I moved to the Kootenays and was lucky enough to stumble upon Jarrod's name when looking for a home. I replied to an add for a house at 10pm on a Sunday night and within 5 minutes had a phone call from Jarrod, and he remained just as engaged through the whole process. Jarrod walked through a handful of homes with my girlfriend and I, and was incredibly patient helping us figure out the market as first time home buyers.
