Taylor was extremely helpful in educating us on hotels for our all inclusive Mexico trip coming up. I was planning on behalf of myself and my girlfriend, but was only able to visit Taylor solo due to time constraints. She showed patience and excellent service through a couple in person meetings and many emails. Will update after the trip, but extremely pleased as is! Thanks again. As an added bonus, she got us the best deals according to my own research (expedia, etc) AND there was no booking fee through her at the office! She was also upfront about any extra fees we may incur (environmental, baggage, etc) and respected the budget we set out with.
