I am high risk for Covid and have tried to just cancel and use the credit towards the same trip at a later time. Twice, I’ve booked and another variant has come out of no where so I cancelled again. I will not put my life on the line because they REFUSE to issue a refund. All they want to do is give a credit (and that’s if you cancel in time). I tried to rebook TWICE under the same credit but then Omicron hit. I want my money back. I just got off the phone with your customer service and was denied a refund as I am ill. Managers aren’t available for 24-48 hours???
