I traveled to Cambodia and Vietnam with a group of 23 Americans on a trip organized by Frederick Travel Waterloo. The tour guides were mostly excellent. The agenda was perfect. My only disappointment was in the food. My group was often served "americanized" versions of the local cuisine, which included French fries and deep fried breaded meats instead of what I observed other restaurant patrons eating (noodles, vegetables, rice, etc.).

I had such a great experience yesterday with Ana! My partner and I booked a rather important trip to Colombia to bring his son from there to Canada to live with us for the year. We booked through a third party company and it was a mess. I called Frederick Travel Waterloo for advice and Ana answered the call and literally helped me get everything sorted out from start to finish. Her knowledge helped me cancel my ticket free of charge and she also rebooked our flights home… for the three of us this time :) I was/am so grateful for her help! Thank you Ana!
