Horrendous service, they booked the wrong time for our departure such that we were supposed to be on the departing and returning bus at the EXACT same time in different locations. When contacting support they said we would have to pay for their error and that it wasn't their responsibility that they messed up. Would not recommend even calling their support since they only repeat the same sentence regardless of the conversation at hand even being relevant to that.

Very affordable and safe to travel with them

Meeting spot is hard to find the first time. There are two locations for pickup: T1 post P5 ground level and T3 post C8. For T1: Go all the way to the bottom of Terminal 1 exit, pillar "P5". For T3 exit terminal 3 and find the post C8. There is a tiny megabus sign on a post near the curb. No megabus office that i could find. Daily departures at 11:00 am, 7:00 pm, 9:00 pm.
