When we met up she came prepared with flight options and knowledge of airlines and layovers. When I wanted to return to Canada in September of 2020, she helped me book flights home. Without her expertise I would have felt so overwhelmed trying to find and book flights during the pandemic on a short timeline. She worked hard emailing and calling between my family and I to help me get home. Well it was the best advise I could have received! I messaged Caralene on her Facebook page. With in moments I got a phone call. The most friendliest voice with all the answers and info I needed was on the other end! So many emails, phone calls and all with such understanding and patience with my undesisisness and concerns. Very prompt with choices and responses. With in a few hours i had found my trip...Needless to say we leave for palm trees and white sand in Dec ..woohoo!
