We booked this tour last minute, or recommendation from our friends. Booking online was easy, and we managed to find a tour available 1 day prior to. The price was reasonable. Our guide texted me the day before to confirm, and replied with a funny GIF, which really set the standard for a fun time. Our guide RYAN picked us up at our hotel, in a very comfortable and clean mercedes sprinter van. We had a total of 7 guests from various hotels, and Ryan's fun, well organized and professional conduct had us all friendly with each other before the first stop. In total we stopped at 4 winery's and one distillery. Very stop was excellent and very special in its own way. Ryan was very knowledgeable and guided us at each stop, as well as in-between. He also has a very impressive skill, which i will leave as a suprise, but i highly recommend the tour, and especially Ryan as you guide. We had the best time ever.

Great tour around Kelowna area. Our tour guide Ken was PHENOMENAL- not only did he know the wine making process but so much history and personal stories about the area and winery’s that it really made the day so enjoyable. We had the option for lunch and Ken took us to Table 19 on a golf course and had such fantastic stories, jokes and recommendations that it was like having lunch with an old friend. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I booked an Uncorked Wine Tour for our honeymoon to the Okanagan this January. Though some of the wineries were closed being in the off season, we never would have known it! Ryan, our tour guide, was immensely knowledgeable and personable. Deb was a great help in coordinating our tour and was extremely accommodating. The relationship this tour company has with the wineries shows. It felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us at every location we visited. We would definitely book with them again, and would highly request Ryan. We couldn't believe all the "tricks" he had up his sleeves ;)

Ryan was amazing! Came here for my bachelorette party and had an AMAZING time. Would 100% over and over recommend this tour. We went to amazing wineries and Ryan was so knowledgeable about all of them and gave us little tips about their wines. The wineries themselves were also amazing, I don't drink red wine and they were accommodating to that so I didn't miss out on 3 glasses. The tour is reasonably priced and well put together. The other group we went with was hilarious and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Ryan is also a fantastic magician and I'm trying to still figure out how the heck he does it.

Awesome time today with our guide Stuart. Day started abit shakey with the tour bus breaking down before pickup, but my girlfriend and I were still collected on time in what turned out to be a rental. We wouldn't have even know if they didn't tell us. Great flexibility. Stuart was an amazing guide. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about wine, but he provided a tour of the area that only a local could provide. Very impressed would definitely suggest to others and book again.

Great day. Jeff was a great host and knowledgeable driver. The highlight was the people who joined us on the tour. We enjoyed the smaller wineries such as the Nagging Doubt, and the Meadow Vista Honey Wines. The larger wineries felt rushed.

We did the Westside Trail Private Tour with Ken at Uncorked and had an absolutely incredible time. Ken was extremely friendly, funny, professional, and knowledgeable and made our group of 6 feel totally comfortable and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our tour. Deb was very friendly throughout the booking process and helped to answer all my questions, and helped set up tastings with the exact wineries we wanted. Their COVID protocols allowed us to feel comfortable and safe throughout the day. I would not hesitate to book with Uncorked again the next time I’m in Kelowna!

We booked a last minute trip to Kelowna and decided last minute to book a wine tour. Uncorked was the first business to show up, after browsing we quickly came back to Uncorked as it was clearly the best option out there. We booked the top shelf winery (for 2 people) which according to the website is their most popular tour. The day before communication was good with both Deb through email and Jim through text. We decided to upgrade to Mission Hill (which I definitely recommend doing as this is quite a property to see and try out!). On the day of arrival it became clear that we would be the only ones on the tour that day. Jim was our guide and gave us the best ever experience we could have asked for. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the wines, he is a GREAT story teller with many stories to tell and quite the charmer. It was easy to get along with Jim right away. We went to 5 different wineries: Quail's Gate, Mt. Boucherie, Off the Grid, the Frind and Mission Hill. Each one seemed to top the previous one and I could recommend every single one of them. During lunch Jim kept us entertained with many stories of his many travels. Quite honestly, the wineries were amazing but Jim was absolutely the highlight of the tour. If you book a tour with Uncorked, ask for Jim or if Jim happens to be your tourguide, ask him for a story. I can guarantee you that you will have an amazing time. I ended up buying too many bottles of wine and I know that while enjoying those, great memories of the tour will come to mind. Thanks for everything Deb and Jim. All the best during future travels! Long story short: if you are looking for a fun, entertaining tour performed by amazing guides visiting the best wineries, book uncorked now!

Fun, wine and more fun. I'm never the one that likes guided tours. But I made the exception while in the valley, and I'm glad I did. My sister and I signed up the day before and lucked out because there was a cancellation. Due to technical difficulties the company had the company's owner drive us around. Jim made the day! #ohjim. We went to four wineries and a brewery. The other folks on the tour were awesome! So much fun. The wineries all knew Jim and our tour. In short, this tour made our trip. Will definitely be back.

We had Jeff for our tour guide, who was very nice and helpful. He was new to the company but still tried his best to be as informative as possible. Great experience with Jeff. The part of the tour we were a bit disappointed with was how rushed we felt at each winery. This definitely had nothing to do with the tour guide but more so the layout for the tour. We were hoping to have the opportunity to buy a bottle and sit down to drink it if we chose to. However, the tour seemed to be based on a specific time schedule and after the tastings and a quick peek around the winery we were taken to the next venue. The morning seemed a bit more rushed than the afternoon, and the tour finished earlier than we expected. This tour could be good for first time Kelowna visitors who just want to try tastings at different wineries, but not as good for a bachelorette or girl/guy groups that are in the area to party or hoping to have a sit down experience that gets you a bit tipsy. As a side note, we did go on a tour three years ago that was much more enjoyable as we were given the opportunity to sit down if we wanted and enjoy a bottle at the wineries. I’m not sure if they’ve changed the agenda or if we just got lucky with that guide or tour.

There are not only endless companies in Kelowna that offer wine tours, but each offer a variety of options. Needless to say we had a tough time deciding, we ended up booking the Lakeshore Top Shelf Tasting with Uncorked Wine Tours. I honestly don't think we could have been pleased with our choice, our guide Ryan was absolutely amazing! He really tried to make our experience one to remember, he even added in a couple extra activities we weren't expecting. We learnt so much about wine and how different growing conditions in the Okanagan can create different tasting grapes. OH AND Ryan is a professional magician, he pulled out some absolutely insane magic tricks, we were absolutely floored. It really was above and beyond, if your looking for a really fun tour Ryan is definitely your guy! P.S. if you go to Summerhill Winery try their Zweigelt Icewine and Syrah Malbec Rosé

There are a lot of tours to take and I figure it comes down to the guide to decide which would be best. Jeff was a fantastic guide and made the tour a 10. Very easy to talk to and knowable about wine. This was my first wine tasting tour and I’m glade we booked with uncorked. He had a lot of suggestions outside the tour for our next day exploring or the area. Also the sprinter van was baller.

My friends and I had such a great experience with this tour that we can't recommend it enough! Unlike previous tours that we have done in the past (in the Okanagan and in other areas) this one was by far the most fun. We left it up to Deb and Jim to pick the wineries based on some simple descriptions of the types of wines we like and the tour was perfect. It was informal, fun and we came away feeling like we know a lot more about wines (we were far from wine experts before the tour.) I highly recommend Uncorked Tours if you enjoy a glass of wine like we do and are looking for a fun and enjoyable day of seeing the beautiful Okanagan area.

Well if you’re after the “fun” wine tour, these are your guys. Deb was great. Not only fun but also very knowledgeable about the wines & wineries and also learned some facts about the area. They will put together a customized tour for whatever you are wanting. Especially liked the little details, the cold towels at the end being my favourite. Highly recommend them & would definitely use them again.

Uncorked Wine Tours with Steve was AH-MA-ZING :) Just a quick background - married, avid traveller, enjoys a place that is friendly on the wallet but definitely will indulge in luxury from time to time. Canadian through and through....born in Alberta but lived most of my life in Vancouver. Hopefully the review will be helpful for lots of you :) I decided to join the Summerland wine tour by myself and although I've backpacked alone before this was going to be a new experience. I lucked out by going on a Wednesday since it was myself and another young couple. Steve made all of us feel like old friends and really set a fun tone for our tour. He has such a great abundance of knowledge to share and interesting facts that will delightfully surprise even "common" visitors like myself. The wineries we went to (I can't spoil the fun by naming them!) were different and unique. Even the place where we had lunch was fabulous. If there is a company that you should do a tour with well Uncorked Wine Tours is IT! But don't my word for it....you should go on one

Jim and Deb were absolutely fantastic. Myself and a friend had originally signed up for one tour, but due to us being the only ones we were moved to another tour at no additional cost. There was some mix up with hotels and pick up but Deb sorted that out right quick and got us to our first stop before first pour! She was so wonderful and knowledgeable about the area and gave us an awesome run down of the wineries we were about to go to. Jim took over from there and he was so much fun. Told some great stories and kept it fun on the bus! They went above and beyond to make our tour amazing and I would highly recommend. We went to some places I never heard of, or would have thought to have gone to and now they're among my favourites!

Our small birthday group of 3 had quite literally the BEST time with Deb and Jim. From the first moment I spoke with Deb on the phone prior to booking, I knew this was the company for us. We came from out of town and knew very little of the area, and Deb made everything easy. They both organized the perfect stops for what we were looking for. We had a great little lunch at a lovely hidden spot, and everything there was delicious. The entire day felt like something from a fairy tale - we were picked up from our accommodations, driven around in a comfortable bus with lots of little fun facts about the areas we passed tossed around as we went. Jim knew so much about where we were going, it was so fun!! Every stop had it's own little quirk, and when it was time to take us home we were all so sad to say our goodbyes. Long story short, stop looking elsewhere - call and book your getaway asap!!!!
