This store has just had a major renovation and looks fantastic! The store is bright, product is displayed well and my wife loves going there too!!! Has a fantastic home decor section. Very tasteful products. The lumber yard is well laid out and orderly. Yard staff are very quick to assist.

Called down to see if an item was available before driving an hour and a half the next day to pick it up...when I got there the the next day, it seems there was a mix up and the item was not available... But Jody served me and was absolutely awesome, giving me a very good deal on an item that was similar to what I had wanted,,, Jody thank you for the great customer service, it was greatly appreciated,, would recommend your store any day ????....

Sometimes I think an organization deserves to be judged on how they fix problems, because sometimes things happen. That was my recent experience. I recently placed a large order, a dock that was over 6000 dollars, and had several hiccups that really upset me. I was on the verge of cancelling the order, and taking my business elsewhere for good. One staff member in particular, Jolene, stayed with me through the process, and worked hard to fix the problems. I have gone from angry and ready to take my business elsewhere to very apprective of the efforts taken to rectify my concerns. The dock looks great, and not only was I given a partial refund for my trouble, they sent us a couple of beautiful chairs as a gift.

Very disappointed. Called for a siding quote 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a call back. Common building and hardware supplies are not in stock. The inventory is more Home Sense than Home Hardware.

I went in after seeing specials on Christmas ornaments, etc in their weekly flyer. There was absolutely nothing in store that was in the flyer. The cashier said i would have to place an order and it would come in later. Then went on to explain that they cannot have everything in the store that is advertised in the flyer. .. so basically it is an online order place that they order for you and you come back in to pick it up. This also happened to me at christmas last year. I did place the order that time. Needless to say i did not get most of my order until after Christmas was over. I will definitely not be looking at their flyers anymore for this location which is the New Liskeard store nor shopping there. this store basically encourages you to shop from their online website as that is what they are doing.

Just bought a house and it needs some work, grants home hardware, has helped me every step of the way, from siding to facia,soffit and eaves, I even got a new sink. The people that work hear were knowledgeable and friendly and helped out all the way I recommend them for any project you might have.
