???? Our family and friends loooved the tour! We had such a great experience and we will defiantly book again!!! Nothing better than cruising the Okanagan on a hot day on a tiki boat! Then stopping for a refreshing swim! We had great customer service for booking and an amazing boat Captain! So professional, safe and clean! We even booked a wine tour for next week on the tiki bus! Thank you Tiki Time Tours!! ????????????

AWFUL TOUR COMPANY STAY AWAY. I wouldn’t recommend this wine tour company. Among some other things: - didn’t provide an extra service we paid for on top of our wine tour and won’t refund the amount extra we paid for it ————— updated to include this: the owner comments below they told us that what we were paying for was 1.5 hours only. They never communicated that once. I went through every single email and text and there is nothing that states this. The restaurant was so busy we weren’t even able to order dinner in an hour and a half. The driver left because we couldn’t even order and weren’t even close to be able to leave. We asked to be refunded for the service they did not provide (the ride home) and they wouldn’t. It was an extra $30/per person and there were 8 of us. We had to pay for taxis above this. And she claims she provided the service, but clearly did not if we had to find our own taxis. - didn’t communicate with us about the sharing of a bus with people we didn’t know because when we booked they said one group per bus. — again edited to add that ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE in our communication was it mentioned that we would be sharing a bus. - sent 3 emails and 1 auto text message requesting a tip before the wine tour even happened - didn’t go to any of the wineries we requested Was not going to say anything about this at all to her until we received an email requesting a review. When I talked to Carolina directly about it she did not apologize or take any responsibility and screenshotted pieces of previous conversations that were not relevant to the issues with our wine tour I was bringing to her attention.

BEST. DAY. EVER! What an amazing experience we had with Tiki Time Tours and our delightful driver/captain, Maria Hart. The boat itself is next level cool with all of the tiki-themed decor. It really set the tone for a super fun day. Maria was so patient with us and was able to squeeze in all of the things we wanted to do on the lake. I can't wait to book again! THANK YOU :D

This is an awesome time! It was my second year in a row, this year was for a bachelorette. Ken the driver is the best. So nice, funny, and really makes sure you have a good time. Highly recommended and will be back again next summer.

There was a group of ten of us that boarded the tiki boat. There was plenty of ice and water and two coolers to store our stuff. The captain was very hospitable and friendly. Having a bathroom was an excellent touch since the weather wasn’t great and no one wanted to be swimming. Despite the weather we managed to have a great time. There was awesome music and plenty of dance floor. We brought a good spread of food that fit nicely at the bar. All In all we had everything we needed and I would definitely do another tour again.

Jason is not professional at all. Would not call to discuss billing, hides behind text and email. He would not admit to his disorganization and his own staff admitted to this. Left him VM to discuss but only hides behind texts.

We did the tour on the tiki bus with Kenn and it was absolutely amazing! The highlight of our experience in Kelowna!! The best dad jokes, bus driving and overall wine experience you can imagine. He didn’t care at all that my friends and I absolutely killed his ear drums with our terrible drunken karaoke on the bus! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a fun atmosphere, host, and party atmosphere for a wine tour.

Great experience. Easy scheduling, payment and pickup/orientation. Value was outstanding. When I didn't even get a courtesy response from the other larger boat rental companies on the lake when inquiring about rentals, these guys stood out for such quick responsiveness and value. They will be my first call next time I'm on Okanagan Lake.

Amazing people! They made our day , with extremely great service! We rent a Pantoom boat with Tube that's seating 3 people( perfect for kids as well ) we was family of 7 people.. boat was in perfect shape ,clean , with all life jackets and Bluetooth in the boat made this adventure even better! Have to say huge thx to person who make it happen... his name is Jason ... he did perfect explanation about boat instruction and give us a couple tips ! Definitely 100% recommend this place !!!!!!!!!!!!

The tiki boat tour was set up for us by friends for our joint bachelorette/ bachelor party. It was amazing. Beautiful pontoon boat, great tour and Captain Scott was the best !!!!

The pontoon boat broke down due to mechanical issues so we had take the tour three hours later than we wanted. And after a couple schedule changes and changing plans of our own we were running late and apologized but the main host was super rude. We told her we didn't mind if our trip was cut short due to the conflict but she rudely told us off. Despite this our boat driver ended up having a great attitude and we were able to enjoy the boat ride. Since it was Canada Day long weekend the Tiki Beach Bar was also very backed up and the bartenders seemed to be overwelmed - I felt so bad for them I gave them a huge tip even though it took us about 45 minutes to order drinks.

great time on the Tiki boat.....Captain Scott was fantastic and accommodated the group nicely. Great sound system and a chance to cool off in the lake ! .............added bonus of a toilet on board ( especially after a few drinks :)
