Worst bus company ever. If you can avoid Megabus, avoid it running.

The bus itself is as described. The Wi-Fi is pitifully weak, don't count on it. Very uncomfortable seats. The A/C is either blasting in your face or non-existent at all - depending on the driver. Not on time, both times I took it - the delay was actually an hour from Toronto to Montreal. I'm taking the train next time.

The bus ride is comfortable but the buses can run late ...mine was an hour late once. No WiFi as mentioned on the website. Good thing I had time before my flight. Make sure to plan for the bus being late.

-I had took mega bus last weekend, its was terrible!!!!!!!!!! -Bus was very small for 6 hrs traveling -Wifi And charger Plug : not working -they have to stop 6 times in different cities to bring and drop off peoples -it was uncomfortable trip - I would never travel with Megabus again -Price was very expensive: $$$ -Bus was late in both ways

An hour late on the way in, 2 hours late on the way out. Said one stop, stopped three times each way. Said it was a dollar, paid one hundred. Yall just dead set on lying to your clientele or what?

This bus service is the worst.. I dropped my aunt in front of the bus station and went to park my car and I came back. She was waiting outside since there was lot of ppl inside and the 4pm bus left. I ran inside and asked is that the 4pm bus he said yes. I asked how come they didn't announce anything. He said why did you come inside and ask. I told him my aunt does not talk English or French. Than he said that's my problem not his. My aunt was with 3 kids and they made me pay full price for a new booking. I stayed at the station from 4pm to 6pm and realized that many ppl misses the bus since nothing is clear. I'm pretty sure this this is how they manage to give cheap rates Since many ppl miss the bus and they book again.. From 4 to 6 pm I saw 7 people rebook new booking. When you call the customer service They really don't care at all.

Extremely rude costumer service, They do not care about their costumer's problems even when the problem is with their website.They are very impatient and the only thing that they want to do is to hang up as soon as possible. I am really shocked. I thought costumer service should act patiently and politely, I think maybe Mega Bus choose a different path!!!!!!!!!!

The "station" is fine and the guy that works at the dep is nice; but Megabus total trip time (toronto-kirkland) is always 30+ minutes longer then the estimate (I take it every couple months). Also a station in vaudreuil is much needed.
