I had a lot of anxiety getting on a horse. the trainers were so calm and helpful it was a great experience

The youth staff running the poney rides were rude and the last 10 min of the poney ride spent her time on the phone and standing around.

Brandon Diodati

Such a fantastic and fun experience! Highly recommend anyone to go. Our whole group were first time horse riders and the staff provided professional and strong communication. They were patient and easy to talk to. Absolutely, will go again!

Cassandra Taylor-Pautler

Great experience! We went for my daughter's birthday party and they all had a great time. Staff were very friendly and made the time memorable!

Sana Saeed

Went horse riding for the first time with my husband and had an amazing time! Great experience with the horses and the trail leads Blair and Lizzy:) Spent an hour on a beautiful trail. Will be coming back in summer!

Melissa Alexander

We had a one hour trail ride on New Years Eve in the fresh snow. Terry was a great guide and the horses were very friendly. We look forward to coming back again!

We had a marvellous time. Vlair was incredible. They did a great job of minimizing the impacts of an unruly family in the other riders as best they could. Fun and challenging.

I went for a trail ride earlier this week with Sonny - the gentlest giant there is! I loved my time there, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My main concern is always safety, but I felt safe and secure the entire time. My one recommendation is to wear rain boots, particularly in this spring weather :)

Jennifer Arviv

What an incredible experience! It’s been years since I was on a horse. Yesterday spent hours riding through the beautiful Fall foliage, to the adorable town of St Jacobs and then back to where we started. It was the best bday present and I would do it again anytime. Tatiana was our guide and was informative and amazing! 5 stars all the way.

Rhonda Elgersma

Took my youth group here and they loved it! Even in the rain! Emily & Meadow did a great job of hunting down our crew!

Tracy Johnson

Great experience! Beautiful setting and ride through the fields and river. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

the place is not very clean

Bana Jamil

Lovely horses. Lovely staff. Fair prices. Little Kids can do pony rides and older kids and adults can go for trail rides. Nice facility.

I'm not saying it was bad, but I got attacked by a goat there. I kind of didn't like it though, because with the small size of their arena there is no way you could do VERY experienced things! Imagine cantering Oxers in there! P.S. Alex Wilson? I understand it was a bad experience, but think about it! Horses, step on feet! It is just what they do. Plus you should know how to be responsible around horses, remembering that these creatures are trying, OK? Imagine if somebody walked up to you, shoved somebody on your back, and then put a piece of metal in your mouth! And it doesn't end there! People kick your sides, and tug on your mouth! Now that you have read this, tell me honestly that you would not be just a little pissed of.

Was nervous at first as it was my first time horseback riding, but our guides Blair and Tasha made my friends and I feel very comfortable and safe before and during the trail ride. A calm and beautiful experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new experience or activity. Enjoyed it, and will definitely be back again!

Went on a 1 hour trail ride today. The horses were great and the trail ride was very nice. My biggest concern is the fact that NO staff were wearing masks. The girls in the office didn't have masks on. The girls helping us with the horses didn't have masks on. Other customers were in the office without masks. Almost impossible to social distance, so masks are a MUST! Signed a document saying they have covid protocol, but didn't see one thing encouraging staff or customer safety. Perhaps public health should be notified, as this is a risk! **edited to add. . . I have read your response. You (owners) obviously did not read my review. Nobody INSIDE the office was wearing a mask. There were 3 adult customers with 2 children, NO MASKS. There were 2 female staff, NO MASKS. These people were ALL inside the tiny office building together. When I asked about payment, I had to come in to the office. Just seems careless during a pandemic. There are mandatory rules for INSIDE buildings and my concern and comments are about what was happening INSIDE the facility.

I had an event here with my friends and it was wonderful. I will be going back in the future and the service was great! Loved all the animals, especially Q-tip the baby goat!

My fiance and I booked a 1 hour trail ride with Conestogo River Horseback Adventures for my Birthday and absolutely loved the experience! Emily was an awesome trainer and lead on our trail ride. I have never riden a horse before and I felt very comfortable with her instructions and caught on very quick. I would totally go again and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you for a fun day!

Celina Laurette

Blair and Tegan were excellent guides! Friendly, reassuring, and professional. We felt very safe during our trail ride and had a lot of fun. Russel and Mystique (horses) were relaxed and cooperative.

Just went for my first ride in years and it was fantastic! Such a beautiful trail to go out on. Shout out to Sammy for being a great guide!!

Michael Garcia

My girlfriend and I spent the day on the trail with Lindsay for a two hour ride. It was our very first time and Lindsay was awesome with us. Her communication was clear, concise and lots of positive energy! Would highly recommend for beginners and experienced riders alike!

We booked a camp this April break. With the provincial wide shutdown Conestogo horseback adventures refused to give us our 125.00 deposit back. I’m sorry but in a pandemic if the province closes things down - these businesses should give us our money back. We will not be bringing our family back to this place.

My wife and I went on the 1 hour horseback trail and loved it! Our guides were great and very knowledgeable - it was our first time riding and the guides made sure we felt safe and comfortable :) We will definitely be back!

Leigh Grimm

Don’t bother sending your child to the camps. I was very disappointed with our first camp experience here. There was little to no supervision over the children in my daughters group (5-7 years old). Anytime I went to pick up my child they were unattended (a teenager glued to a cell phone isn’t supervised). I emailed to address this issue and received no response at all. When I asked my child if there was a grown up with them all day she said no which was my observation as well. Since the camp is literally on a highway I would expect legitimate supervision and more secure circumstances when I’m entrusting my child somewhere. Really not impressed, paid $350+ and pulled my child after 2 days due to the lack of supervision/accountability.

Took my gang for an outing on my wife’s birthday, and we loved the experience, did it for the first time, and the guides were funny, i dont know why people are complaining about them for no reason, enjoy the freakin ride, duhh.! Loved it amazing.!

amanda macdonald

Blare an the 2 girls where beyond awsome very helpful and will tecommend for everyone

Lucas Dunlop

Booked a trail ride for my girlfriend and I and we were not disappointed! The tour guides were very informative and the horses behaved so well! Wear warm clothes if you're going in the winter!

Nykii Novenski

5 Stars! Amazing place! I've never enjoyed a trail ride as much as I did at horseback adventures! The horses are amazing and give you a boost of confidence like no other! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I was extremely nervous going in to the ride but came out smiling! My 4 year old son has been there for multiple pony rides. The horses were so careful with him, they where wonderful for him to be on and around on the ground. I will be brining my family here for years to come!

Alex Wilson

Unsafe, not what we were told. When we booked our daughter's birthday party, we were told there would be a staff member with each horse. The horse riding started with just one staff member and two "volunteers" for 5 horses, but within minutes both volunteers had left. They had some of the guests (that is, nine-year old girls) leading the horses, but one ended up with a bloodied knee after being dragged by the horse as it pulled its rope. I had my foot stepped on as did my wife as we tried to lead the horses. Would not recommend booking this for children's events as they appear to rely on volunteers to fill out their staffing needs. With inexperienced guests trying to handle the horses, it's fortunate no-one was more seriously injured.

Sandra Conway

They were amazing and we had such a great time today .Thank you so much for a great ride the guide Blair was really friendly and helpful ????

After March Break and when the Covid 19 outbreak was just starting I was anticipating needing childcare in the summer. I decided to signup my two children for a couple of daycamps. Not knowing the seriousness of Covid 19 at the time, I had called the business line and spoken to a man who I am assuming is Terry VanLenthe a co-owner. I asked him what the process was and if things escalated with Covid 19 if I could get a refund. He assured me that I would be able to and spoke of another man he already refunded who had lost his job due to the outbreak. I also spoke to Tatyanna who assured me that if due to Covid 19 I wanted to cancel, a refund it would be possible. Funny thing was she said she was going to use the money to buy a kiln and her kids were going to try it out. She was overly excited to get the funds. At the time I thought nothing of it, but using your gross revenue for personal use is usually a red flag for poor financials or something amiss. Also Terry had told me there 'preferred' method of payment is e-transfer not visa and there website says they will not take e-mail registrations, which I now find to be a red flag too as there is not recourse once you send an e-transfer. Please be advised. I sent in my registration form trusting their verbal agreement to honour what we discussed over the phone, despite that their webpage stated no refunds for any reason. I even stated our discussion on the registration form. As things progressed my husband and I decided it is not safe to send our kids to any camp this summer, as they are speaking of a second and third wave, and that a vaccine will not be ready till next Sept or later. When I called to speak with Tatyanna VanLenthe the owner, she was not sympathetic, in fact she told me that she could guarantee that they could provide the service and maintain the safety of my children. Not sure how she can guarantee that, when the government is anticipating it being months before things get back to normal. By sending them over the summer we would be risking getting infected and the lives of our most vulnerable family members. She proceeded to give me a sob story about her overhead and that the horses cost a lot of money to feed. She is also refusing to give me a registration confirmation or a receipt of deposit, which I find strange and unprofessional. She states on that the confirmation your bank sends you when she accepts the e-transfer is a receipt. I began to wonder if this was a scam? This is not a business receipt or confirmation for tax purposes in any way. I have e-mailed her my request of a refund and of a receipt, as well as sent a registered letter and given them a week to respond. They have not responded or provided a response or a solution to date. I have stated that even if they are adamant on not providing a refund I want a receipt from them, not just my bank confirmation. I have called the regional police and they have told me it is a civil matter. Be advised. When I mentioned this to Tatyanna she basically laughed at me. I am proceeding with a complaint with the BBB and a complaint with the ministry of education who regulates Day Camps. I hope the 200$ was worth it. I also noticed that they offer all kinds of camps on PD days and throughout the winter months they were even offering daycamps for strike days. I hope they are registered with the ministry and that their numbers are in line, as well as their staff qualifications to deal with our most vulnerable sector. They are asking for sponsors as well for horses for bails of Hay. A company that is viable is usually able to manage their overhead to cover expenses and account for unforeseen events. Also the government has already announced that they are going to be helping out small businesses during this tough time. Beware that they are posing as sympathetic and taking Covid 19 seriously but they are still taking summer camp registrations and donations and I feel it may not be going towards what they are saying it is going towards.... their horses and expenses.

My 6-year old daughter started Farm Camp there but we pulled her out after three chaotic days. The whole organization of the day camps has the appearance of chaos. The instructors and leaders shout across each other and the kids. The group activities started early, before all the kids were ready. The ratio of leaders to children is far too high. It looked to me like 1 teenager was looking after 10-12 kids. And she was not doing it well. I question if any of the staff have experience or education in children's education. From my observations it only seemed like teenagers yelling at kids. Each day she was there some item of my daughter's was lost, including her eyeglasses which the instructor took away from my daughter for water activities then forgot where she left them. Another day her sunhat was misplaced and no one from the farm was willing to help find it. Then her lunchbox did not come home. Yes kids should look after their stuff, but at the same time instructors and leaders of children's groups need to be responsible for the kids under their care. No attention was given to organized bathroom breaks for the kids (5 -7 year olds still need reminders, especially in a new place, and this was not done). At pick up time one day the kids were not ready, they were still in their wet bathing suits. No activities seemed to be well organized. Besides the one pony ride a day the kids got, and a small craft, my daughter said they didn't do much. The Farm say they offer before and after care for the kids parents who have trouble meeting the 9am-4pm hours of the camp. This extended care was nothing more than the kids involved sitting around a group of picnic tables in the sun. They were not given anything organized to do. I can't comment on the cleanliness of animal treatment, but the areas where the kids store their backpacks and do crafts are in the barn loft. It's a working farm, so absolute cleanliness is not expected, but there are definitely improvements that could be made. As you can tell we were not happy with the organization. Most telling of all is that my daughter, who loves horse stories, told me she did not want to go back on day 4 because she wasn't having fun. For the cost of this camp, extremely disappointed.

Visited last summer with my girlfriend and it was a wonderful time. The coaches and horses were friendly. The Trail was absolutely beautiful. I especially enjoyed the river crossing on horseback. I would go back at least ones every summer. ????

I went for a 2 hour trail ride and really enjoyed it. Tatyanna was very professional and provided us with lots of helpful recommendations on how to control and ride the horses. It was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Terrific trails. Lots of wildlife. Scenery was amazing, especially it the fall with all the leaves changing colors. The staff were wonderful and treated us with the utmost respect. Crossing the Conestoga River was one highlight of the 2 hour ride we booked. I am definitely going back!!!

Went on an hour trail ride, loved every minute! The tour guide was positive and kept checking on us to make sure we were still doing ok!

Great Staff, kids had a blast! Cookie is my daughter's new best friend!

OMG I just laughed so hard reading some of these reviews. lol...you mean. *gasp* you encountered bushes on your trail ride through the bushes?? and discovered that horses use their faces for sneezing? and sometimes when you walk beside them they step on feet? yeesh. there was probably poop too....you didn't mention that the farm might have poop. How terrible is that? lol. This place is excellent. The horses are fantastic and so are the staff. I have been in and out of many trail riding and equestrian facilities over the years and this is one of the best. To the poster who recommends people don't bring young children on the trails, you're correct, it's not appropriate....that's why their policy is no children under the age of 11. If you aren't made of cotton fluff then get your buns out there and enjoy the outdoors. If you are made of cotton fluff then best to stay home lest you get dirty or blow away. :)

We had a very lovely time riding. Horses were very calm and knew exactly what they were doing. Definitely book the longer trail.

We were upset with some of the policies surrounding their day camp. In particular, we put down a 30 dollar helmet deposit, which they allowed the kids to spend on candy in their store. This was the default unless parents explicitly requested otherwise, but we were not informed that it was happening and learned of the practice by accident. Even once we revoked permission for her deposit to be spent on candy, she was still made to go to the tuck shop every day and watch the other children buy and eat candy in front of her.

Had several issues with the trail ride on Thursday including: poorly trained horses (did not follow direction well), poorly trained/incompetent staff/volunteers assisting our group, horse I was on got into a fight with another horse, they were kicking each other, it was terrifying, I thought I was going to get thrown off, no staff/volunteers came to make sure I was ok after this happened, some parts of the trail were very muddy, horses slipping, one horse (in front of me) did not want to go into the water, once it got into the water, it stopped half way through so I had to stop, then my horse was distracted (playing in the water) and would not take commands to get out of the water, ended up going very close to a cement wall (support for a bridge I think) and my leg got squished between the wall and the horse, have a nice sized bruise from that. Someone else's horse took off toward Northfield Dr. (no fence/gate stopping the horses from going on the road), the individual was very scared that the horse was going to head straight into traffic. No instruction was given prior to the ride on what to do if your horse started getting riled up/kicking another horse. Most people in our group had a good time, but I can't see myself ever getting on a horse again. This was just my 2nd time riding ever. The staff/volunteers were aware that we were almost all beginner level riders in our group. Would not recommend, especially not for beginners.

lausternn

Beautiful trails! Our guide Alex was wonderful and very informed about horses! We learned a lot and enjoyed the beautiful sights, specifically crossing the river. The horses were very well behaved. Overall perfect spot for beginner riders!

Such a great time. It was so lovely to get out into nature and the horses are all so well behaved

Kevin Baker

We had a wonderful time, prefect way to spend my birthday !

Nick Matthews

My kid came here for a birthday party event. They were originally scheduled for a wagon ride, but due to the weather, they instead did indoor pony riding. The kids had a blast. There's a large room upstairs for events, with a large outdoor deck for more patio friendly weather.

Alvie Dela Cruz

Amazing experience! It was my friends' and I's first time going horseback riding, and Blaire made sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the entire hike. Highly recommend!! I would definitely come back here again!!

Peter LCM

Excellent experience. Blair and Abby were wonderful guides. Abel and Mabel were excellent horses. Mild-mannered beautiful creatures and very intelligent. Would recommend to all.

Chip Dip

I went on a trail ride for my very first time a little bit ago and my guide was Courtney! She was so sweet and I had a great trail! Courtney really made the trail so much better!

Our kids class was scheduled to participate in the mantracker event yesterday but unfortunately it rained. The kids "activity" was switched from a fun game of mantracker to cleaning stalls and feeding goats. The students complained it was the worst school trip considering we paid $35 for them to attend and they ended up doing chores. Such a disappointment for their end of school trip.

Johanna

Very friendly people! Horses are trained to the most thought of perfection! Awesome place...we hope to be back to visit!

Navraj Benipal

It was a great experience. Blair & Abby both of them was fun to ride with. They made sure everyone is safe & comfortable throughout the journey. I would highly recommend everyone to try horse riding with them.

Melanie Mader

VERY disappointed. Been coming to this farm for YEARS, and have loved coming here because I just do, feel at home here and the family that owns it are warm friendly people. I have referred many for camp programs and trails rides, it's local, and comfortable. At times, referral feedback has not always been the greatest, but no matter how I could relate, it was something I chose to personally dismiss and keep to myself. That being said, I do agree that supervision is poor with camp scenarios, and although I could elaborate more on personal experiences, I will leave the rest alone. My biggest letdown as of recent, which has changed my mindset about this much loved farm entirely was a trail ride paid in full for my daughter and I that was to be one hour in length. This trail ride ended 35 mins in because of late comers. After calling to discuss the issue, the result was that the guide would be spoken to, there was no compensation for paying for something in full and receiving 50% of what was offered and expected. I'm saddened to say, but in future, will likely not return here. This situation was not dealt with fairly.

Elaine Stevens

we have been to horseback adventures many times, and loved every single visit! today my 4 year old got to try out a pony ride and absolutely LOVED it! our guide Melissa was so kind and informative. highly recommend!!

I brought my boyfriend here yesterday to have him experience trail riding on a quiet mount with me. As an experienced rider, I was not bored with my mount and the trails were lovely through the river valley and neighboring fields. It was a great day for riding and overall we had a great experience. The staff was a bit short handed as the owner counts on hard working volunteers with few paid staff, and it made for some disorganization at the start of the ride organizing who rode which horse. I was impressed by their help with one of the regulars, who is mostly blind. As many of my family members are also blind I loved how our guide took care of her needs and helped her enjoy the outdoors. I may return with my mom to provide her a similar experience.

Mengdi Liu

Absolutely great experience. Staffs are all friendly, and the they checked the saddles before the ride and gave all safety related instructions carefully before the ride. The horses are very easy to ride on and very well trained. Will come back again!

Quinton Lucyk

Great people and great horses. Terry and Blair are beauties.

Sarah Lipovsek

This is a hard place to rate. Some great trainers. Some not so great people. Too many young " volunteers" running around. Some safety issues. Some horses come from poor care and abusive situations . I appreciate that they try to give them a better life but I feel the money could be put into better facilities. The horses could be clean . The grounds could be dryer safer. Just better communication and better run all round. Love the horses.

Judy BlaBla

Saturday at 5 pm, horseback riding.. Tegan and Blair were really nice and competent tour guides. It was my first time. They gave me Nickle, 18 year old horse. I was at the back (in a group of 6) and Tegan was attentive, gave me tips along the route, shouted out instructions, and explained what my horse was doing so I understood and stayed calm. Blair, at the front, would project his voice and occasional check in with us to make sure we doing well. It was a very relaxing ride with steepness areas (so it's not just a boring level walk). The water crossings was my fav part (even if my horse/nickle was a bit...Carefree). Will come again.

Wonderful service and a beautiful ride!

I've never been here, but I was shopping around for lesson places. A lot of these 1-3* reviews seem like they're coming from citiots who can't tell a horse from a donkey. Wow... a horse SNEEZED on you? Give me a break. And OH.. They had the VET there? Of course they did!! Would you rather they let injuries go without care or that they leave their animals without proper routine care? Citiots: Stay in the city where you belong if you can't handle a little horse snot and mud. By the way, only an ignorant person would complain about a stable getting VET care for their animals.

Emin Mammadov

Had an amazing experience at this place. Lindsay was super helpful and entertaining, and explained everything very clearly from the beginning. It was our first time riding but the horses she picked were very friendly. I truly enjoyed this experience and will be coming back again.

Oksana Oksana

Had an amazing time on a 1h trail! All horses are beautiful and very well behaved. My husband and I were riding on Able and Mable horses, a very sweet couple :) Worth to drive from Toronto. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely come back.

Douglas Dewell

The saddle was loose on my wife's horse which tipped her off onto the ground. She sustained injuries. Young girls saddled the horses and their work wasn't checked. They were too small to saddle such a big horse without supervision. I found this unprofessional.

I took my husband as an anniversary gift and he has never rode before and absolutely loved it! The horses are very well taken care of and it shows through the ride. We did the 1 hour trail adventure with Sam as our leader and she was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for the adventure! We also want to thank Amelia and Peanut too ???? We will definitely be back!

Extremely friendly and informative staff. Terry was a great guide and the horses were so friendly. The setting is picturesque. Loved every minute of our hour ride especially the river.

Randy Lahey

Had a great time. I rode the biggest horse there! Bailey, our guide, was great. I'd recommend you guys put "Horse Trail" signs on the trail to let trespassers know they're not on a regular trail.

Had an amazing time on my trail rides. The staff was amazing and we saw some awesome sights. The guides were very knowledgable and gave me great advice as I was a first time rider and very nervous, but by the end I was very comfortable on a horse :) anyone who didnt have a good time obviously didn't follow the instructions from the staff. Will definatly be returning soon.

Took my fiancee here as she used to ride a few years back. It was my first time horseback riding and we both had an awesome time on our one hour ride. Horses are friendly and they look very strong healthy well cared for animals. Guides were helpful and clear with instructions. We will definitly be returning and will bring our kids next time.

My son and his church youth group played Man Tracker last night at Health valley trail with Horseback Adventures and they had a great time! Lots of fun, horses and humans! I hike the health valley trail all the time with my dog and always enjoy seeing the horses and humans out enjoying nature!

Jamis Banda

Overall, it is a good experience. The staff are OK. Not overly friendly. Should take a bit more time to explain things to beginners. I was a bit taken aback by the requirement of a 10% tip to the staff, because it is a 'service industry'! Well, tipping is not done in all service industries. In fact, it is mostly in industries where employees are poorly paid that tipping is common. So, my advice is: Pay your employees adequately. Then they will ensure that customers have a great experience. Your 'service' is not cheap. You can pay your employees adequately, I am sure!

Erika

Calvin Veenvliet

Very well done ! I would recommend going in the summer or fall it was beautiful. I loved the experience it was way better than I thought . The one thing I would change is communication and attition to detail within the workers. If I could give one price of advice it would be to do better inspections on equipment before starting the amazing trail ride.

Jessica Dewell

Three of us went for the two hour ride. The scenery and trails were great. Unfortunately, the horse my mother was riding the saddle wasn’t correctly fastened (Able who is one of their biggest horses). She slid off the horse with the saddle about halfway through the ride (on dirt and thankfully not rocks or the water). Luckily she was wearing a helmet but is now very hurt from the ordeal and may never fully heal. I would suggest having an ADULT supervising the kids as they are putting on the saddles and double checking that it is done correctly to stop this from happening ever again.

I found this place far from an equestrian facility. Goats, sheep flea infested cats running around. It certainly isn't a place I would drop my children. Horses stand around in about two feet of mud come rain/snow and it looks like a health and safety hazard as I have seen the vet their on multiple occasions to fix illnesses or injury related issues.

Great! My husband and I booked a one hour ride for his birthday and it was so much fun. We both have had very minimum riding but have always wanted a ranch. This place is great to get a good feel of the country side and man does it feel like you can breathe! King was my horses name and he was a bit shy but very obedient. Thanks so much for a great hour of my day. If this was free I would drive all that way to ride! (The place didn't look the cleanest but that's beside the point)

Me and my husband and good friends Sandra and Bill, Ashley had a fantastic time today. Thanks to Blair and Tasha .for a great ride .We sure will be back.

Love that this ranch treats their horses right! Excellent customer service as well! Great covid procedures in place. The owners are lovely and they let the children visit the farm animals which is so thoughtful and allows the children to visit the animals while they are waiting for a ride. My only recommendation would be for someone to sanitize the saddle area when they transition the horses from client to client.

I was enjoying my ride with Amelia. Love the scenic and got to cross the river twice, fun part. Horses are well trained and staffs were nice ????

The ride was incredibly fun and safe. I really enjoyed the route we took and Danielle was a great guide. As someone who wasn't fond of horses, I would definitely go again.

Spent the afternoon volunteering and grooming 2 horses, mystique and whisky. Had a great time very well behaved and now nice and shiny. Great way to spend part of my 40th birthday.

I was very disappointed with their summer camp. Except for the time my daughter was on a horse she said she was bored with almost no organized activities. The ratio of campers to staff was high at about 20:1 with sometimes an extra staffer around but they were usually busy doing other things.

This was a birthday gift from my fiance and ket me tell you it was the best birthday gift I could have expected. The staff was so friendly and gentle and this includes the horses too! The horses are well trained and beautiful. We went on the two hour trail and the scenery was so peaceful and beautiful. Following in line with the other horses you felt majestic. An experience worth every penny!!!

We had such a fantastic morning with Jill And Abby! Jill was a great guide with so much knowledge she made us feel comfortable the entire ride. The horses were nice and quiet for our group of some first time riders. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The walks through the river and forest made it really enjoyable even on a hot day.

Abby and Erin were amazing and friendly. The trail ride is beautiful and it's nice that you cross through rivers. Beautiful scenery and the horses get to drink water as well. The horses are beautiful and well behaved. I'd definitely go back.
