Have used them since the 90’s for travel to Cuba and have always been 100% professional and trustworthy. For example: I needed to rent a car in Cuba for 30 days at the last minute. Everyone told me that there was nothing available that all cars where reserved. I called A. Nash and told them what I needed and there was no hesitation there fist answer was “No Problem” When I arrived everything they promised happened exactly as explained.

Dealing with Nash to plan a trip to Cuba was a nightmare. Slow response times, conflicting stories from one email to the next and poor, unhelpful customer service. They also claim to offer better prices than you can book on your own, but if you do your homework you will find that not to be true. You can find the same rates if not better directly from the hotel websites with more liberal cancellation policies than Nash will bound you to. If you check other travel sites or do a simple Google search, you will find plenty of people who have had similarly poor experiences with A Nash Travel. I wish I had vetted them better prior to trusting them with my trip.
