We took the flight over Horseshoe Bend and landed on Tower Butte. Amazing flight over the area. Truly the best way to see this area is from the air. Landing on the butte was such an incredible experience. The only way to get up there is by helicopter. The pilot and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say. It was well worth the money!

What a great experience. We spent a few days at the Grand Canyon South rim hiking but could not go down into the canyon due to the ice and not having proper spiked footwear, and on our last day decided to book, what i call, a bucket list helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. My wife and two kids (7y and 11y) also all loved the experience. It was a once in a lifetime family moment that shouldn't be missed.

Amazing tour. Showed up 30 minutes early and we got weighed, there was a small time of waiting and then a safety video. I was very nervous but the ride was AMAZING I am VERY prone to motion sickness and I didn't feel anything when in the helicopter. Definitely worth it.

We had an amazing experience. We had booked a group tour of Lake Powell, and had wind advisory warnings. Michael called, suggested we move to another day and was great in accommodating around our schedule. It was our first helicopter flight, and we had some nervous flyers. Michael was fantastic in explaining everything, and putting our concerns at ease. Becky was both a great pilot, and an incredible tour guide. It turned out to be an unbelievable day, and exceeded all of our expectations. Special thanks to Michael & Becky.

I booked a helicopter tour over horse shoe bend as the "big" Christmas gift for my boyfriend. It was booked and paid for on December 19th. The tour was booked for March 20th. The company called me 48 hours before the tour to cancel with no further explanation aside from "maintenance" which didn't make sense since they told me I could have moved to a day earlier or a day later. We live in the Phoenix area (about 4 hours away), so we had booked a hotel for the weekend around this experience that was non-refundable 1 day prior to ride being cancelled. When I called back I was given the run-around on who to call and speak with and ultimately STILL have not received a call back from a manager regarding this terrible customer experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The weather was iffy, so they were not sure if we would make it to the canyon. We were informed before leaving if the weather was dangerous we would get a full refund. As it turned out, the weather was not good and we had to return slightly after passing The Hoover Dam. Our money was returned in full. As for the ride, the helicopter was awesome. The pilot was very friendly. And the sound track in the headphones was fun to listen to. I was in a middle back seat and still felt like I could see well and wasn’t missing anything. Also, the shuttle bus to and from the hotel was very comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Loved our tour. Was crazy to lsnd on Tower Butte and walk around! Was amazing yo see the area from the sky as well as from the ground. Would highly suggest this activity for the entire family.

We had our schedule changed from the morning to the afternoon and had to scram to rearrange our other tours which had been scheduled for the same day. The reason they gave us was the weather, but it was a beautiful sunny day with 67 degrees. I feel we were just bumped to accommodate others. The views are spectacular. We landed at tower butte and stayed there for about 20 minutes, so the actual flying time is not very long at all, it may be approximately a 15-20 actual flying time although the tour said about 45-50 minutes. The pilot was very knowledgeable and quite professional. The take off and landing was pretty smooth but in relation to the price and the amount of time you actually spend flying it is not what I consider a good value. I feel we spent most of the time landing and taking off, than flying than taking in the amazing views. Nonetheless it was a good experience; the next time I will ask for more specific details of the flying time and I definitely recommend asking about all these details before flying.

We took the Grand Canyon North Rim tour out of Tusayan. This tour was fantastic! If your thinking about it, just do it. Staff was friendly and pilot was knowledgeable. Views are incredible. Worth every penny!

This was an outstanding trip with very professional people to answer the phone line your time up to do the helicopter tour and the pilot of the helicopter was excellent Due to some bad weather we had to redo our schedule and that was not a problem for them to accommodate us at a time when we would be able to take this helicopter tour The pilot Becky was outstanding and her narration was just awesome her flying skills were very very impressive To land on the top of tower Butte was the highlight of our trip for my son The views of the Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam, horseshoe Bend, and also the canyons leading to Lower Antelope Canyon we’re just awesome along with the views of Lake Powell I would highly recommend this excursion

What an amazing experience! The views were spectacular and everything was so professional. We got the front seat upgrade which was completely worth the extra fee. I saw a review that was disappointed because they were picked up in a van, and although it was a van taking us back to the hotel, the interior was outfitted like a limo.

Great time. Micheal (the manager?) was awesome. Even said he’d give me a few extra minutes if I needed them (drove know from Salt Lake City). Despite covid times, the place was spotless and quick to get us checked in and enroute. Becky (our pilot) was also great. A smooth ride and almost seemed to hover at the perfect photo spots so we could take all we wanted. Great people and a great way to see the area !!

Wonderful experience! Landing in the Grand Canyon was amazing and for them to serve us champagne and crackers while landed was the icing on the cake! Sooooo awesome! We were two hours early and they accommodated us which meant the world so we could drive back to Scottsdale sooner and get more sleep before an early morning the next day! Such friendly people and Michael is absolutely hilarious! Pilot was nice as well. This was the highlight of our honeymoon!! I highly recommend! Worth every penny! Oh and the views were INCREDIBLE!
