Awesome experience for my first time in San Francisco this bike rental place located in the perfect spot bikes where in good shape and the staff really makes u feel like they work for u I would come back. Definitely have a glass of wine and salsa leedos when you get on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge

We purchased 48 hour family passes and so far very poor experience. They claim busses ride every 30 minutes. We have been waiting yesterday for over an hour and today at the West Lake station for two hours as well and the bus still hasn’t arrived at our station. Talked to the gentleman that sells passes on the corner, wasn’t helpful. Called the company directly twice, very useless customer service. We demanded to get a full refund and were refused and were redirected to their website in hopes to make it difficult for customers to follow through. It IS considered theft from a poorly run company. To the Gray Line Seattle company: when people pay you and rely on you when visiting, the expectation is that you deliver what you stand for. You so far wasted our family’s and other people’s valuable time when visiting another city. This is unacceptable! Dear potential customers: PLEASE save your money and time, use other means of transportation and save the stress dealing with incompetent people! ADDRESSING THE REPLY TO THIS REVIEW: Thanks for replying and your apologies. HOWEVER, we already emailed you the moment we spoke to you on the phone several times, prior to this review AND you did not address the issue, full refund has not been issued. There is no need for a generic reply that has no substance. This review will be updated based on what steps you as a company take to address customer concerns.

I had booked bus tour for Boeing filed and Historic in Space Needle and Space Needle Seattle Center paid $55. Pick up time was 2 pm .went to pick up point by 1:53 they said bus left 1:50 few minutes early so requested refund which they agreed but no reply and response from email or calling their site manger.

The bus never showed up. We looked for it for the past 3 days….don’t purchase. It’s a scam.

We have been on many city sightseeing buses in different states and London and have always had great experiences. Not so here. We were booked thru our cruise ship Holland America, I have notified them of our experience. Pick up locations were closed with bus driver having little knowledge of where to go. We left area and went to next stop and we were never picked up. We waited close to an hour. We called a person in the office who told us to keep waiting. My husband called and was told he would get a call back. Finally we were told we could get a refund which I hope they will honor. We wasted so much time and we didn’t have time to loose. Don’t waste your money.

Drivers were nice. Experience was just okay. No headphones. Most (all?) of the path traveled walkable by most.

I’ve done these with this company in other cities and liked it a lot more. An open top bus would have been better. The price was high for the limited number of stops on the red line. Despite the city being known for its music there was no music playing in between the narrations.
