We booked a limo for our wedding day, and despite some last minute changes (on our part), everything went smoothly. The communication with the office was quick and clear, the limo was nicely equipped, the driver was punctual, professional and friendly, and the rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

Edit since owner response- The number of people in my party never once changed, now you're making things up LOL. I asked for a quote on the SUV limo and the Vegas style limo, you got your "managers" approval for 2 hours of service while I was on the phone with you. You gave me a price for both limos without telling me the price for the Vegas style limo was only applicable if I booked for 4+ hours. ????????‍♀️ Use your brain...You made a mistake and should have eaten the cost on your end. Now instead of 2 hours booked this weekend, you have none. ????????‍♀️ Very disappointed. I was quoted 1 rate on the phone when I specially asked for 2 hours of service. When I go to book, I get an email with a higher price and they say there is nothing they can do about it lol. If you make a mistake when quoting me, that's not my problem. You need to stick with what you said and deal with the price difference on your end. I shouldn't be the one covering the extra cost, especially when you admit you were wrong when I call you to discuss it. Won't be recommending this company to anyone.

We booked Kelowna Limo for a wine tour between Xmas & New Years 2016. There were 14 of us. We got a stretch limo with a great driver & tour guide. He knew all the wineries & the winery staff. he called ahead to some of the smaller wineries that you'd miss otherwise & got us in. All of us agreed it was over & above our expectations & priced less than the other wine tour companies we called. Kelowna Limo is our choice for wine tours whenever guests come to town. Left our arrangements to the last minute but Reddy and Elaine were very accommodating and made things very easy. Great rates and Ann was awesome. She had great knowledge about the region and knew which wineries we should visit. She went out of her way to make appointments and reservations. Would definitely use again.

We have used Limo services twice in 2020 and 2021 for transport to the Big White ski resort from / to Kelowna airport. Both times we received excellent service regardless of the weather conditions or airline delays. Operations and management are very informative and responsive. Drivers are very helpful and always on time. Cars / Busses are always clean and comfortable.
