Excited to book our honeymoon, we planned a day off on Saturday afternoon to go here and get things underway! We showed up at 2pm and they were closed! The hours online said they were open, the hours on their door said they should be open, and they weren't! No notice on the door, nothing! Lights were off, open sign was off, and nobody was home. Very unprofessional business behaviour! We eventually ended up driving to a location in another city and they were great.

In my opinion they are awful! DON'T GO NEAR THEM. I had them booking various business trips for my staff and myself. Being a frequent flyer with Air Canada brings many advantages. These guys booked a really expensive return business trip for me to Hong Kong which would have go a long way to keeping my status with Air Canada. According to Air Canada, they cheeped out and booked it on a tour ticket which meant I got none of the points or benefits I was due. If you're a frequent flyer, this means a lot. I have been chasing them for months - the owner has never made an effort to talk or appolpgize. I had spent a lot of money with them in the first 5 months of this year. NEVER AGAIN!!! You can get much better results yourself on the internet. Don't believe a thing they say.

My wife and I went in to gather information and book a cruise. We were met by a lady sitting at a desk. She was very friendly, however when we told her we were interested in Carnival cruise, she steered us away from that and towards Celebrity cruise lines. We spoke for about a half hour and left our information with her and she was going to contact us with a quote for a cruise in June (date was flexible if other dates wee cheaper). The next morning I got a generic email from the company as if she put me on a mailing list, which is fine. A few days went by and I did not get any emails from her. I did some research myself and found celebrity wasn't really in my price range. Makes me wonder if this is why she didn't contact me back. Very disappointing since we originally wanted to go with Carnival which it turns out was very much in our price range and we were able to book one with someone else with ease!

We have been booking vacations with Susan since planning our wedding in 2015. What sets it apart from other experiences in travel booking is just how comfortable she makes you feel with the entire process. When we booked our wedding, every single detail was handled by Susan and Rachel. We were constantly surprised by the little extras that they somehow negotiated without us knowing, from a room upgrade to special treatment on site, every little touch and every little detail was thought of and taken care of. Now let’s talk about a vacation that we booked on our own without using a travel agent. We accidentally forgot to take the credit card that had initially booked the room and long story short, we had to cancel the reservation and pay for an entire new reservation on a different card. Let’s just say it was high stress situation that could’ve been avoided had we used the services of Susan. Covid has certainly brought its fair share of travel hiccups and once again Susan always makes us feel completely at ease with the whole process. If you are considering a vacation, whether it’s air, hotel; resort or cruise, just use Susan. She makes you feel like whatever could go wrong they’ve got your back and goodness knows in 2022 we can all use a little extra reassurance!

They have no machine to take a credit card payments. They Insist on writing credit card numbers and expiry dates on paper with your signature If lost, your card could be used improperly. This is a stupid practice. Don't agree to it. Ended up cancelling my holiday because they were unable to process my payment securely. The travel agent offered no value added. The travel agent looked up on his computer publicly available information. Any reasonably intelligent person can do the job the agent did without any training. The hours of operation are terrible. The agent was inaccessible to me. I'm sorry that I went to this agent. I lost my booking. I could have booked the holiday easily myself. The agent turned out to be a nuisance to deal with.

She even found a deal where the flight left from London versus driving to Toronto. Stephanie made all the tour arrangements for each port and when one of the tours had to be cancelled, she went the extra mile and gave us other activity options. Our trip started with a Limo taking us to the Cruise terminal which added a special touch to our vacation. Special arrangements were made for meals, which included making sure that her one client with celiac was royally looked after. This travel agency is completely inept. Do not trust them. We booked a trip to an all inclusive for a destination wedding months ago .numerous attempts were made to have them send us our itinerary but they failed to do so. Needless to say the dates and times had been changed with out our knowledge to 2 days before we had originally been told and we therefore missed our flight. they did nothing to compensate us for the lost $3600+. We found out that day that they had charged us more than double than what the advertised price was on Expedia. we are quite certain that in fact they had screwed up and never booked us for that trip but took our money. then tried to sneak us in last minute to prove they had. Date of issue is for the day before we were to leave. We are currently trying to warn as many people as possible about this. We missed our friends wedding and are now out $3600+....criminal.

The seats booked were so weird and the hotel room was not satisfactory. Upon putting our concerns through, she negatively responded instead of understanding the customer. My wife and I had never been on a cruise before we met Paula. She made the whole process a piece of cake for us. Choosing the right cruise line and ship was the most important step in the whole process as this can make your experience great or really bad. She guided us through the process and provided us feedback when asked for. She even called up the different port authorities to confirm whether we required a special visa as we were not Canadian Citizens. She got us good deals and helped us choose the different options on the ship. After we booked our first cruise, the cruise line had a sale on the same cruise we booked. Paula called the cruise line for us to get us the lower price but wasn't able to but she was able to get us a stateroom upgrade. This shows her commitment to her clients. She helped us set up our online account with the cruise line and guided us through the process where we had to fill in a lot of our details. She even printed and mailed us copies of our booking and luggage tags so that we didn't have to do that. She walked us through the whole boarding process without which the boarding could seem like a daunting process. She also went out of her way to give us a surprise (something special) that was ordered and placed in our stateroom. Paula was very patient and professional and always looked out for us during and after the booking process. Based on our first cruise experience with her, we have already booked our second cruise for October of this year and are planning to book our third one for next year. I am very confident that I will always use Paula's services to book all my future cruises and highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Won't be using them again. Because of covid they wouldn't cancel cruise for April 2021 even though you can't get a flight. But you can pay in full and get a credit for your next cruise or book the same cruise,but that cruise doesn't exist for 2022. So you can cancel and we will keep 150.00 of your deposit. Below average travel agency - the manager and Expedia just wants to sell quickly and really pushes certain cruise lines like Norwegian Cruise Lines even though they are not suited for older clients and they have not a lot of knowledge about them. They are very friendly but far better prices (especially flights) and advice elsewhere. If have an issue with your cruise, they avoid you like the plague and hope it goes away - I would not recommend them to anyone.

If you’re ever looking for a great travel agency, you can’t go wrong with Owen and Colette at Expedia Cruises in Oakville. I know many people figure they don’t need a travel agent and can just book online, but when things go wrong, as they did on our February/March cruise earlier this year, Owen and Colette were with us every step of the way. While many people were panicking onboard, trying to change flights, etc., Colette took care of everything for us so we could relax and enjoy our extended journey home from South America.

The excursions were at a fair price, but some could have been a little longer. Namely, the one to the art gallery and the diamond tour. We were rushed a bit and we did not get the chance to look throughout the gallery. However, overall I was very impressed with everything. I went on a retreat vacation with Nicole to morocco a couple years ago. First in for most I can’t imagine being able to do all the things I did on the amazing price that her retreat offered. So many cities stops experiences tours it was amazing. It would be impossible to coordinate such an inclusive first time trip on your own. Even more important we had an amazing guide and driver that kept us so save the entire time. Never once were we concerned we always knew we were great even when we were hiking in the Atlas Mountains in the dark, riding camels through the Sahara, and walking as fast as we could manage through the souks to see all that Fez had to offer! September 23, 2018 we left for Scenic Cruising "The Inside Passage" Alaska with the Holland America Line. The scenery on our cruise was nothing less than spectacular, the weather was favorable, and trip plan was well executed. A schedule of events was provided every day, in such a professional manner, and so many choices of beautiful events, and we did as many as we could. I would highly recommend this cruise with Holland America, it was a wonderful experience, loved Juneau, Ketchikan, Edicott Arm, Skagway and we had the best Wild Alaskan Salmon ever. Loved working with Gloria and Kim. I would give 5 stars for the two of them-the two stars are for the management. There’s some kind of shadiness going on with Expedia plus points in this office. Have gone on 5 cruises since 2016 and have only ever received points for 1 cruise. Have tried numerous times to find out what happened to my points but no one seems to know. Cancelled our last booking because we just don’t feel like we can trust this office. Never received a phone call nor email asking why we were cancelling nor anything. Amazing! We told our agent why we were cancelling (we booked direct with the cruise line instead). Not sure if she shared our concerns with management or not. Just got to a place where we felt concerned that they had so much of our personal information. Will book direct from now on.

The owner of this location Janet Maxwell was incredibly rude when it came to having to give me my money back due to our cruise being cancelled by covid 19. She would not return my calls, and would barely answer my emails regarding my refund. When she finally felt like sending me my money back, she added “you’re welcome for letting you use my credit card” to her email, as if she’s holier than thou because I paid the deposit on a debit card. I’ve never had such an awful customer experience and will absolutely tell everyone I know not to give her any business as clearly she doesn’t think she doesn’t needs it if she discriminates against someone for paying with a debit card. If I could give zero stars, then that’s the option I would have chosen. *** November 18-2020: just a follow up regarding Janets response to my review. To this day she has not apologized OR addressed how extremely rude she was to me. I expect because she still thinks that kind of behaviour is acceptable. I will still tell everyone in Victoria that I know to not give her any business.

We discovered our flight was cancelled Saturday due to snow at our connecting flight in the USA. We were suppose to arrive the morning of the ship's departure. Our agent, Ruth, was contacted by her staff at home on her day off after we contacted them. She worked for the next 3hrs to find us an alternate flight. Absolute worst travel agency. Our vacation, which they, booked was cancelled due to COVID restrictions last year. The money is stuck with WestJet and has to be refunded through the travel agency. I asked for a refund in Dec but the travel agent did even bother to respond. Now we really need this money back and the travel agent has sent me emails saying she doesn't have time to make the request. At this point all I'm asking is that they get my money back. I'll remove the post as soon as they process the refund. If this post remains posted, you know that they didn't assist :(.

Booked a flight just weeks pre Pandemic in 2020. First issue was that the wrong flight was booked. All correct information given and none of our information was used to book the flight we had requested. Decisions were made by this travel agent without my knowledge and consent. Poor relay of information from the travel agent as time passed and I was the one always asking questions about our refund to find out that this person FORGOT she had cancelled our flights in March 2020 and we were never told. Found this out 18 months later. Would communicate to us, after we sent an email, by a phone call . I could then not refute what she said as it became my word against this agent.I was told information that was proven untrue , told to shush as that this travel agent would lose their job, that they dealt with West Jet as my third party, to get my funds returned and had no confirmation email from West jet, that they didn't know the last name of the agent who approved my fund transfer and that this travel agent did not want to “rock the boat” , that they trusted this West jet agent and that I would get my funds in 10 to 12 weeks with to confirmation of anything…. The unprofessionallanism was flagrant. Had to deal with the manager , who resolved the issue within hours. I am keeping a close eye on this return in funds , its a wait and see!!!
