I was looking for details on the most current travel restrictions so I gave this agency a call. I must say it was the biggest waste of time, unless you are a person who speaks Arabic it makes no sense to give them a call. The minute the sales rep realized I do not speak his language he became very rude and began asking repeatedly "what do you want" without giving me the opportunity to even try to respond.

Immediately ignored my request during a phone call, were dismissive and hung up. Apparently they do not book flights to the US. Interesting. Terrible customer service.

I went there after seeing all the good reviews and I am really disappointed with their lack of interest in assisting to find a good deal with different airlines. My wife also called them for getting the tkt price and their behaviour was very unprofessional.
