Great activity to do on a warm day, whether a tourist or local. The cruise we went on surprisingly had LIVE MUSIC! By a man named Mic. He was great. The bar service was good. We did not order any food but it looked and smelled great. I highly recommend this cruise. Great price for value too.

One of the best things to do in Kelowna is cruising the lake! Very professional staff, friendly and PUNCTUAL! We enjoyed our tour around the lake. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Took my dad on the evening cruise while he was here visiting from Ontario and he had an absolute blast! The Captain was energetic and fun, which made the experience even better. Giving 4 stars only because we noticed another evening cruise leave before us and stay out after us so it felt like ours was a bit short.

Paid $50.00 for a party cruise that was supposed to include appies, not one person i knew on the boat got one. The bar ran out of multiple kinds of alcohol, and the line ups for the only 2 bathrooms on board were outrageous. I tried to contact the owner, and didn't get a response until the following month! The captain seemed annoyed to have to be there. And a girl fell into the lake when the boat wasn't moored correctly. It was a memorable night, just not a good memory.

Started out with having a few customer service hiccups. And boarding with a large group of tourists. The captain was fantastic and totally made it up to my family more than I could have asked for. We will definitely be back next year! The food was delicious as well. Im so impressed as to how our hiccups were handled. I also want to mention that we have been on a lake cruise out of Pentiction as well as one in Harrison Hot Springs and this by far was our favorite!

Season Greetings

My family and I enjoyed our trip. We came Easter weekend and was the first day open for the Kelowna cruise, it was a bit chilly because we had to stay up top as it was considered an outdoor deck. Captain Mike and his crew were very friendly and informative of the lake and surrounding areas. The trip was $40/person and for an extra $12 they offer a burger with salad. A choice of beer, chicken or veggie. During the trip, we got to see some very expensive houses and go under the bridge.

I had the pleasure of being a bridesmaid at a wedding held on one of their houseboats. What a great venue, cozy enough for all to mingle, great backdrop for photos, a nice breeze and a helpful crew. I can't say enough good things about Mike and his team who went out of their way to help us with all the small and large details that come will a wedding. They were very flexible and helpful about decorations, timing, food and drink. A really good time was had by all.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Everything from the food, to the music, to the atmosphere was terrible! They didn't play a single song from this century, it was all very old music. It would have been nice to throw in even one song that was slightly modern. There was a large family on the boat with at least 6 kids running around, screaming at the top of their lungs and throwing water bottles. The parents just laughed. The steak was the worst I've ever had in my life. It was tougher than leather and they threw a pound of pepper on it to season it. Also, by the time they called everyone down for dinner, the majority of people had actually already got their dinner so they ran out of potatoes! I honestly want my money back. It was not worth a single penny.

Call the number to book tickets but can never connected for three days, we finally book tickets online followed their website instruction, but when we arrived their tickets booth near the dock we found there are no staff there and actually no cruise service that day. We wondering how they manage the booking. Kids feel disappointed and our trip plan was disrupted.

We had our wedding in the boardroom boat and everything turned out amazingly. The crew did a great job in helping everyone had a great time and the food was excellent. They took care of the food, dj, table clothes and chair covers, dinner ware and officiant helping make our wedding planning easier. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We celebrated my girlfriends 60th birthday on the Rock & Roll cruise last night on The Lake Lounge and it was fabulous. Musician Floyd was amazing as usual, the bartender was very entertaining and friendly and of course Captain Kelly gets us out on the lake and back safely! And, as always, Captain Mike went above and beyond by inviting us to stay on the boat after it docked to enjoy birthday cake! A fabulous time was had by all, despite the inclement weather ... we just keep coming back!

Recently took a sunset cruise with my wife with kelowna cruises. Boat was nice, but dated and the weather wasnt great so couldnt enjoy the top deck. What warrants this 1 star review is the meal quality. We both ordered the Salmon dish and were shocked when we saw the chef cut it out of a freeze bag right in front of our eyes. He then baked it and dumped nearly a litre of water out of the pan before taking it to the bbq. The buns were also frozen and actually impossible to cut. For $75 I would expect much more. Avoid this dinner cruise if possible.

For our dinner rehearsal we had the dinner cruise and it was such an amazing idea!! All of our guests loved it and it was such an awesome surprise! Mike was incredible and we would recommend him to anyone! He made the cruise fun and laid back and accomendated any of our needs. The food was fantastic and cudos to the chief who did everything himself! It was such a great experience and wished we could of stayed on it all night! Thanks Mike for giving us such a great time, we will cherish this memory forever and maybe one day party with you again!

The Cruise was the perfect length of time, I didn't try the food so I can't speak on that behalf but there wasn't too many people on the day I went making it very comfortable. The view was amazing and there's also a bar upstairs for the adults that are looking for a nice place to relax!

Very poor experience overall. Dinner quality was horrible and lack of preparation was evident. Almost seemed like they over-booked the cruise as the upstairs deck didn’t have enough space for everyone. Besides that the boat was pretty old and could use some refreshing (so could their music playlist) but that is not the main reason for the poor review; just a suggestion.

Went on the sunset cruise July 21, 2019. We do not have one complaint. The food was delicious, the staff were excellent and the entertainment was awesome. We will definitely go again. It is great to be a tourist in your own town.

I had forgotten about this experience but was reminded after seeing them on Castanet hosting a cruise against PHO recommendations. A couple years back had friends visiting town and we were all excited to cruise the lake- what a disappointment. I would have jumped off and swam to shore if I wasn't hosting company. The boat was dirty, mouse or rat droppings in enough corners that we quit looking - the appies were good, or at least the 4 of the 7 of us that got one each said they were anyway. Not surprised to see this outfit breaking covid rules to make a $ - this boat should be flying the skull and crossbones .

Me & friend did the sunset dinner cruise on Saturday the 29th and it was one of our favorite parts of the trips. Tip: make sure you arrive half an hour early for up top seating. We did and didn't have to wait long. We got seated at the bar which was no issue! Kane the bartender was awesome, quick and gave good drink recommendations. The chef Eva made amazing food and was very filling. She also came up to the top deck to chat and we really enjoyed getting to know her. The views all around were beautiful and you got to see some sides of Kelowna a little closer up. We recommended this to a group of girls on our vine tour and they booked for Monday night so we hope they really e joy it and will tell all our friends back home that this is a kelowna must fo!!
