We went in to TripCentral Beechwood on Saturday, August 17th to get some help planning our honeymoon. After discussing what we were looking for with Jairus, he told us he'd get back to us within a couple of days with more information. When I hadn't heard anything a day after he'd promised to get back to us, I emailed him, and he responded saying that they had been short staffed lately and that he would get me the information by the next day. It's now been almost 2 weeks since we went in there and we still have not ever received any information. We ended up just arranging our honeymoon on our own. I don't know if they're really so short staffed and so busy that they can't stay on top of their requests, but I would definitely avoid booking anything with this location if this is the kind of customer service they're offering.

Karishma helped us book our trip to Costa Rica. I had contacted a few different agencies to help me search. It was not an easy task as my family had certain things they wanted in a vacation. Everyone wanted adventure, an all inclusive resort on the beach and the price we had to budget with, I thought would be impossible. At first it seemed that we would have to give up on one thing or another, but Tripcentral.ca never gave up searching for the right vacation for my family! I was sent updates as prices dropped on all the places I had my eye on. For the first time in many years we found an agent who we felt actually cared and listened. We never once felt like we were dealing with a "salesman" type who was pushy or who we felt like we were just a pain and rushing us to make a decision. I was never made to feel bad about changing our minds or saying "no", that place just won't work for us. I will definitely be booking through tripcentral.ca again in the future and more specifically Karishma Kaul, our booking agent. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Two thumbs up for Hotel Cayo Santa Maria in Cuba. Apon arrival the check in was quick and the room was spacious,clean and the oceanview was amazing. Well worth the extra money. The beach is stunning-turquoise water with white fine powdery sand. It was peak season and yet it never felt crpwded and there were plenty of lounge chairs and towels available. The grounds were lush and tropical and well maintained. The food was out of this world with enough variety at the buffet that it never became boring. I did not try the ala carte restaurant because I was travelling alone, but the buffet on its own was enough. Waitstaff at the buffet was exceptional-attentive,smiling,friendly.I never had to ask for anything and they remembered what I liked to drink. Lobby staff was friendly as well. This vacation was exceptional in everyway and exceeded my expectations. I will definately be going back and would not hesitate to recommend this resort!

I have booked many vacations with Jairus Maus at Trip Central and have always appreciated his attention to detail and his suggestions as to what to see, the best time of the year, month etc. for the best experience. He has taken the time to get to know me and the type of travel I would enjoy. For instance, he knows I like to cook and experience different foods; he knows I'm into gardening and that I really enjoy river cruises so he has suggested a culinary cruise on the Seine which includes a visit to Monet's "Giverny" to see the garden that was his inspiration. Jairus has, time and again, gone above and beyond to ensure the perfect vacation experience for me. I truly value his expertise!
