Very unfortunate service from Trafalgar - sadly a zero star rating is not allowed on this. I ultimately had to go to TOTAL TRAVEL SERVICE where I had the best experience and booked and excellent itinerary! On the other hand, from my experience helping a foreign guest who got stranded in Jamaica, Trafalgar was very rigid and difficult to work. They were slow to assist and kept finding excuses about the itinerary they could find. They did not inspire much confidence. Despite a few callbacks from the agent of first contact, everyone else there appeared work-shy and just kept referring you to someone else. Overall it was horrible. If Trafalgar was our only option my foreign guest would still be stranded here today. Ultimately they just told me and my guest to go to the Copa Airlines office to arrange our flights. Big name, little to talk about. Thank goodness for Total Travel Service for saving the day. Total Travel Service is far superior to Trafalgar. Total Travel Service found a flight matching our exact parameters, and literally 50% cheaper than Trafalgar - literally half, bisect, 0.5, 50% half than what Trafalgar found! I would never recommend or return to Trafalgar.

They hold appointment times (meaning you dont have to go and wait when you have an appointment) They do not return calls (called a few times for quotations that involved travelling to more than 1 countries on a particular trip and they were to put together packages and call back ...still waiting)

Worst place to spend your money people. Bought tickets here for 2 men to travel to Japan and upon returning the airline did not book them because Trafalgar Travel did not correspond with the different airlines so their bags could be transfered from one airline to another. They therefore ended up not getting on board the flight beause they did not have a German visa and would have to come out of international territories to collect luggage to connect. Trafalgar travel told us they couldn't help and we just have to buy a new ticket to get the guys home. Now what kind of service is that after spending so much money to go to Japan then they want you to buy another return ticket because of their negligence. Shame......and will be taking them to court.
