The housing market is very competitive and Carley Noel helped me find a home that I didn't have to pay over asking. Carley was always very professional, and if she didn't have an answer to a question, she would get back to me with an answer quickly. Carley had a house inspector check over the house before bidding because I was not offering any conditions. I needed to change the insulation in the attic and she found someone to do the job and they provided me a quote the same day before I put in my offer. On closing day, my existing house did not close, but she quickly found a place to store all my household contents. Before I moved in she had my house cleaned, and when I did move in to my new home, she came over to help me figure put how to work the appliances. Carley helped make a very stressful move easy. I would highly recommend her services, especially her entire team with her mother and sister.
