We'd like to heartily echo all the positive comments for Baraq. We had a family emergency earlier this year and had to book a sudden trip. At the time, we were sleep deprived emotional wrecks but Baraq was incredibly compassionate, thorough, and patient in explaining all of our options. He did everything he could to find the best travel deal for us, even waived service fees when he could, and called us afterwards to let us know about an obscure bereavement benefit he had managed to find. I just returned from a trip that Bruce Parkinson set up. This was my first visit to a Flight Centre or using a travel agent at all. I had gone in knowing what I wanted, I had already selected a resort in Mexico that I had looked up online. Bruce asked me a few questions and recommended a different resort. After spending about an hour with Bruce and his assurance that I would love this resort I booked it. It was the most beautiful best resort that I had ever been too. I will certainly be booking with Bruce at Flight Centre in the future.

Dan, was extremely helpful and professional. He sorted out a family vacation for us at a resort we wanted, when other agency couldn’t. We are a family of 5, 2 adults, twin toddlers and an infant. Other agency told us we needed 2 rooms otherwise it couldn’t be done. All it took was a phone call to the resort and Dan got it done. We wasted a week going around from agency to agency but Dan managed to take care of our booking in a few hours. Totally recommend him for a hassle free experience

I've travelled for years and I have mostly used the Flight Centre. I find cheap flights online through various sites then I ask the travel agent to book it for me. When you book with a travel agent there are some assurances you can't get booking on your own. If I'm stuck in a city having had a flight cancelled, my travel agent can book another flight for me and get me out of my mess. It's such a great partnership for travelling, not to mention they are a one-stop shop for all means of travel. I just recently called for upcoming travel and Jordan was awesome. He texted me and told me he noticed the flights I wanted had gone down in price and that I should book soon. Well I got the cheapest flight to Montreal, multi-city flying out of Ottawa than I thought possible! He looked into my train tickets too! I can't say enough. Thanks!

From the moment I stepped into the office I was warmly greeted, and from there Rachael answered all my questions with a true knowledge and capability that was second to none. She is extremely well-versed in all things Mexico and took the time to understand exactly the type of holiday I was looking for. In my case, I have mobility issues and have to use a scooter. Flight center booked me in a different hotel then what I was shown while we where booking at the center . I found this out the night before traveling online while checking into our flight . We went from a 5 star to a 4 star and different location scary without being told . No one contacted me after I returned from mexico to say sorry or refund me a dime or give me a credit . First vacation in 4 years , We where so disapointed with flight centre. I will not use them or recommend them , poorly handled, zero customer service . Myself and my other half are in health care and really needed to destress very sad and disappointed that flight Center just doesn't seem to care but takes are money in a flash .

I just booked a last minute package with Nicki and I am over the moon for me and my family. I turned to flight centre online chat after getting frustrated and overwhelmed with all other sites. I decided to try Flight Centre because of my past experience when I booked my first ever vacation back in 2002. So I am so happy the Flight Centre website had the "chat" option. Their hours on Google seems to be iincorret, says 7 while their window sticker says 9 pm and the mall is open till then too.

I needed a flight plan for my Mom , Aunt and I to travel to England (first time for mom and Aunt.) He got back to me in a couple of hours with the best flight schedule for us. After being frustrated trying to book a long business trip to Malaysia, I took a chance (never having used a travel agency before) and emailed Flight Centre early in the morning with an outline of what I was after. Shortly after the office opened, Anna responded and we followed up minutes later via phone. Steve Benson saved me from Dublin :D BA gave me less than 24 hours notice that they had cancelled my connecting flight - Dublin to London - just as their UK offices closed. In desperation, I contacted Flight Centre and Steve Benson worked for and with me over many hours trying to solve my problem. BA remained uncooperative and dismissive suggesting that they could possibly get me on a flight 4 days after my scheduled BA flight. Steve found another solution and had me home on time. His manner and helpfulness convinced me that I could rely on him and this was certainly the case. He not only solved the travel problem, he restored my peace of mind.

I was most impressed with the way she supported us throughout the process and especially on their departure day when two of them, in two separate cities had flight delays resulting in a missed connection for one of my sons. Courtney came to the rescue and calmly sorted everything out for him. I emailed a flight centre representative with my questions about booking a car with the credit. Artos is great! We booked my daughter's flights to and from her Disney internship in June, and today she's coming home. Her flight from Orlando was delayed, but he kept an eye on it, and checked out options . After a second delay put her connection in jeopardy, Artos her on another flight within minutes. Don't believe them! They advertise "LOWEST AIRFARE GUARANTEE" but they refused to match a price I brought to them from another website! I called the airline's direct Canadian number to get the lowest price! Seems they just didn't want to match it or have me as a paying customer...too much effort. Not good customer service - especially when you go against your advertising!

After requesting a price on a specific hotel, I was given the wrong information and unable to book. Then was given "options" that had absolutely nothing on my "wishlist". When I found the correct info myself, I was able to book at the original hotel requested, and paid the fee via my visa debit. I received a confirmation, from flight centre, telling me my payment was accepted, so I got on with my weekend! Briana did not call me to tell me the payment had not gone through, rather sent an email which I was not expecting and didn't follow up with a phone call. She had absolutely NO professionalism, and by the time she felt like dealing with this problem, the vacation was no longer available. She gave me no options to secure the booking. When I confronted her about this, she deflected and took absolutely no responsibility. She blamed me. Super unprofessional! Don't book with these amateurs. Go to a professional! Wrong info given should have tipped me off in the start, that I will be accountable for. Now I'm paying over $1000 more than I was originally quoted, thanks a lot Briana! I'll never try to book with flight centre again. Stick to your professional agents!

I've booked two trips with Jaclyn Godin at the Glebe Flight Centre, one to South Africa and Namibia, with flights going to Africa and within Africa, plus she booked my hotel in Cape Town. She also booked my trip to the Maritimes with flights and a car rental. Jaclyn also booked flights for a friend who had some very real challenges. The friend had called four other travel agencies to get the special help she needed, but it was Jaclyn that came through for her. In my dealings with Jaclyn, she has always been efficient, precise and has gotten back to me quickly with flight times, dates and prices. She has also found very good deals. Jaclyn is competent and is very professional to work with. I recommend her highly if you're planning a trip.

never again!!! if there's a zero star I will!!! 1st of all they told me I have 48 hours to cancel the flight w/out worries or penalty! when I came back another day to cancel it not even 24hr they told me oh you can't cancel it blah blah!!! and you will get penalty!!! I told them you said 48 hr no worries or penalty, they reply Im sorry but thats the policy. P.S I want to cancel that time cuz I realize we have to get a U.S visa for transit! we tell them the hustle of travel but they don't listen! even to change the path they dont want! so now Im waiting for the apointment for the visa!!! now I have another problem! Due to medical condition, my family doctor told me it's not safe for me to travel! I call them back, 1st I call directly to the airline they told me they have to cut $300 each ticket! I have 5 ticket so it means $1500 for waste! so I agree, but the thing is they told me the agency who book your flight should do the cancelation. so i call the flight center again... you know what they say they need $200 each ticket to cancel it!!! means $500 each ticket! wow $2500 waste... I cancel tge flight for medical condition! but they dont listen! they say they can only wave some fees if someone die!!! never again!!! worst experience!!!

Elyshia - was a life saver on my recent trip. Air Canada cancelled my original trip home and wanted me to take a flight back that would have been impossible to make. She fought with Air Canada after her work day was done to get me on the later flight AC had originally scheduled me on before trying to switch me to a Rouge flight that I couldn't make. Over the last 15 years, I've used Flight Centre a few times to help with my travel needs. I recently had exceptional and notable service from Daniel Sillet, an agent at the Broadway location in Vancouver. I was booking a trip to Peru for four adults in their 30s and 40s. It was difficult to get consensus among us for dates and such and Daniel handled it like a champ. We were provided with multiple options and he did his best to accommodate our needs and preferences. We went back and forth for a week and I felt bad for all the daily changes. Through it all, he was incredibly professional but remained entirely relatable and down to earth. We made the right decision two days before the flight to stay home, Covid-19 rumours and news was just starting to heat up and recommendations for holidays were to cancel flights. I knew that I may lose a large sum of money. A month later, I reached out to Flight Centre I got connected to Christian. He was professional, helpful and very responsive. He called the flights and hotels and was able to get a significant amount of my money back. When Transat Air got the goverment support I reached out again to recover my flight credits...in no time he responded and again was able to help. Christian was great for me and Flight Centre is lucky to have employees like him.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not give this place your business! I was supposed to take a trip to Punta Cana in April of 2020 with Air Transat. Because of COVID my trip was cancelled. I originally booked this trip at another Flight Centre location which is now closed down. I was told that this location had taken over the files from the location that I first did the booking. When Air Transat started to give refunds I filled out all the information in order to get my refund at this location. I was told by the people here that the refund would take one to four months. First of all I'm not sure why they told me it would take this long as I know people whom have done their bookings directly with Air Transat and got their refunds right away! Needless to say I waited the four months and got nothing! I called the agent after the four months were up to find out what happened. She was very rude on the phone and told me that they were behind and I would have to wait even longer for my refund. I then got a call from the manager and he said I would have to wait another month for my refund. I was very upset! I then emailed Air Transat directly and they were much more on top top of things. After dealing with them directly I got my refund very quickly. In the future I will do all of my bookings online and I will never give this place my business! They are awfully quick to take your money but getting it back that is a different story! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

Absolutely AWFUL. I booked with agent Loredda,due to disability needs - as I cannot do this Expedia. Explained I was travelling through Scotland alone. I firstly asked for tours to be set up. Never done even after I called & emailed. Facebook members assisted me! they were awesome! No wheelchair assistance on my boarding passes so issue at Pearson right away as I cannot lift luggage and had to ssk other travellers for help. Embarassing when you look fine! On return flight I was refused boarding due to no Wheelchair assistance on my boarding pass!! I had to get manager who knew me to act. I called 2 days prior to my trip to get my eTicket sent to me because obviously they werent going to do it!!! Grrr blood boils at the thoughtlessness of this franchise agent. I have travelled before and NEVER EVER have I had such TERRIBLE service. No apologies either from Danielle just "It wasn't me who booked you". Just worried about herself not the customer. As fir Loredda, once my credit card was taken I never heard from her ever again. BE WARNED.

I am not a person who write review often but Rommel and Didac from Flight Center at Kits Vancouver were so professional and always provided prompt answer, good and raisonably priced solutions. Great Experience!!! I was trying to arrange travel for my grandparents; 83 and 86 yrs old respectfully, to take a trip to Whitehorse. This trip requires 1 or more transfers. I was overwhelmed trying to figure this out on my own. Once I was connected to Flight Center I started speaking with Hanna Folkins. I let Hanna know that my grandparent's would not be able to navigate the airport at all; they needed help with moving around such a large area as well as having any idea with getting from point A-B. Hanna assured me everything would be taken care of at both ends of the trip and the layover in the middle. When they got home my Grandmother was so thrilled with how all the travel arrangements were handled and how easy everything was made for them she couldn't wait to tell me all about it! Bought my flight ticket to Nova Scotia. Unfortunately, they did not inform me that it would be to my best advantage to buy health insurance. I thought because I was not leaving the country I would need it. Instead I was billed $12,732. For an ambulance and an helicopter to transfer me from one hospital to another in Nova Scotia. They helped me a lot to get my return ticket as I had to get documentation from attending doctors to prove I could fly back. I was unable to get a refund for my original return flight. It's not their job but it would have been helpful if they had told me OHIP does not cover and how much it would have cost me. If someone was visiting Ontario from Nova Scotia an ambulance would cost them $190.00 and a transfer from one hospital to another would have been covered. Just a recommendation.

Worst experience!! They double charged me for my flights and didn’t say anything until I looked at my bank account and saw I was charged twice for all my flights! Called to figure out what happened and they said “oops” abd said the ticketing people didn’t read it right and charged me multiple time. Then put me on hold for 30 minutes to tell me it will take 4 business days to get a refund. I asked for email proof that I’ll be getting refund and they put me on hold again and I never got a response! Wish I could give them 0 stars.

On March 13th 2020 The Ministry of Health Increased Enhanced Public Health Measures for Covid-19 as the outbreak continued to evolve globally. Public Health stated to avoid all non-essential travel outside of Canada and for Canadians who were abroad to make travel plans to return home. My daughter and I were enjoying our beach vacation in Salinas Ecuador our return ticket was scheduled for March 29th. Ecuador's government officials over live broadcast radio stated they were closing their boarders by midnight March 17th. Receiving this news from both countries we knew we needed to get home. Also I'm an Essential Service worker in Long Term Care and needed to return to my assigned work duties. I called The Newmarket Flight Center in a frantic state to get my ticket changed . I called Flight Center with my worries and concerns and dealt with Erin Dougan International Travel Consultant. She understood my concerns and did not hesitate to start working diligently to get us home. Within less than a few hours she found me a direct flight out of the main Capital Quito. Unfortunatly we were 8 hours away by car from Quito and could not make the next avaible flight by Air Canada for it was the following morning, at the same time the Ecuadorian government were restricting transportation methods between cities and provinces. Also Erin and her staff went remote, having to switch from working from Newmarket location to home offices. I have to commend Erin who made every effort possible and worked long hours to get us a ticket home. She diligently worked long hours to get us home because Air Canada cancelled all their return flights. Erin dedication and determination she would not give up got us a one way ticket from Guyaquil to Dallas US by American Airlines to Toronto on Tuesday March 17th at 1am the pretty much the last flights out of Ecuador. I can not thank Erin Dougan enough she worked so hard on getting us home and brought happiness to her father and all our immediate and extended family. She also stayed connected with me during our travels emailing and texting me every time the boarding gate changed there were at least 4 gate changes. Dallas is a huge airport and we would of been lost without her guiding us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure we got home to Toronto Canada. Looking back at this scary ordeal of almost being stuck in Ecuador and possibly missing our flight in Dallas US I am so greatful to have dealt with Erin. She got us home safely and if i could give her a big hug and kiss I would. I defiently reccomend Erin Dougan and the Newmarket Flight Center her dedication, compassion, strong work ehtic has touched my heart. One day when this World Pandemic Covid -19 subsides we will travel again and I look forward to dealing with Erin Dougan. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE TRAVEL AGENTS/ CONSULTANTS LIKE HER SHE IS AMAZING !!!!! Usually we go into the flight centre location in our mall and deal with someone in person. I decided to utilize their website this time and put in my inquiry. My inquiry was answered by Nigel Befus from this office in BC. Nigel was extremely helpful in helping me plan my honeymoon. He answered every question I had with confidence and prompt replies. We emailed back and forth for about a weeks time going over what kind of package I was looking for and what kind of pricing options. He was knowledgeable about the services flight centre offers and well as the hotel I was inquiring about. I would definitely recommend flight centre in the future as well as Nigel. Very disappointing. I called yesterday around noon and told them that I wanted to book a trip to cuba. Told them the location, exact dates, what I was looking for and everything. I was asking for which resort they recommended so that I could book the trip with them. I was told that they would email me a couple resorts that they recommended so that I could pick which one. I never heard back. I called at the end of the day and the rep was busy. The rep called me back around 5pm and told me that she was busy but would send me two resorts in an email within a couple mins. I never got an email and never heard back. Last night I looked at some of the resorts but was waiting to book through this agent. It's now 3pm the following day and I haven't heard anything from them I just looked on line and none of the vacations are available now because the flights are sold out. Thanks a lot flight center for screwing me over .

As everyone knows, it has been difficult to speak with a Flight Centre representative these days. I went in person to F.C. in Kits hoping to book in person. I was told I needed an appointment (which I didn't know), but a representative, Natalie S. took the time in her day to squeeze me in. She helped me book a flight to Toronto with credits from last year. I had no idea how to go around booking online with those credits, so it was great that Natalie did this for me. She was friendly, helpful and overall, very sweet. Also, back in 2017, they helped get a good deal on a better seat for my mother, who has dementia, when she went home to visit family. I recently booked a family holiday at flight center upper canada mall location with a travel agent named Erin Dougan. She was very pleasant and helpful in finding the perfect trip. She was super friendly and planned the whole excursion. I didn’t have to worry about anything . From flight - to seats - to transportation- to resort - and travel insurance. I write this review with genuine concern to all consumers that purchase their ticket at this location especially from Hannah the flight agent or Lyndsay the supervisor. My brother purchased a ticket abroad during these unprecedented Covid times. The mistakes are 3-fold. First mistake. Hannah failed to read the advisory rules for entering a country oversees in regard to Covid 19 protocol. That mistake led my brother to not be able to board the flight here in Ottawa to Toronto as he did not meet the Covid 19 requirements which was to have written proof for a negative result within 96 hours of entering the final destination in the middle east. Hannah was under the assumption that the rule was to have the results 96 hours before departing. 1st very frustrating mistake. Second mistake. Hannah failed to advise my brother of the ID requirements to enter the Middle East. As we have been flying with flight centre for over a decade, we have never needed ID validation prior to entering the destination in the Middle East. Of course, Hannah neglected to advise such valuable information. Third mistake. The invoice which we were held liable for was never signed. Of course, Hannah did not read the invoice and did not give us a copy. All we received was the itinerary which does not state anything other than the flight details. Now, you have my brother stranded in London England and when we spoke with flight centre emergency 24 our team, they advised that because he did not have the proper documentation (which again we had no idea) that we must pay for another full price ticket to the final destination and the return ticket that we already paid for is now void and we must pay for that ticket too. Once we persuaded (emergency team) them to reach out to Hannah because of course this flight centre in Westboro is closed on the weekend due to Covid. Hannah replies back after more than 2 hours (keep in mind my brother is still stranded in London and the window is closing by the hour for the Covid 19 test expiration) stating that on the INVOICE (which we never read, signed or received) stated that my brother is responsible for all documentation. We then requested to reach out to her supervisor Lyndsay and unfortunately Lindsay stated that they will not book another ticket for him free of charge and that we must absorb the cost. Come to find out Lyndsay is who took payment and alleges that the invoice was signed yet we don’t have proof or a copy of the invoice. Both Lyndsay and Hannah refused to speak with us at this time and the conversation was coordinated by Sandra the team lead at emergency support. I can give much more details, but this google review does not allow to provide an essay length of a review. what we are now left with. Pay up another $2650 for a ticket that we already paid for. To sum up. $2923.37 for the original 2-way ticket plus $500 hotel fees to stay in London overnight Plus $2650 for the additional tickets. We are now left with a total of $6073.37 charge. Now as stated earlier we have flown with flight centre over 10 years and the first time we face an issue flight centre turns their back on us. If not for the sake of customer service, then the sake of a Canadian citizen stranded in London should of compelled flight centre to fix their mistake and book him another ticket free of cost. Unfortunately, this company and specifically this location are incompetent and negligent in their basic responsibility to ensure the customer is aware of his or her flight details. I advise everyone on reading the Ontario consumer act drafted in 2002 to know your rights if you run into such an unfortunate circumstance that we are dealing with now. After reading the consumer act you will come to realize that your rights are protected, and you have a legal premise to entertain if you choose to. Understand exactly what you're paying for at this location. A dishonest, incompetent and negligent employees (Hannah & Lyndsay) who put everyday Canadians at risk. Don’t fall for their fake ingenuine persona. Warning to all.

Throughout, Nicki was always willing to and good at answering questions - and her answers came quickly. And we had a lot of questions as first-time resort goers - about the perks of the specific resort; if it's on a beautiful sandy beach; the quality and type of food; international vs local drinks; amenities; and the about the atmosphere of the resort (party vs family vs quiet - we looked for something with a relaxing atmosphere). Had a really great experience with Flight Centre. We approached this service for our honeymoon. We were so busy with the wedding planning that we were too exhausted to plan for our honeymoon as well. Steve Conley was an amazing rep. He signed us up for Sandals Jamaica Southwest, and found us amazing rooms with an amazing rate. It is a decently sized resort, but we were placed in the centralized part of the resort where we were close to all the amenities (thanks Steve!). Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a vacation. Reps don't make commission off of your purchase so they are not pushy. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Responds promptly.

The manager, Matt, should be called the con-in-chief!! They are downright thieves that charge you a different amount than the amount on the booking confirmation they give you (I keep all my receipts, and on this occasion, I was fortunate to notice the discrepancy). I made the mistake of trusting them to do the right thing, just for me to discover a few days later, while on my trip, that I had been robbed of about $50+ i.e I was charged a very inflated price than the true price of the ticket they printed-out for me on the booking confirmation. I just want to advice any customer that is unsure, that they should stay away and find an alternative option than to settle for this substandard business ran by a very unprofessional manager and a con artist. Might interest you to know I was attended to by the manager, hence, he did the dirty job and should be named, the con-in-chief. Once I get back they are going to be hearing from an extremely upset customer.

I was trying to plan the perfect vacation for my family and I know that i had "hundreds of questions and requests". Anna dealt with all of them in a very professional and friendly manner. She never at anytime became frustrated with me and always seemed to be able to solve any issues or problems I had. The vacation she planned for my family at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya was out standing. The family had an awesome time and we are already planning on doing another trip to a different Hard Rock Hotel. When Anna was not available other staff members including Nigel and Bria were able to jump right in and help me. I would highly recommend Flight Centre Westside Village. Flight Centre Glebe is a great place to book your first vacation. I came in there with my intended destination and plans and they helped set everything up. The people there (Sam and Lisa, specifically) were very patient in explaining everything I'd want/need and the prices I'd be expecting to pay. They also helped me find better options as the days passed (I booked 3 months in advance). The week before my flight, they called me in to get me all set with the documents I'd need. I'd definitely consider coming back in the future :)

I booked a trip to the middle East but had to cancel due to an unfortunate circumstance. I dealt with Sonya and she is absolutely AMAZING. She is knowledgable, quick to respond and literally takes care of every plan from start to finish. She even took care of my cancellation and fought to get some money refunded when I thought we were getting nothing back. I will use flight Ancaster again because of Sonya. The 4 star is due to back and forth with other staff who didn't seem to know what was going on which was a little frustrating. (I do get that days get busy and stuff happens). All in all, it was my first time using a travel agent and I had a great experience!

We booked our Mexico trip with Jt and due to an error I made, our names were wrong on the tickets issued. As per the airline policy this could not be changed and I was supposed to purchase new tickets. If it weren’t for Jt I’m positive this wouldn’t have been resolved easily. He did everything he could and talked to anyone that he knew could help and got this fixed for us right away, so that we wouldn’t incur any additional charges. Everything from the moment we spoke to the booking to the resolving of all issues and meeting all our requests, this has been a superb experience. I emailed Hiba Al-Kinani from overseas when I had to go to the hospital and shortly after had to have an immediate flight back to Canada. I got all my flights and travel insurance from the Flight Centre. When she responded I knew that I was well taken care of. Exactly what you need when you have an emergency! Hiba is very professional and such an amazing person. Back in Vancouver Hiba double checked that my claim documents were complete and sent all the paperwork to the insurance company for me.

I've never used a travel agent for over 25 years. I little research told me that going to Moscow and St. Petersburg would be more challenging so I ended up going to the Flight Centre. Hiba was extremely helpful selecting an 8-day Peregrine guided tour, booking hotels before and after the tour, getting my Russian visa, air flights and insurance etc. Russia was the most challenging place I've been to right from the start with the visa application. Terrible customer service. Went in today to book 4 flights. I knew which flights I wanted and the price that was listed online. The man said those flights were not available at the price I saw. Not only that but that there were no available flights for those days. Did not offer me any other options. Did not recommend anything. I asked for different dates, airlines, length of vacation. He refused to be accommodating in any way. I asked if I should book online and he said he would not offer me advice as it’s not through them. Refused to put work in for us or to find something that would work. I asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman beside him (OMAR) said that was him. I then asked for the owner. He said that was also him. I asked for a 1800 number and he said that they are not Starbucks. I have booked flights and trips at this location and could not believe these two men were treating me in such a way. I left there and went to Gloucester center and booked my flights with them. I ended up with the departure I wanted and the return a day later for an extra 50$! So I’m ending up with a longer vacation at a price your staff said was impossible. 755.00 for 15 days. It’s a shame that this experience will never allow me to go back there or any other flight center as I have done in the past.

Excellent service from Didac....booked our flights and liaised with the airline about seating us together as a family and booked my infant on the flight too which is not possible to do online, it requires a phone call to the airline. This alone was extremely helpful as wait times when I had tried previously to phone Air Canada that day were 1 hour and 20 minutes!

My wife and I are currently working in Cairo, Egypt and will be returning home this summer to Vancouver Island. Dilnavaz was absolutely incredible in helping us coordinate this transition. We were concerned about traveling with our pets and they made all the arrangements with the airline so that we'd be able to have them in the cabin with us. This individual's responses were extremely quick and detailed. In addition to the booking, Dilnavaz managed to incorporate vouchers that we had from last year's COVID-19 cancelled flights, so we didn't lose out on these either. The professionalism demonstrated was beyond reproach and we can now rest easy knowing we'll all return to Canada together. Dilnavaz was instrumental in removing any stress that we were experiencing.
