Tracy and Kim are very professional and are always eager to help with planning our trips. We use them whenever we go on vacation, typically 7-8 of us travelling. We love how they help plan out our entire trip; from car rentals, hotels, transfers, and flights, and have answers to all our questions. One example of both Tracy and Kim's fast acting skills, was when we visited Italy (all 7 of us), and they were able to get us 2 rooms in Venice. While our family members in Italy couldn't find an available rooms. We would HIGHLY recommend Tracy and Kim to all our family and friends..... We have already booked our next trip! ????

Tracy is unprofessional and NOT very helpful. I have an email in which both Tracy and Kim quoted me a price and I asked them to confirm that there were no other extra costs or hidden fees...the following was Tracy's response to me: I had asked the following question: 2. You quoted $1,233.66 is there any other charges we should be aware of or is this price it (all fees and tax included)? Tracy had replied: the price I have quoted is total including all tax and one piece of checked baggage per person... The day of our trip, we were told at the airport that our luggage was NOT included and we had to pay $75.00 per person to check in our luggage...I had to pay for my family of 4...a $300.00 unexpected cost I did not budget for, because my "professional" travel agent assured me this was taken care of in the price she had quoted me. When I reached out to Tracy requesting that she offer assistance and a solution, her response was for me to contact Delta's customer service... Where was her Customer Service to me! Why was she not calling to find out how she could fix her screw up. Getaway Travel is located in Uxbridge - We DO NOT recommend these "ladies" for your travel needs.

Getaway travel was fabulous. Tracy listened patiently while I listed all my requirements for a last minute holiday ( all inclusive, direct flight, leaving within the week etc) . Then she came up with 5 different options that matched my wish list. Just as she said, there was no extra cost involved by using their professional services, just an increase in our comfort at travelling. The weather was not that cooperative so next time ( & yes there will be a next time using Getaway's services) I will check the 2 week weather forcast before I push " Yes let's go". I would highly recommend Getaway Travel for booking your next trip. Did you know that the internet based companies and Getaway sell vacations for the exact same price? Why not shop local and have some personal service rather then buying off of a website? If something goes wrong, Tracy and Kim are always there to help. Can you say the same about the person that answers the phone from a website based company?
