Recently did a first ever wine tour while in Kelowna on a holiday. After doing some research online I chose Vines and Views and overall was very impressed with the entire experience. It was a group tour but there was only one other couple and our driver was pleasant and knowledgeable and professional. We ended up going to five different wineries in West Kelowna and although I'm sure you could have done all of this on your own, it was very nice to have a reservation at each winery with a private tasting. Mission Hills lived up to the "hype" and I'm glad we chose that as part of the tour. Overall it was a 5-star experience and most definitely worth the money. I will add one important piece of advice: check your wine purchases before you leave the group. We had the unfortunate experience of not checking our box of wine bottle purchases until several weeks later when we returned home only to find that our driver had mistakenly given our most expensive bottle to the other couple on the tour (who live in a different city). I was a bit distraught that this happened and even though it definitely was an easy mistake, I appreciated that Vines and Views made the effort to send us another bottle (not for free but at a significant discount). Would definitely recommend this company for your wine tour!!

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely 5 hour tour with Rod as our guide.We visited 5 vineyards and also had an amazing lunch at one of them. The two young couples that joined us were wonderful and a great time was had by all. We will do it again next time we come to Kelowna. Thanks again Rod

My best friend and I booked this tour on the first day of our girls trip to Kelowna... It absolutely did not disappoint!! We had Bart Dilschneider and he was absolutely amazing! It ended up just being the three of us on the tour and he was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and just the kindest man. We so much enjoyed our tour and would 100% book it again (and request him!!!!!!!!)

Did this tour for my friend's bachelorette and absolutely loved it. Gary, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and made our experience so memorable. He went above and beyond what we expected - even brought snacks and prepared a whole spread for us with crackers and cheese when we needed a break. And, he knew his stuff. He gave us a lot of info about the Okanagan Valley, the different wineries, the wine itself. He was happy to take pictures of us and gave us tips and insights the whole time. I would highly recommend this wine tour!

A great day soaking up the West Kelowna sun with visits to five wineries, including Mission Hill, Quails Gate. Rod, the driver, was extremely knowledgeable, a great photographer, and just and all around fun guy. Definitely recommend for those who want a carefree day and hopefully you get to the Indigenous World Winery as well - great way to end the day.

We had an AWESOME wine tour on the July long weekend with Vines & Views. We did the West Kelowna Tour which featured 5 fabulous wineries selected by Vines and Views - we bought a bottle (and then some) at EVERY winery we stopped at. Our driver (and guide!) was polite, very accommodating, and informative when it came to all the wineries we visited. He kept us on schedule, but we never felt rushed or like we were waiting around. All of our wine was labelled and boxed for us so we didn't have to worry about keeping track of them or putting them at our feet. He was waiting at the till after every purchase to carry out bottles back to the van. We will DEFINITELY be back again to do another tour with Vines and Views!

This wine tour blew my expectations out of the water. Everything from our bus driver Gary who was the best & kept us entertained during all of our rides to and from wineries, to the wine tasting itself, to finally our boat ride on the Okanagan where Nick, our boat captain, made the entire boat ride wonderful. The entire experience will be one to remember and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a wine tour to consider Vines & Views as they gave our group of 9 everything we were looking for and more! We got collected from our air bnb by our driver Daryl and taken to five really diverse vineyards. The service was excellent and Daryl took care of our wine as we purchased it from each vineyard and was always on hand for picture and additional info about the area. I would highly recommend this tour!!

We took a Stagette wine tour and it was the best day. Everything was extremely organized and our driver was so much fun. We enjoyed all the wineries and appreciated the variety of wines. I never knew I liked white wine so much, it was interesting to be able to try wines that I would usually not buy in the store. I would definitely recommend Vines & Views to anyone taking a wine tour, especially for a Stagette!

The shuttle driver rod was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable. The tours themselves were a let down. There is no “vine tour” you are put in a room given some wine to drink and then showed to the room to buy the wine. No one at the winery explained the wine process or the vines or even showed us the vines. So disappointed. Don’t understand why we paid $170 to try some wines and no see anything.

I've been fortunate enough to enjoy the day with Vines and Views twice now. I can't say enough about the experience. It was wonderful, starting with the exceptional customer service during the booking process, the accommodating pick up, the fabulous personalities of both guides, and the quality of wineries and tastings chosen for both tours (not to mention the amazing scenic routes travelled between)! I can't wait to do another tour with Vines and Views during my next trip to the Okanagan! Thank you Vines and Views :)

We did the West Kelowna Tour, currently on sale for a great price. We were able to choose some of the wineries we wanted to visit which was a nice option, the driver we had (Kevin) was fantastic, keeping us organized all day and even going as far as chasing down my hat that went flying in the wind. Great company, look forward to using them again!

Me and my friends went on this tour yesterday. One of my friends could not make it due to the fires in penticton. I called to ask for a refund thinking it wouldn't be a problem, the receptionist was very understanding and didn't think it would be a problem but still had to go through the owner. The owner then called me back saying she would not refund it because the roads were not closed and didn't understand why my friend couldn't make it. They were evacuated later that day. Hopefully their house doesn't burn down... anyways my friend who couldn't make it called the owner himself only to get in an argument and a 50% refund. Being locals affected by fires you would think that you shouldn't have to argue circumstances like this. The tour it's self was okay but we were rushed. We wanted to have a glass of wine at our second stop but an older lady on the wine tour told us that's not how wine tours work. She said we taste the wine, buy bottles and leave. I feel like everyone else on the tour was shocked. For 120 dollar tour you shouldn't have to feel rushed and be able to take your time and enjoy the day. Perhaps they should group according to age and goals for the trip. However, Rod our tour guide was amazing. This man deserves a raise. He's the reason I gave 2 stars.
