will definitely. Use again next time we are in Quebec.

The tour exceeded our expectations! The ~11km bike ride to the Montmorency Falls and back was very refreshing and the trail was well maintained. Upon arrival to the falls we ate the snacks that were provided and had about 1.5 hours to explore the waterfall on our own from different locations which was absolutely amazing!! One of the guides looked after the bikes and our belongings while we were away. Rain jackets that were given to us also came in handy when coming close to the waterfall. Would recommend to anyone who loves staying active and getting a bit of exercise in. Would not recommend to those who aren’t comfortable biking at a low to medium pace for ~40-60 min.

Wonderful service! All staff members were friendly and helpful as we rented bikes for a day trip. The gentleman behind the counter gave us specific details/instructions for travelling on each of the routes he recommended. We rode 35-40 kilometers (on a route with heavy hills and a few sections on surface streets with traffic) and had no issues with any of the bikes--high quality hybrid cycles. Locks and helmets were provided. Great people and excellent prices.
