An incredibly enjoyable time. The two of us (couple) despite it being a rainy day we had an incredible time, learned a lot about wine, the wineries were rather low populated at the time as we went just after summer which main the experience far more enjoyable. Due to a less chaotic day as I'm sure summertime would be, we were able to stay at the wineries longer and were allowed additional tastings. Matt (our tour guide) is very knowledgeable in more things than just wine. He picked up on any conversations going on and gave his input even if it didn't revolve around Kelowna or Wine, the input was extremely appreciated. The lunch was absolutely delicious and all locally produced. Thanks to this lunch we have a new and higher standard to grape eating. The best way to describe the lunch is by looking at the photos, it was great knowing that Matt brought extra food in case if we ran out and were still hungry (which did happen, a couple of times). We were staying in a motel in Penticton (best cost for us) and Experience Wine Tours were open to where to pick us up. Not sure if they pick-up outside Kelowna but we chose a more convenient location with a large parking lot to meet. Pro tip - Go on wine tours with newly-weds, you get additional wine tasting (we had 2 in our group)!

Such a great wine tour! My bestfriend booked through EWT and our driver Richard was the BEST. Extremely professional, friendly and very thoughtful. He had prepared us this fantastic charcuterie board with all fresh/organic and local cheeses, fruits, spreads and bread. My gfs and i had such a blast throughout the whole day, our drives to the wineries was so much fun as he let us blast our music and dance and karaoke in the car. Im sure he could have used some earplugs. Thank you so much for such a fun and unique experience for a bunch of mommies needing a break!

Matt was so knowledgeable on the area, history and helped answer all of our wine-related questions along the way. Amazing tour with amazing service! We were a group of 8 and visited 6 beautiful wineries. Craig was an incredibly kind, knowledgeable, entertaining guide for the day (if you can get him, you should). The lunch provided was local, fresh and delicious - made even better by the gorgeous view from our picnic table. We never felt rushed and all our expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend Experience Wine Tours and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I can't say enough about how amazing our wine tour was with Experience Wine Tours. We loved every winery we visited and Matt (one of the owners) was a phenomenal guide. You can just tell how passionate Matt is about Kelowna and it's food and wine community. He had so much to tell us the whole tour about the area and his connection to the wineries we visited was amazing. The picnic charcuterie lunch was SO GOOD. Just a beautiful board that really showcased the bounty of the Okanagan Valley. Seriously do not miss this wine tour when you are in Kelowna. You will regret it if you do.

Our tour guide, Craig, was prompt and had a wealth of area knowledge. The van had an excellent retractable extra step, which made things much easier for the older people in our group. The extreme quality of the lunch was the difference between 4 and 5 stars (see my photos). The staff at the vinyards we visited were all very friendly and overall we had a great time. I would recommend this operator to my friends and family.

This was our first wine tour and it did not disappoint. We chose the Naramata tour as it included a picnic lunch and a chance to see more of the Kelowna area. Richard our guide was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We stopped at 5 wineries that were all unique and excellent quality. The "picnic" lunch featured incredible charcuterie boards served at one of the beautiful wineries. We ate our lunch while overlooking the vineyard and lake below. Shannon was also very responsive to our questions when booking and we reserved a spot the day before the tour with no issues. We will be booking with Experience again for all future visits. WOW!!!! That's all I can say! I would give this 100 stars if I could! Experience Wine Tours exceeded all of our expectations. We took a tour of the Naramata Bench. It was our first time doing a guided wine tour and it was fantastic. Our driver/guide was David, and he truly made the trip all that it was. He was on time, funny, and soooo knowledgeable. Our entire group was so fun and myself and my friends had an amazing time. The lunch (which is included!!!!) was delicious as well. All the wineries we visited were accommodating and friendly as well. My friends and I have already said this trip will be an annual one, and we won't go with any other tour company except for Experience. Don't wait - BOOK YOUR TOUR WITH THEM IMMEIDATELY!!!! :)

Highly recommend. My friend and I did the Naramata Bench tour with guide Craig. Craig was very hospitable and did a great job of looking after and educating everyone about the area. Our tour was 7h long through 6 different wineries and 33 wines. I ended up taking home quite a new bottles as the wineries we visited were boutique style and not the usual Mission Hill (thank god)! A charcuterie lunch was included (see pic) with unlimited replenishment and it was definitely required after 15 wines in a row.????????????enjoy!

Did some research and settled on these guys for an April tour of Kelowna wines, went to five great vineyards and the lunch provided was excellent. David was a fantastic host, driver, lunch wrangler and all-round entertainer.

The charcuterie lunch he provided was incredible and the portions were huge. At the end of the day we even got little gourmet chocolates. The five wineries that he is selected for us to go to were really good and we enjoyed the tastings. The employees there did a great job as well. I would recommend Experience Wine Tours.

We were lucky enough to get the last booking available for a Private wine tour with Experience Wine Tours during our Okanagan vacation. David our tour driver was exceptional on all accounts, he was extremely professional, yet made the entire day fun. He was very knowledgeable about not only "everything wine" but the Okanagan region, even if you think you were familiar with either of them remotely well. Great winery selection, delicious scone breakfast (courtesy of David's wife's baking skills), full spread charcuterie lunch was absolutely perfect in a winery setting and held us well through to the end of the day. Our wine tour with Experience wine tours was awesome! We booked the Kelowna tour and communication with Shannon from the beginning to the end was very professional and prompt. Richard, our driver, photographer, chef, sommelier extraordinaire was fantastic!! We were initially thinking that we would have to eat something else after the picnic lunch but it was a very deluxe spread and more than filling. We would highly recommend them, in fact we have already begun recommended them to friends and family after the great day we had! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Diane led our tour and is a licensed sommelier, and an excellent driver of a great big Ford Expedition Max. It easily fit the 6 of us (3 lovely women and three, perhaps overly large, men). We had a fabulous experience, great stories, great wine, great food and beautiful views. We did the Naramata tour and it is highly recommended and a great value. Ask for Diane - you won't be disappointed!

This year was our second time doing a wine tour with Experience tours. The first year we did a public tour with David and it was an absolute blast. Last year we opted for a private tour with Bare wine tours and it really did not compare. David was our tour guide again this year and we had such an incredible time. He is very knowledgeable about wine- he definitely reads the group to see how much info they are looking for. It was a bit of a different experience this year with the covid19 situation going on- all tours are private with a total max of 6 people per tour. We felt safe on the tour. We made several changes to the number of people coming in the weeks prior to the tour and they accomodated all of the changes which we really appreciated. We did the South Okanagan tour and really enjoyed the wineries we visited. The charcuterie lunch included is absolutely delicious as well! I can't say enough good things about Experience tours. We will be booking with them again next year.

Visiting Kelowna for the first time, a wine tour experience was a must do. I've been to wineries in the Niagara region in Ontario and they really don't compare to how amazing Kelowna wineries are. Experience Wine Tours was amazing and I will definitely recommend to family/friends that plan to visit Kelowna. Craig was amazing, I really enjoyed his knowledge and everything he did that day to make the day memorable and ran efficiently! The tour is organized very well and I couldn't believe how smooth the day was with a 5-winery itinerary. Each had their own "personality" which I really liked and each had their own approach to wine and the tour. My personal favourite was Hatch and I really liked the introduction at Quails Gate to see where the wine was made and stored. The charcuterie style lunch was delicious and previous reviews speak very highly of it as well! Overall I had an AMAZING time and definitely will consider the other tours that Experience Wine Tours offer. Thank you for a great experience!

I recently went on the Naramata Bench tour and my expectations were far exceeded. We had Craig and he was amazing, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. He taught us all how to properly taste wine and gave us a lesson on the basics of vineyards. The wineries we toured were all fantastic, and Craig’s tips were extremely helpful. The charcuterie board lunch was delicious and consisted of local produce and house made spreads. I will definitely be back to do the West Kelowna and Kelowna area wineries with experience wine tours.

We were already impressed with our precious tour with them, but they managed to go above and beyond that already high expectation with our recent trip during the pandemic. Not only did we have a private tour for our group of four, David, our guide, made sure we had the best seats in the tasting room. We had an exceptional experience touring the wineries around Kelowna. They were able to accommodate us even though we were out of the way, staying at Sparkling Hill. Our tour guide and sommelier, Richard, was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The locally sourced charcuterie he whipped up was beautifully presented and equally delicious. He was also conscientious of our preferences and made recommendations to our wineries to taste specific wine. We simply had a fantastic time.

AMAZING experience! We had Ryan as our tour guide and the day was just perfect. He did a great job at reading the group and knowing how to interact with a group of ladies on a stagette. I have been on wine tours before and this one was the best by far. We had private tastings at each winery we went to (summerhill has a back room for private tastings, all previous wine tours we did the tastings in the front busy area, this tour we got the private room.) The picnic lunch was full of delicious local foods and it was set up in a beautiful location. Ryan made any stop we wanted and was very go with the flow kind of guy. We didn't feel rushed at all and got to enjoy each and every stop. I will only be booking with this company for wine tours from now on when in Kelowna.

We did a 5 hour wine tour with lunch. It was wonderful and we had such a lovely day. Prior to booking the tour communication with Shannon was fantastic and she was very organised. Matt & David were our guides, there was a group of 10 of us which we split into 2 groups due to Covid-19. The drivers were both very cautious and safe as to Covid-19 protocols. All the winery stops were great and we had plenty of time to explore, drink and take photos. Our favorite stop was Kitsch Winery which was conveniently the last stop. Lunch was a lovely touch and we were very satisfied afterwards. Thanks for a lovely day!

My boyfriend and I had never done a wine tour before and we got a recommendation for experience wine tours through a facebook post. We had booked through another company for a little less money, and we are so thankful that we cancelled and rebooked this one. We didn't know what to expect at all but this lived up to everything we thought. We wanted something all included (with lunch etc). We got brought around beautiful wineries and our tour guide Richard was fantastic! He treated us very well. Even on our last winery we asked him to join our table and we had some laughs (no wine for Richard of course). Overall great experience and lots of great facts shared. Even met some great people!

The most incredible day! The wine route was amazing, with a real variety of wine styles and wineries. The tour was definitely the best value with the charcuterie board for lunch- without a doubt the best I’ve ever tasted! Our guide Victoria was so lovely!! The only thing I will say is bring a water bottle as they provide cold water but in plastic bottles!

My sister and I came to Quail's Gate and just began our tasting with a wine connoisseur, when the tour guide from this tour company came in and asked if his group could join us. She did not mind and we did not have an issue with that yet until he stayed the entire time. I believe his name was Richard, he would interrupt our connoissuer to add to her story or make comments. I thought he was unprofessional and this was rude of him. As soon as we finished with the last sample, Richard asked Lark to take his group to make purchases, not leaving any room for questions for us or his own group. He definitely gave a bad impression and I would not want to be booking any wine tours through this company especially seeing how he was rushing his group and ruining the experience for those customers and my experience.

We had a small private 5 hour tour booked with Shannon and Matt. The entire process from booking to completion of the tour was amazing. Shannon kept in contact via email and text from start to completion of the booking and tour. Matt is a very knowledgeable guide and was looked after all our purchases. The picnic lunch provided was an amazing selection of local cheeses, meats etc and the presentation was superb. Our entire group would highly recommend Experience Wine Tours and Matt and Shannon to everyone. We decided to tour with Experience Wine Tours on our honeymoon in June 2016. My husband was reluctant, it didn't seem like his idea of fun. Well, happy wife happy life as they say and I booked us in anyways. David was our guide and he completely exceeded our expectations. He was professional and knowledgeable, but personable and fun. Each winery was unique and we received great service at each one. The picnic lunch was 10/10, way better than I could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend Experience Wine Tours to anyone and we will definitely do another tour next time we are in Kelowna.

We have done several tours with Experience Wine Tours and they have all been fantastic! Matt is very friendly and really does a great job of tailoring the tour to everyone's wine preferences. The lunch platter is amazing, and we have found some of our favorite wineries through these tours.
