Our first experience was good. We were seated in an SUV as there were only two of us, we changed the pick-up location at the last minute with no issues. Our second experience was very different. They called us at the last minute (called us on the Monday for our Saturday trip that we booked in December and experienced in June, however they did not follow up so we did not connect until the day before our tour). They changed locations on us with no notice. We were put with another group that had an hour long stop at one of the locations due to their connections - meaning we were left there in the heat just standing around for over 30 minutes. We were starving before this and already couldn’t wait to get to our lunch stop, so we were particularly frustrated when the driver told us that the other group we were touring with were just paying and collecting their bottles, only for us to see that they still had glasses on their tables. We waited and waited, expecting that our driver was being honest and the group was getting ready to head to the next location. They were not. Had we known it would be this long of a wait, we would have gone to the restaurant and sat down so we could have enjoyed our time on our private tour that we paid to be on (and were not notified AT ANY POINT BEFORE THE TOUR!), we would not have agreed to do this tour. This last taste has put such a sour taste in our mouths we will be looking at our options for cancelling our August tour that was purchased previously.

We have been on both a group and private tour with Vivid and the experience was top notch! From pick up, to drop off, we had the best time. So many laughs, and a great experience. Drivers that went out of their way to make our day enjoyable. Our first tour was a group one. Harlan drove all the way into Vernon to pick up my husband and I, and brought us to the rest of the group who came in from Kelowna. We got to the first stop 15 mins early so our group wasnt there yet, so Harlan asked if we would like to see if we could get into a winery down the road for an extra tasting instead of just waiting in the car for 15 minutes. Um Yes please! He didnt have to do that and it was very appreciated. Our 2nd tour ended up being a private one and our driver, Vicky was amazing. She is just so fun and energetic and had us laughing the whole time. She even tried to get us into an extra winery at the end of our day, but they were just closing up. Talk about above and beyond. I would recommend Vivid Tours to anyone who is looking for a tour company that will go above and beyond for you, who is committed to you having a safe and fun experience, and who genuinly appreciates your business. Book with them and you wont be disappointed. Now we are counting down the days to our Osoyoos wine tour with Vivid in May!

We had a great time at each winery (6 hrs, 5 wineries), and then the owners made it possible for us to catch the end of a brewery tour (2 breweries). It was so much fun! Laura (and Bobby who was shadowing Laura for the day) were absolutely amazing!!! I had been on other wine tours, but this was by far the best one. We did a public tour with another group we didn't know and Laura and Bobby so seamlessly made it a very fun experience for all of us. Great wine tour overall. Honestly nothing bad to say here. Lots a wineries. Lots of wine and a great tour company. Bobbi vibed with the group and herded us like sheep from one location to the next. She was really fun. And the pacing was great. If I HAD to give more critical feedback it would be that I wish we could spend a little more time at each place to walk around and explore. But I guess that’s why they have full day options instead of the half days ones that our group got.

Thank you, Sach!!! We had an amazing time on the West Kelowna tour for a bachelorette party. Sach was such a gentleman and easy to talk to - it felt like a friend was driving us around for the day. His photos of us were OUTSTANDING which he transferred via Air Drop after each stop on the tour. He set the mood with fun music, had clear yet easy-going communication about logistics of pick-up and the schedule for the day, and even bought us a couple bottles for us to enjoy on the beach at Frind before our tasting! We went to some smaller wineries too that I hadn't been to yet which was really nice as a semi-local resident. The schedule was perfect with ample time to relax after every couple of wineries. The lunch spot at Two Eagles golf course had delicious food, a view, was perfectly timed after our second winery, and had a menu with great variety and very reasonable prices! The van was in immaculate condition with strong air conditioning, softex seats that your thighs don't stick to, and cold bottled waters for part-way through the tour (he said his wife helps him detail the van - rockstar team!). Thanks again for such an awesome day, Sach!!!

Disappointed but ended well. Somewhat expensive for three winery visits. Did the Sunset Sip presenting us with our first at ExNihilo. Nice place but our presenter of wines just brought out the four tastings never explaining the types of wine or giving us any history of the winery. Next was Blind Tiger. Our presenter of wines did a fast job. We were not seated. We heard her say she was bored. This was an hour wasted looking at chickens on the grounds. Horrible place. For our finale we ended up at Peak Cellers which recovered our distaste for the tour. Wonderful staff and beautiful place. Final words, our son a week before our tour went on a wine tour with a different company which offered a nice snack in the bus all for the same price we paid. I can only add that the 3 bachelor's and driver, Chad, were great company. We would not recommend this tour. Not worth the money.

We were in Kelowna for a night and booked a last minute sunset sip tour. The booking process was seamless and Sach was an amazing guide who was lovely to chat with and had great recommendations for every spot we went to. We really couldn't have planned it better ourselves and are so happy with booked with Vivid tours for our one day in Kelowna. It truly exceeded all expectations. Would happily book again!

Our guide Laura was amazing to deal with and ran everything very smoothly. The tour itself was fantastic however there were promises made by the company with no follow through. Our tour was initially booked for Summerland and changed to Naramata. We were told that we would be given a bottle of bubbly or a refund for the change as it was a less expensive tour. Unfortunately neither happened.

We really enjoyed our experience at vivid tours. While we wanted to give them five stars there was one thing that really threw us off. The tour guide was lovely but early on informed us “I’ll be taking pictures on my phone and I’ll air drop them to you later” we politely declined and said we would prefer to not have photos taken of us. The other guide took a picture without even asking and both guides seemed unconcerned with gaining our consent for the photos. I know this may seem minimal but it did deter us and was the only damper on our tour. At the end of the tour the guide went so far as to say “ o don’t care if you don’t want any pictures, you’re beautiful and I’m taking one”. It just made us feel slightly uncomfortable.

Courtney called me 20 minutes before arriving to pick us up. Upon greeting us, she explained all the Covid safety precautions and went over what to expect for the afternoon. She was courteous, lovely, and had the perfect amount of engagement with us. My friend and I hadn't seen each other in quite some time, and I appreciated Courtney letting us chat to ourselves while we made our way to our tour locations. Once we arrived at the wineries, Courtney took care of making sure we got to our tasting, and carried out our purchases afterwards. Upon wrapping up our day, we discussed possibly going out to dinner after we were done, and Courtney made the effort of calling some establishments for a reservation. I felt completely taken care of and treated with professionalism and respect. An excellent representation for this up and coming tour company. I would definitely book with Vivid again!

We were on evacuation alert and had to cancel our tour but when it was rescinded they managed to find a spot for us and go out of their way to pick us up from our air BNB. what a wonderful day! we went on the west kelowna half day wine tour and had Sach as our tour guide and he was amazing! very informative, kind, and helpful. he took photos of us that were incredible and air dropped them to us every stop along the way. the bus had great seats and air conditioning. overall a wonderful experience and a great way to see kelowna/taste some wine! 11/10 would recommend :)

Two tours within a week. We enjoyed the Scenic Sip in Kelowna, which was a great tasters pack of some great Vineyards. But the show stopper was the Elevated Osoyoos Tour, which was a step above with the quality of the vineyards and the wines. Our guide Harland was knowledgeable and fun to be around for the day. If you want great Red Wines, and want to go to prestigious wineries. This is your tour.

First time doing a wine tour. We were out on our honeymoon and the day prior wineries changed their policies due to covid, forcing Vivid to cancel our tour. But Vivid tours was quick to contact us and able to find another spot that fit our schedule. They went above and beyond to make it up to us. Our tour guide was very welcoming and friendly. The wine slushie at the Blind Tiger was amazing! Definitely will use Vivid next time we visit Kelowna!

My partner and I booked a half day wine tour with Vivid Tours Kelowna during August 2020 and we will absolutely be booking with them again! The experience was effortless from a booking perspective- that included me changing the dates of our tour within a week of our scheduled date, and the Vivid Team was very workable for us. Communication was both swift and straight forward. We appreciated the reminder text message with clear pick up instructions prior to our scheduled tour and found that our tour guide was promptly on time for pick up at our hotel. This made it very easy to plan for our tour even without access to a vehicle. We absolutely loved our tour guide- he was very personable and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our experience. He took tons of pictures for us- he ensured we got some great photos to commemorate our experience and it definitely added an extra special touch. Furthermore, we felt that our guide has a superb rapport with the vineyards and definitely made it feel like a more relaxed experience. Additionally, the vineyards themselves were all incredibly top notch. We loved the variety of wines showcased- from a smaller organic vineyard, complete with adorable rescue animals, to a classy beach front vineyard. Overall, we cannot say enough good things about the experience and are absolutely looking forward to booking with Vivid Tours Kelowna for our future wine tour experiences!

For my birthday back in July, I booked the Osoyoos tour and it was amazing. First, I started off with not knowing if I wanted to the Oliver or Osoyoos tour, their owner reach out to me immediately to give me the benefits of each tour and what to expect to ensure I picked the right tour. Amazing!! We went on the West Kelowna wine tour the day after we got married and it was fantastic! Our Tour Guide Sach, was awesome, such a great guy and so much fun! The tour was great, there is usually a minimum amount of people for tours and they saw that we had just gotten married and took the two of us, our own little private tour! It was so nice of them! Highly recommend this company and their tours and hope you are lucky enough to get Sach as your guide!!
