Awesome Destination for relaxing and food trip (dont missed it!trust me there food are worth trying and superb delicious). We booked our lunch at FAIRVIEW RESTAURANT( just inside of fairmont). Plus the fact the Spectacular ambience and view of Incredible Lake Louise while having lunch or dinner with your family or friends.

This Hotel is amazing!!!! Spectacular lake view. The hotel has restaurant and shops and coffee shop. Everything you need. I really enjoyed our two night stay

I expected more for what I was paying I would give the staff a 5, rooms 5 food a 2.5. there's nothing else in the area so you're stuck eating at one of the restaurants. I only tried to the restaurants but the one on the main foyer food was just bland. I just think it's crazy that I'm paying $750 a night and I still have to pay for parking. You get a great view and the easy access to the lakes.

We stayed here for a wedding. This hotel is beautiful I have never seen such a picturesque spot in my entire life. The staff went over and above to make sure that we were all looked after. The rooms are a bit small for the amount of money that you're spending on it but you're paying for everything else.

Super busy when we went for High Tea. Food and service were excellent. The only thing was we called about parking availability and they said they charge $30 for self parking. So we went to the Public Park Parking Lot and paid ~$17 instead. When we were waiting to be seated, another lady came and and said to the host "I forgot you guys validate parking". She got her parking validated and went on her way. I spoke to the server afterwards and inquired why we were told that it's $30 to self park when parking is validated by the hotel when we even called to confirm. She said whoever we spoke to misinformed us and apologized. She talked to her manager got us 2 complimentary glasses of prosecco for the inconvenience.

Wonderful hot springs! Delightful to soak in hot water while it snows in the mountains!

My stay was for 4 nights and not once was the food anything but amazing. The service is spectacular. And the view is breathtaking! Please make the trip you will not regret it!! The hike up to the teahouse passing mirror lake a little tough but nothing amazing should be easy!!!

The furnishing and the decor are top notch just like what you would expect from a Fairmont. This continues our excellent experience after having stayed at the Banff Spring for two nights prior. Faye, despite being a new staff member at the Hotel, assisted with the check in with great hospitality and efficiency. The host, Leo, at Lakeview also displayed full professionalism. He even gave us blankets and moved our outdoor patio table to be closer to the gas heater. Fantastic show of dedication.

I have mixed reviews. Beautiful hotel with great views. We stayed there for a day last week during the heat wave. Room didn't have AC. But can't get upset at that. Hotel staff got us a Dyson didn't really help but the thought was there. My issue was there was a gentleman at the bottom stair who stopped me at the door and asked what I was doing there. Never been talked to like that. I replied saying I'm a guest at the hotel. Then said going to get a coffee on the main floor and asked for directions. He replied by saying they don't have a coffee place at the hotel.... So very clear he didn't want me to experience anything. And yes there is a coffee place upstairs.

Lots of hiking close by. Good variety of restaurants. During winter there is ice bar and ice castle. Hotel has skate rentals so you can skate on the ice when the lake is frozen

The best and only hotel you can enjoy the lake louise view for sunrise. All season looks different. I will highly recommend the LAKEVIEW rooms. Golden floor service is amazing as well. Love this place always

From the check in to the restaurant service everything was amazing! We booked a room on the 7th floor (gold service) and we’re not disappointed! We chose to upgrade our room to the suite (703) , and so glad we did! The panoramic windows gave us the best view. Our luggage came promptly, being helped by the lovely Danielle at from the bell desk. Danielle delivered our luggage with care, and even took the time to give us some tips about the area and restaurants to try. Anything we needed Danielle and the ladies at the front desk were there to help. We were lucky to get Danielle for our check out too, and she also gave us some safety tips about the drive back to Canmore, as a snow storm was coming in. I will definitely be staying here again!
