Make sure you read the FINE PRINTS as soon as you get the confirmation. I booked a room with a representative called Brad. In the time, he told me over the phone that I could cancel my room 30 days before with 100% refund. I wasn't sure if I would be able to go, but I moved forward with it because the cancellation policy he told me. Now 40 days before trip, I'm trying to cancel it, but he left the company. It says on the confirmation that is $100 cancellation fee. The confirmation was sent after he tells me otherwise over the phone. DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR WORDS ARE WORTH NOTHING!!!

We booked our very first family reunion for New Years Eve in Sun Peaks. Carl Neil, The Lodging Company was our agent that handled our booking. From the beginning he was very professional and offered a variety of choices for our family. He was able to meet our budget and was helpful with reminders of payments leading up to the vacation. Carl had to deal with our family in Vancouver and Toronto and he was a pleasure to deal with. We had the best family reunion and we hope to book again with Carl next year! Thanks Carl!

JUNK and BAIT AND SWITCH! We booked at Kimberly Ridge Condos in Kimberly BC and walked into a nightmare. Here is how the first day went: 1. burned out lights everywhere 2. No towels 3. Bbq wont light cause it’s 122 years old 4. Gushing bathroom faucet 5. 1 pan only… and the worst left over assortment of pots, pans utensils etc 6. No wifi 7. No paper towel 8. A hot tub that looked like the water hadn’t been cleaned, ever 9. No drapery or blinds #10... No hot water!! Remember it’s winter! And #11... the place was so dirty, we looked for bed bugs and roaches. BTW did I say it was $405 per night.. Cheap, unkept, 80s, broken, and lied to.

We went to snowmass and the apt. we rent was great. It was very well equipped, beds were very comfortable. We also made our lifts and equipment reservations with them and everything went smoothly. No problems at all and very easy. When we arrive we had our lift passes and equipment reservation on our kitchen counter. We even needed urgently print some papers and they help me with this too. I send an email to the office and they printed for me, all I have to do is walk into the office and ask for my papers. We love the service Madison gave us. Was very helpful from the start to the end of our journey.

Booked a condo in Beaver Creek, CO with this company. The unit the advertise for The Charter property is NOTHING like we received. I took a step back into the 80’s. Definitely outdated and overpriced. Renters be ware, what is advertised is more than likely not what you will get. I was told at booking that they are individually owned units, but expected that each unit would be some what updated, as the picture advertised. NOT SO! I will not be booking again with this company. I could have done better research on my own, than putting my faith in this company to steer me in the right direction for a vacation with my family. Dissatisfied Customer!

Well within 2 minutes of entering my dates for travel this fabulous woman Stephanie Bowbell calls me and within 10 maybe 15 minutes I had a place where I didn't think there was anything affordable left. A big shout out to Carl Niel’s excellent customer service. When I sent an email to inquire about a property in Canmore, Alberta, he was the one who called me and sent an email as well. That particular property was already sold out but he was able to find another one available for me and within my budget. I love the fact that I didn’t have to wait long for information coming from him. He was prompt and professional! I have booked our ski vacations two years in a row with The Lodging Company. I talked to Rebecca Pattie for both vacations. She was very helpful in recommending a resort that fit my family's needs. Rebecca was very knowledgeable about the different resorts and offered helpful information on where to go and what to do. She was quick to respond on phone and email; she was always cheerful to talk to and patient in helping me figure out the best place to go that fit our schedule; and she provided me with all the details and tips I needed for our stays. The properties were great and always as described. Rebecca always offered several options at different prices points. We were always able to find a property that fit our needs exactly as we had kids and extended family traveling with us. Check-ins were easy. Since I am the one to deal with all the details for our trip, I really appreciate Rebecca providing me with all the information I need plus extra tips so I am prepared. I am already planning to book another vacation through The Lodging Company and look forward to discovering a new resort with Rebecca's help!

I was looking for a special place to celebrate a mile stone birthday for my husband and needed a large home that would accommodate our family without having rooms full of bunk beds. After searching on my own for days and coming up empty handed, I found the Lodging Company and reached Adair who literally, within 10 minutes, found the perfect home for us! This place exceeded my expectations in every way. Adair was so efficient and professional. She continued to make my planning easier by finding me a second accommodation for a few extra days, connecting me with a caterer, bakery, grocery delivery and concierge service. She handled discounted lift tickets for us and recommended equipment rental options. Her communication was excellent both before the trip and during to make sure all was going smoothly. We recently came up for the Shotgun Pond Hockey Tournament. The tournament was fantastic, skiing was amazing, accommodations were beautiful, clean and close to all amenities. The person that helped me knew the resort so well that they actually recommended the best place for my family. We absolutely loved our recent stay at Big White. Our accommodation at Sundance Lodge exceeded our expectations. The room had real Canadian charm and the facilities and location were fantastic. Carl Neil from the lodging company was amazing - he answered my emails promptly (even after hours - as I was emailing from Australia). Carl also phoned me. He arranged our transport from the airport and ski hire as well - everything went very smoothly. I would recommend Carl Neil from the Lodging Company and Big White as a destination to all my friends and family .I hope to return one day. :)
