Wendy and I just returned home from a wonderful holiday on the "Rock" which we shared with 40 great people. Our tour guide, Floyd Walden and our driver Russ Davidson bent over backwards to make sure we enjoyed our selves. The weather was great, only 2 days with a little rain. All the hotels were excellent and the food was interesting. This was our last province to visit in Canada and we made it special for our 50th anniversary. Keep up the good work DeNure, we will be loyal travelers with you.

Very disappointed in our recent experience with DeNure. We were on their recent 'Grand Tour of Italy' and our tour group was subcontracted out to an Italian agency that did not have the same standards. We were put in questionable hotels and led around by inexperienced guides and drivers. Ask questions before travelling with DeNure or better yet, book with another company!

We have been long time customers of Denure Tours taking almost 20 trips since 1994. The place we like best is St. Pete Beach going there more than 10 times. Their only shortcomings occur when we phone to book a trip. We have had horrible experience with at least one particular woman who answers the phone.

The December Christmas tour to Ottawa was a disaster from the first stop mad at a restaurant who was not equiped to handle 2 bus loads of people at one time..it got worse. Christmas supper was unbelieveably bad. Everything was ice cold. In 1952 I was on the front lines in Korea and they did a better job than we had at that meal. The tour director tried to gloss it over with the cheapest crappy wine I have ever tasted. It was the worst trip I have ever been on PERIOD. Highly OVER priced and real CRAPPY meals. They should give everyone back $500.00 to compensate for the lousy trip. They dont even deserve 1 star

I have been travelling with Denure for 40 years and they are wonderful. I have also participated in the Sunshine Destination trip for over 13 years and was made to feel like family while at the destination. Guides and drivers are exceptional and go above and beyond to accommodate. I highly recommend Denure Tours.
