I can take responsibility for not calling to say I was going to be late for pickup (hence 2 star and not 1 star) - we were busy today getting over the time zone difference, wedding preparations, meeting the priest, etc. And yes, our reservation was at 12, and we arrived at 4 pm. But to get no call for a one week reservation when our credit card was already on file before our car was given away is unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. Thankfully we are resourceful with contacts, but we see no reason to use enterprise in the future if this is a company policy. We have travelled for business often, and never had this issue. I would recommend a policy change - at least a phone call every time - as it stands now it seems like either enterprise, or your location, is interested in the dollar in front of them rather than building the long term relationships and trust.

Lyndsay at Orillia Enterprise saved me! I had reservations with discount car rental and they literally contacted me as I was on my way to pick up the vehicle to say that they had made a mistake and had no vehicles available. So I called Enterprise and Lindsay had me in a vehicle and on my way within 10 minutes. Lindsay and her staff were kind and professional and the service was great. I will never go anywhere else to rent a vehicle and i have already been telling others about this great day changing experience. Lindsay is a gem!

I had a booking through ICBC and i drove the vehicle for approximately 60-70 kms and i had a deduction of $27. I tried calling them a lot of times for more than 5 days and no response from them. I went to the enterprise and asked for the deduction and they said it’s fuel charges and there was a difference of 16 litres. Am amazed how? I still have pictures of dashboard with half fuel tank, when they assign me the car, and how a sedan can consume $27 of fuel for 60-70 kms even for $100 kms. They overcharged me.

We haven't rented a car in many years, only on our Florida vacations. Anyway, we were extremely pleased using Enterprise here in Ontario. The price was very reasonable (when done online), we were given a 2019 Mazda as the most affordable option, and the fellow who got us on our way explained every aspect of the transaction clearly and did a close look-around of the car before we left so as to identify the current scratches, etc. We did have about a 20 minute wait beyond our pick-up time, but this was because a few of their staff had called in sick on this day.

Enterprise at Kingston, Canada was super. We had a reservation over the busy Canada Day week-end and they said "No Problem", they would make sure we got a car ... or truck ... something to drive. We asked them to pick us up early Friday morning at the Kingston Marina and they were there within 10 minutes. We got a brand new Rav to drive. They were not in on Monday when we wanted to return it but they have a key drop box so that made it easy anyway. This is the best service we have had from Enterprise in a long time.

Had really bad experience from truck rentals last day... reserved for a truck to pickup by Sunday morning and showed up realizing that the store is closed..... had to drop a day trip with my friends at the last moment... feeling really sad about it, thinking that why they booked me for the closed day..... again when I called a customer care rep a day before they also asked me to show up by Sunday morning... everything that I had was really bad from their side...

My experience with Enterprise in Prince George was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! The staff went above and beyond to get me into a rental in a timely matter. I would give this company a 5 start rating BUT - it's winter and they told me it had winter tires and I've had summer tires that work better in the winter. I called after it snowed to trade this in for another vehicle with decent tires and 3 days later, still have not heard from them. The vehicle is parked and useless in these conditions, not sure what I'm paying for. When living in Northern communities it should be automatic to have GOOD quality winter tires, not the cheapest stuff you can find. Other than this, I have zero complaints!

I've used Enterprise service twice because they are on point but don't forget anything in your rental. I left sunglasses behind and was told a pair fitting description of mine were in lost and found. My wife went to retrieve them and was told this conversation didn't happen and sunglasses were not there. I will continue to use Enterprise but will doubt staff honesty.

We rent from Enterprise often, and I have excellent insurance on my own car, so I generally don't buy the offered insurance. I've never had any problem. Until this time, when a stone hit the windshield and cracked it. Everyone from the branch to the claims department were courteous, fast, efficient and made the situation as painless as possible so I could continue on my holidays with little stress. I can't thank them enough, and will never rent from anyone else, ever.

I’m sure the people here are nice but I have to give 1 star simply for safety. We live in the North and this is the car they rented us, the tires are so bald that we can’t even get out of our driveway without spinning out so the car has been parked for 3 days. I cannot believe they are renting cars in this condition, the vehicle definitely does not have even 3mm of tire tread (the legal amount). I drive an older Nissan Versa and I’ve had no problems getting around so realistically the newer Kia should have had no problems. It is dangerous and scary. I’m glad it has been parked but it’s impossible to even drive it back to Enterprise because it of the condition of the cars tires.

I've dealt with Enterprise a couple times, when my car was shop. Both dealings went great. Very smoothly. Both times were through insurance. Everything was always ready. And both times, even had nicer cars provided, than what I was already driving.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it is extremely difficult to get a car in and around the busy area that their store is located. I think we were lucky that we could even find a place to leave our owned vehicle while we picked up the rental and I have to admit that I was somewhat concerned about the safety of my vehicle while we were away. It's not in a great neighbourhoood. Best advice would be to have someone drop you off here instead of bringing your own vehicle.

I feel I'm being scammed for insurance money. Take photos before you rent from this site. Pay extra special attention to the glass. The Damage Evaluator card shows a circle the size of a Loonie is acceptable damage for glass. According to the manager that isn't true. Take pictures, take pictures, take pictures. Record a video of your walk around the car with the agent.

The process was straightforward and the one hiccup we experienced was quickly resolved by their management. The pick up of the car went great. But dropping the car off was another story. Dropped the car off at the correct time. They got one of the girls to drive me home. She seemed not too happy at having to drive me home. I parked the car the same spot as I picked it up. Noticed there was ice on exiting the vehicle so I warned her to be careful on entering the car. She said ya ya I know and of course she fell on the ice. She then asked me why I didn't park in another area. It was because it was a busy time and there were no other areas at the time I pulled in. She then said I really got the car stuck and I got out to push and noticed the parking brake was still on. She then made it sound like it was my mistake for putting the parking brake on when I parked the car. Unbelievable!!! Maybe she's new at driving? Horrible customer service on the drop off and drive home. I should have just walked home

I'm in this location at least two or three times a month, and they have always provided the BEST service, and completely reasonable prices. My reservation has always been available, and frequently upgraded. Plus, their pick up and drop off service is convenient and saves a lot of money that would be spent on cabs.

Absolutely unhappy! My relative just had a terrible experience here where they charged her $500 to replace a splash guard that partially fell off while she was driving on the highway. This could have caused an accident, but fortunately she is a safe and calm driver and she was able to stop safely. Obviously a previous customer had damaged the part and instead of properly fixing it Enterprise chose to rent it to the next customer, my mother in law! Never have I experienced such terrible customer relation decision. I'm at a loss for words and if I were there I would have definitely spoke my mind about the situation. Absolutely taking advantage of an honest and nice older lady who ended up paying the bill, simply because she's too nice to cause a fuss.

This was the first time that I had rented a car from enterprise Kingston, and I have to say that I had a great experience from beginning to end. Let me explain. First off, I made the reservation online, which was very straightforward, user friendly, and I was super impressed with the plethora of different rental options! This was amazing, but the best part was the day I picked up the car itself. I was greeted by Sam, who to say that she is an absolute gem of a human being, is probably an understatement! Her customer service, without a doubt, was absolutely perfect in every single way ???? She is super kind, warm, friendly, professional, and she made me feel like such an incredibly valued customer!! What is more, she explained everything so clearly and answered any questions that I might have had. She did an absolutely amazing job and she really is so great at what she does! And lastly, the car I received was immaculately clean, in absolute great shape, and was everything I had hoped that it would be and some! I made a reservation ahead of time and I received the rental 5 minutes after entering the office. The car was clean. I got the details of the car explained and was on my way. Same fast service on return. Excellent friendly staff and a time saver for sure

Workers were friendly and polite enough, but the car I had reserved a week in advance wasn't there when I arrived. Neither was anything comparable. They offered me a minivan instead of a Jetta. Luckily enough, someone returned another car (Toyota Yaris) while I was speaking to them and I took that one instead. Still not close to what I had reserved. Also, read their fine print on the website. That was confusing. Nobody told me I needed proof of insurance, credit card payment only, and the card needed to be the same name as the driver. All things that are understandable and reasonable, but it was a hassle only being told that at the desk. READ THE FINE PRINT.

I was pleasantly surprised how easily everything went (this was my first car accident and I was expecting something to go haywire.) They were very pleasant and personable during pick up and drop off. The only thing I would suggest is that if Enterprise is going to allow you to call their office directly, have more people on the phone. It took a few times to get through.

Affable & competent staff were able to get my rental ready despite the high demand on a Saturday, coupled with the problem of other customers not returning their vehicles on time. Advisable to reserve online in advance if you're on a tight weekend schedule given the supply difficulties this and other rental companies are currently experiencing. Customer safety not a priority. This is Northern BC. During my rental temperatures dipped to -30. During this time I had to drive this vehicle on icy and snowy roads for the sorry excuse for tires. They said they're likely at least all seasons, but on snowy rutted roads in town that's unsafe. Additionally this is Northern BC and it gets cold. You would think a new vehicle would have a basic like remote start but that's not the case. Additionally the keys are wired together so you can't even leave one set of keys locked in the car. None of this is done for the benefit of the customer, but is against the customers safety and comfort.

Rented an elite vehicle for a business trip for Monday at 8am (when the enterprise opens) I booked the car 3 weeks in advance. After getting a ride to the Simcoe location I was told the car was not there and that I was told that they would call when it was in and it was scheduled to be there for 11am. This made no sense as I planned for the week and appointments and there is no way I would start my week at 11am. The manager was rude to me and stated that was our agreement and he didn't want to hear about how that didn't make sense to me. I then asked if there was a car available. Without looking or hesitating I was met with a No. I was told to return at 11 and the car I initially rented would be there. I left with my ride and returned at 11 as going to another location would have put me at the same time. At 11 I was told the car still wasn't there but would be shortly. I waited 15 minutes and the manager came outside and told me the check engine light on the car was on but they could give me a vw parked out front. At this point I was very very annoyed but needed a car. After driving the car for 10 minutes I realized the car had not been cleaned and stunk like cigarettes and who knows what else. I then tried to call into a business meeting and the Bluetooth and radio started glitching and didn't work. I called customer service for the 4th time and had someone finally help me and I switched cars at the Brantford location but still in a small vehicle as nothing was available. All my morning and afternoon appointments had to be cancelled and I will have to reschedule all the appointments to another week of travel taking time and money away from my family and employer. I have yet to receive an explanation or an apology. Very dissatisfied and will ensure enterprise will not be in any of my travel plans again.

Hopefully the staff have changed since 2007 when I was on course in Kingston and they charged me $200 for damage done to the car after I dropped it off in the lot and returned the keys. After that I was too broke to go home again for a while. For a teenager it was a tough lesson. I never forgot it. Over the years I’ve rented many cars but never again from this company

I have a rental through my insurance as my vehicle is in the shop. Got the extra insurance since I don't have windshield coverage through my insurance and they lent me a Ford Expedition (Expensive windshield). I told the guy that rented me the Expedition that I wanted to return the vehicle on Saturday so I didn't have to pay extra for the insurance over the weekend. I ASKED HIM if they were open Saturday, he said yes and that was no problem. Now I see that they are closed Saturday. You'd think a person who works there would know when they are open or not, my fault for trusting the guy and not double checking myself. Now I have to return it before I go to work out of town on Monday, and take an hour off work to do so!!

I waited over an hour to be picked up, right after I left their facility and I was only going 5 minutes away. I was given a car that had not been cleaned out on the interior. I took photos of the sand and dirt and multiple receipts and ATM papers that were left in the car. The insides of the windows were very dirty, difficult to even see out as if the car had been smoked in. It was a film. Chips in the windshield on the driver's side in your view. I also went back to check in about extending and the man that left me wait road side for over an hour saw me as I parked in front of the main entrance door, locked the door and left. I think this location needs to review their customer service and perhaps refresh their personnel.

Our nightmare experience with Enterprise at Christmas, 2016: On Sat., December 23, 2016 I picked up a white Grand Caravan van which I had booked several weeks earlier. I did a few errands around town that day. On the 24th, left for our Christmas get-together in Ottawa at about 11:30. As I pulled onto the highway the van began to shake when I reached 93 kilometers per hour; at 104 the shaking intensified. I got off the highway. My partner phoned the Enterprise 1-800 number. The woman who answered told him we should go back to where we had rented the van and see if they would give us a replacement vehicle. We said, “Really?” since it was Christmas Eve and we had doubts the store would be open. She said the alternative was that Enterprise would send a tow truck to tow the van to Ottawa. Don asked how many could ride in the tow truck; she said two people. He explained there was a third person and a dog. She said in that case Enterprise could send a taxi to take the extra passengers to Ottawa. This sounded insane, so we decided to go back to Kingston and try to exchange the van. She told us the stores would be open until 2. When we reached the office there was a notice on the door stating it was closed on the 24th. We decided to drive to Ottawa on a smaller highway with a lower speed limit. This added approximately an hour to our trip. On the morning of the 25th we drove to my sister’s house where we stayed for four days. On the morning of the 29th we headed home. Except we couldn’t. We couldn’t get up the hill. When we checked the tire treads, they were very low. The van had no traction. We had to wait for my brother-in-law to sand and salt his driveway before we could leave. It was very difficult to get any traction on even a slight incline. Once we reached the highway to Ottawa we were driving slowly due to the shaking, but we were forced to drive even more slowly because the van was fishtailing. We had to drive below the posted speed limit. We got into Ottawa and called Enterprise. We were unable to get through to the Ottawa airport location but did contact the St. Patrick’s location. We went there and the young man at the counter told us he didn’t have a replacement vehicle for us but he would try to find one. He sourced one at the Ottawa airport and we drove there. The young lady there had a vehicle for us. When we traded our van for the replacement one, she came out and measured the tread on the van we had rented in Kingston. The tread depth, according to her, was (as I recall) 4.6 mm. It was certainly below 5 mm. She said, “That’s odd. They usually change them out when they’re this low.” The replacement van had a tread depth of 5.6mm. The young lady was by herself in the Ottawa Airport Enterprise office and the exchange occurred quickly. She did a walk-around but found no damage to the van. When we returned the replacement van to the 600 Princess St. location we went into the office and spoke to the fellows behind the counter. We told them about the shaking, and our efforts to immediately remedy the situation once we found the van was problematic. We expressed that it wasn’t safe to rent vehicles in that condition. We were told, “We rely on customers to tell us if there’s anything wrong with the vehicle.” I pointed out that this is not a safe way to operate. - and also difficult for us, since they had been closed when we ran into the problem. Then we discussed the problem with the tires, and asked why Enterprise would rent a vehicle in this climate at this time of year without snow tires. We were told snow tires are optional and they are an additional $16/day cost. I explained I had not been offered this option and if I had I would have requested snow tires because I knew we were going to be driving to rural Quebec. Imagine my surprise when I received the letter on 3 January 2017, from Enterprise regarding a damage claim. It took a further few months to sort THAT all out. NOT an optimum rental experience.

We ordered a Suv over a week ago .And they said they only thing they had was a mini van when we got there. We did not want a mini van . Also not impressed it had a quarter tank of gas in it . When we asked about the gas they said just bring it back with a quarter tank . So what we had to fill it up , and what are we going to do if we dont use all the gas siphon the rest out. I showed up with no reservation and received excellent customer service from Cody and his team. Cody had me in a car about 2 minutes after walking in. The car was very clean and I had no issues. The only issue you might have with this location is their limited hours but that did not impact my rental.

Normally Enterprise is a good agency and the staff are friendly and helpful, however this review is because I just had a very bad experience, and I think management should know about it. Little background story... My vehicle was written off due to collision, and I got a rental vehicle from Enterprise as a replacement offered by insurance company until I purchase a new vehicle or settle the claim. When claim was settled, I agreed with insurance company that they will stop paying for the rental vehicle by end of Nov 13, and I will take care of the cost from that date until I return the rental vehicle, and I called Enterprise and informed them about it, and they agreed. They called me two weeks after to put a hold on my credit card until I return the vehicle which I agreed to. I was supposed to go there yesterday, but I got caught up at work, so they called again today and we agreed that I will visit today to put the hold on my cc. Now here is where my bad experience starts.. I visited the place, and the staff there, James, asked to hold a certain amount on my credit card. I checked on my mobile banking to make sure I have sufficient funds, and gave him the go ahead to hold the amount, but to my surprise he said that it was declined! I asked him to try again, but he said that they can only try once every 24 hours, and that he can't keep the vehicle with me!!! I tried to show him that I have sufficient funds, but he refused to check as he didn't want to see my personal banking info which is understandable, but he did not make any effort whatsoever to help, and did not agree to keep the vehicle with me till next day to come back and try again. Instead, he just sent a driver with me to drive me back home!! I understand a policy is a policy, and the staff have to follow it, but the behavior and the attitude need to be addressed here. Do employees put themselves in customer's shoes? Is it really customer's fault if system declined a transaction despite having sufficient funds? Is it customer's fault if you cannot make more than one attempt in a day? Is it really impossible to keep the vehicle with the customer for another day to come back and try on the next day specially that you have the customer's contact details and address and ID? Is this how a good company like Enterprise treats customers? I wish higher management can read this and answer me.

Just remember to return your car on time otherwise they will charge you an additional whole day price even if your are just a bit late. One time I rent a car with them on Saturday and returned the car on Sunday. It was supposed to be a one day rent. I returned the car on Sunday a bit late (less than 2 hours) because my friend cannot pick me up earlier. This place is closed on Sunday so that was off hour return. They charged me for a whole two-day price! If I return the car on Monday I just need to pay the same amount of money and I can ask them to give me a ride back. I shouldn't return the car late on Sunday but that was also the last time I rent from them.

Ally was a very pleasant and helpful sales rep. She is also a great sales person. She sold me on the KIA Rio, and explained all the benefits. I initially wanted the car for 3 days at the special weekend rate. But I phoned less than a day later and asked if I could bring the car back early at a discount. So I brought the car back two days early and was only charged for one day. Their prices are very fair - you get 4000 kilometers for a flat rate instead of 300 km and 16 cents/km after that (from some other companies). Thanx Enterprise!

I do not write a lot of reviews, but when I saw the mix of reviews I had to add an update. Easter Monday and my vehicle suddenly is in the shop for an unknown amount of time. Enterprise called me direct, arranged a time that worked for both and showed up to the minute. Amanda was professional, curtious and ensured all questions I had were sorted. The customer to the left of me was going through a similar experience. Our information was captured timely, and all concerns sorted. I did not feel rushed or pressured, and received a vehicle similar to my own. As they went to grab the keys for both of us, two other employees came by and made sure we were being cared for. This is the first time I have used a car rental in Prince George, and thanks to Amanda and the Enterprise team, I currently have no reason to look else where.

They did absolutely nothing to help us when we came to pick up a car my sister in law rented for us. Apparently the credit card has to be in the drivers name and cash is unacceptable. We had to wait 6 days until WE could solve the problem, not the staff. They didn’t even offer any solutions or help. When things were finally arranged so that we could pick up a car (6 days later) we waited more than a half hour for our car because the guy still had yet to clean it out or deal with the four other customers waiting to be helped. The store was closing in ten minutes and he still had two customers after us, The only other staff there couldn’t answer any questions or help anyone. He could have cleaned our car while the other guy dealt with customers but he just stood there staring out the window. I would rather be hit by one of their cars than ever rent from them again.

DON'T RENT FROM THIS ORILLIA LOCATION Had my first experience with this company and I was wary after reading so many negative reports but no alternative available. Maybe hense their bad reviews although my son has no complaints about Barrie location. It was the only rental company open on Saturday weekend...........but only until noon. The Bracebridge agency doesn't open on weekends........wow guess you are not interested in getting business with this practice. I was treated rudely with the guy who was not working in this location as his regular job location. Guess he didnt want to be there. I read in reviews how long it takes to get your original deposit back and sure enough things are still the same. I had a month rental (which they made good money on) and returned the vehicle but when I inquired about my deposit refund 2 weeks after the return they said it was never actioned for a return. Now a month later I again phoned and spoke to the head office in the states and they said it was sent out and I should have received it last week. 2 months and still waiting. Customer service badly lacking with this company locally and head office. Anytime I phone Orillia location the line hangs up after I am on hold for a minute. What a joke of a company.

They get your card # then charge you without notice then you call them. They feed you some BS stories saying going to reimburse you then only reimburse you what they feel like. These guys suck. First off, they made us wait an hour to even come in because they were "busy". If we booked a car for 9AM, it means it should be ready at 9AM, nothing else. THEN in the end we didn't even end up getting the car, despite being able to book it online (maybe just maybe you should look into that, enterprise???). So in total we were delayed 2 hours and had to spend an extra $50 to get a car last minute at another place. Thanks a lot!

I rented a cube van from this location and delt with an agent by the name of Alex. The truck I rented was not available and they put me into a much larger truck which was not optimal. Having said that , I can appreciate the last customers failure to return the vehicle caused an availability issue for me. The staff at this location bent over backwards to accommodate me and I left this location with the feeling that they really cared and tried their hardest to make me happy. I was happy and appreciate the customer service they offered as a result of a situation that was out of their control. Thank you for the service . I find the service industry In Canada lacks what our US counterparts offer but in this particular scenario I was thoroughly pleased with the care and attention offered me . This was a good experience and I would highly recommend using this location for your vehicle rental needs.

Easy rental experience, good customer service and a quality car. I had to wait a bit in line for the car, but once I got there, they let me know that as a Gold Member, I just needed to walk out, pick the car I wanted and go - so the wait was a 'user error' and not the error of the company. The car selection is very robust and the return process is literally seamless. I just left the keys in the car and walked away and then ~30 minutes later I received an email with my invoice. It doesn't get much easier than that, especially if you are rushing to a flight like I was!

Make sure to check your credit card bill. They charged me an extra $100 for using a credit card, then claimed "it is normally $200 and that it was in case there was a speeding ticket or something" but didn't tell me about it up front when I payed and did NOT show me the total amount (my fault probably for not asking but I shouldn't have to). They already have my card information and could charge it after IF that happened. Make sure to ask for a receipt and agreement form up front so they can't gouge you later on. Overall, ok experience because I asked for my money back and it was no problem. If I didn't say anything, I would've lost that extra money. Won't rent from them again for the lack of transparency.

Had a very unpleasant experience with one particular staff member. I'm a single female and rented the car as the only driver, insuring it for just myself on my credit card. I happened to get a ride from a male friend to the rental place. This staff member gave the keys to my male friend while I wasn't even looking during the visual inspection. I only realized as he was walking away and I was thinking I should follow him inside, that my friend had been given the keys to the car. That gesture was utterly unprofessional and dissapointing.

When I picked up my car, they told me to look out for damage that is golf ball sized or larger. When I dropped the vehicle off, it was a different story and they suddenly become rather unreasonable when inspecting the car. So now I have a claim against me in what is clearly a money grab, for damage that is no where close to the "golf ball" damage, that took me about 15 minutes and the most awkward of angles to find. To make matters worse, the staff member we were dealing with refused to get a 2nd opinion from the several staff members at the location, probably because he was being dishonest. I highly recommend never using this rental agency. However, if you are forced into it by insurance or opportunity, please take very good photographs of the condition you get the vehicle in. Attached is a photo for good measure. Edit: Within an hour of posting my review, Enterprise has contacted me and provided me with an email address. I've sent all the requested information to that email and have heard nothing, not even a confirmation that they received an email. So to anyone reading this thinking it has been resolved, it hasn't.

Went there with a foreign license, they refused to rent me a car based on that my license doesn't indicate what car I can drive (which can understandable), however, they did ask for my passport and a letter from my home county embassy, which shouldn't be a requirement to rent a car as other competitors (e.g. Avis) wouldn't complicate this simple transaction as Enterprise does. If you're foreign national with a foreign driver's license, I'd recommend that you look for other rental options and save the time that you'd waste going there and getting turned away.

The staff are friendly here, and they provide pick-up and drop-off service which is great. That said, it took rather too long to checkin and pick up the car. The car was reserved but wasn’t clean when I got there and it was 45 minutes later when I finally pulled out of the lot, so not efficient at all. Also, they don’t have carseats. They say it’s a liability issue so they don’t rent them. I don’t really understand why car rental agencies elsewhere have car seats but not in Kingston. I had to actually buy a brand new car seat from Canadian Tire! Made me wish we’d just taken the train instead.

My boyfriend and I are trying to go away camping. We have had our campsite booked for months. My boyfriends truck's towing connection is broken. I thought for simplicity's sake, we would just rent a truck. I have rented from Enterprise before and its been great. Not this time though. My boyfriend was calling around to a few places to check for availability. We were quoted a price of $207.00. When he called back an hour later the price had gone up to $307.00. How does the price go up by one hundred dollars in an hour? We did rent the truck but this has definitely put a damper on the trip. If you quote a price you should stick to it. This has been beyond frustrating and aggravating. :(

I have never had anything but problems with this Enterprise location. Between the horrible hours, poor availability of vehicles, or sales reps giving blatantly false information I would never recommend Enterprise. Steer clear. I booked a car several hours before they were supposed to close, then immediately called to arrange a pickup. When I finally got ahold of somebody I was told they didn't do pickups after 12pm on Sundays, despite that not being posted anywhere on their website. I've also called to book a van in the past and made it very clear to the rep that I was 24 years old. I asked if this would be a problem as for some of their vehicles have minimum age restrictions. She informed me it would not be a problem, and we went ahead with the booking. It wasn't until I was actually at the office and ready to sign for the vehicle that they told me I would not be able to rent the van, and that no other vehicles were available. No alternatives were offered and no compensation for my time was even considered . Terrible customer service. Never going there again, even though I'm an Enterprise Plus customer. Looks like Avis and Budget will be getting my business from now on.

Long story short. My personal vehicle was rear-ended and the body shop had Enterprise pick me up and get me a vehicle. I had it for 3 days and hardly drove it. When I brought it back, I was charged $600. I had to explain again, that this is an ICBC claim and the bill should not be charged to me. Then, during inspection, one of the staff noticed the passenger side rear bumper panel looked off. I couldn't even tell since it was hardly noticeable (no pain transfer, no dent etc.). He made me file a claim with ICBC (no accident occured while I was driving). I did this and then gave Enterprise the claim number as I had rental insurance the same day i filed with ICBC. Fast forward to now when I receive a $500 bill in the mail from Enterprise. Poor experience. I called and spoke to their assistant manager who confirmed I did in fact have the proper insurance and that the bill is no longer mine to pay. I appreciate the issue being resolved but the errors along the way were very inconvenient.

Needed a rental after an accident. I was provided an undersized car with wiper blades that reduced visibility and does not feel safe for highway commuting. When I came to the office to exchange the rental at 1:45pm on a Wednesday there was no one in the building and all lights were off. Hours of operation are 8:00-5:00 but the office hours are clearly not accurate as no one is actually working here on a Wednesday afternoon. Very upset with both the quality of the vehicles and the quality of the customer service.

My worst possible experience in Canada !!! I wish I could give them negative stars. I was made to feel like someone running away from a crime scene. Took a car on rental and I was handed over the car standing outside ( made excuses about the shop being full ) The girl who spoke with me did not offer any insurance which I thought was strange. Took a deposit of 200 dollars from me which I authorized. Made me initial on her pos machine standing in the flurries Then I gave the car back and discovered the back bumper had a crack. This same girl made sure I raised a claim at the store - it was crowded but no one cared. So I raised a claim standing there - then they demanded 500 dollars as security. Only God knows why when a claim was raised. I declined saying I would talk to my insurance first Then when I was asked to sign off I found something which caught my eye on the sheet. It said I had refused insurance when infact I was not offered it. I told them that and suddenly someone else took over to cover her mistake. After declining to pay I left only to find that Enterprise Rentals had taken 500 dollars from my account without my KNOWLEDGE and AUTHORIZATION. No receipt was provided for the money taken - and they talk about being transparent and professional. I felt betrayed and cheated like I was running away and not wanting to pay. Later I received a mail from their claim department telling me how transparent they would be with the claim - would you say it's transparent taking money from some persons account without their knowledge and authorization. To summarize- please be very very vigilant when you visit this store.They will discuss one thing with you and make you sign for something else.They could have handled it in a more professional manner but choose not to. I have paid them in full from my pocket but the experience has left a very bitter and horrible taste in my mouth

Was told on the phone by 2 different people there would be no issue paying for the rental via debit, as long as they had a credit card on file. Got to the counter, was told this was not the case. That I was to return the vehicle immediately. Even tho I had come before the drop off time to pay for the vehicle. Forcing me to wait almost an hour for a cab with all of my belongings outside. While outside, I could hear the person laughing about my situation to other co workers. I think some of the employees need to be re educated on customer service. Not to mention when I picked up the car, I was told that I was not allowed to return it to a different enterprise location as he "had cars stolen before"(which I believe was said because I LOOK young) making my rental from CAA pointless.

Started out with great customer service, but took a turn when they tried charging me $365 multiple times, for additional coverage that was never even explained to me. Why would I want additional coverage, when it was supposed to be a free rental through my insurance company? Felt like I was being scammed.

Newest Review: It seems I can only reave one review despite the fact that my original review is 2 years old, for a different manager/team and even a different location (relocated to this location). Jessica (new manager), Matt and the whole team truly go above and beyond and show genuine interest in ensuring every customer has a great experience. I am often offered options (if available), flexibility with pick-up times and a sincere follow up call to my previous rental to ask for feedback. While I have not encountered any issues (some issues cannot be avoided), I have no doubt they would be handled professionally and with care. Thanks Enterprise Bath rd. Team! Original: I don't normally leave reviews but the service at Enterprise, specifically Oliver, is beyond exceptional and merits a review. I work in customer service and I appreciate the little things. I am greeted by name, they always have my preferences in mind when selecting a vehicle and are always happy to accommodate for special request. I have used their competitors, due to unique last minute situations, and their service and care pale in comparison. While I can only give 5 stars, if 10 was an option, you would have it!!! I recently booked a truck rental here and at first my experience was great. The representative I dealt with over the phone was friendly and helpful and I was able to get a quote and all my questions answered easily. I called back less than an hour later to book the rental and the rate I was quoted had changed from $207 to $307!! This is an unacceptable company policy to me, the price I am quoted should be the price I pay if it's booked within the same business day at least. I am extremely dissatisfied with this quality of service. I understand that rates change but not $100 in an hour!!!!!!!

Rented a moving truck; not only was their customer service fantastic, during the move we ran into a few hiccups including traffic that we didn't account for. They were very helpful with this and exteneded our return time without charging us any additional fees. In addition to this, I called explaining some of the other competitor pricing we had been looking at and they ensured we were taken care of given the specific needs of our move! We will be back to rent again! Highly recommend!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lindsay and all the staff at Enterprise provided outstanding customer service. They dealt with my insurance company and handled most of the communication and paperwork. They also picked me up at home as I had no other vehicle. They gave me a brand new vehicle as a rental and followed up to make sure I was fully satisfied - I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've been renting from this location for about a year now, and every rental has been a pleasant one. The staff are friendly, helpful, and effecient. They always let me know the latest deals and have my best interests in mind each time.
