I wish i could put 0 stars. First the place is dingy and filthy. Then there is an issue with customer service which i think is their job? I am looking to booka trip to disney and i have never encountered such rude staff. The first girl i spoke with laurie that gave me a quote didnt seem like she cared about me at all. I clearly interrupted her by requesting help. I tried to chat with her and build a rapport but it was clear she just wanted me gone. I took my quote with no details on flights or anything just a price. I called back the next day and the girl that anoswered the phone was the rudest person ever. She said maybe 5 words and clearly did not want to help me. She demanded to know what i wanted, i said details from my previous offer however laurie didnt take any information so i didnt have any info. She then said "fine ill redo it" i then ended the call and i will never go to this "travel agency "again.

I’ve been booking all inclusive vacations with Carol from Breakaway Travel for the past 12 years and each time the service has been outstanding. My most recent family vacation to Cuba unfortunately ended with a lot of stress and uncertainty due to my family having to quarantine offsite from the resort due to covid- Carol was amazing !! she called us daily for updates , advocated with sun-wing reps, hotel reps and the Canadian embassy in cuba to expedite our safe return to Canada. Her involvement from start to finish and great sense of humour eased my worries as I was confident she was looking out for my family and I. No online booking agency will ever give you this type of quality and professional service as provided by Carol at Breakaway Travel. I could not recommend Terri enough and would never travel without utilizing the services of Breakaway Travel.

Great at booking vacations, however anyone can do that themselves through the hundreds of online booking sites. When you need them to investigate a "hiccup" in your plans, they don't even respond. Other than saving you time of keying it yourself, I don't see what value they have.

I booked my very first trip with Breakaway Travel and the experience was great! I didn’t know where to go, what best suited me and what destinations suited my price. I had looked online prior but there was so many options I found it overwhelming and intimidating. I discussed what I liked to do and what my price range was and Terri provided me with many options and answered all my questions. Everything about my trip went perfectly and since have booked other vacations. I find the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I have always been provided many options within my price range. I moved to Alberta and Terri has booked 2 vacations from across the country and with great customer service. All my vacations have been cheaper than any online rates I can find. I recommend Breakaway Travel to all my friends and family, as I feel the small family ran company truly cares about providing their customers with the best travel experience possible for the best price.

Very bad experience with Breakaway Travel. I chose them to book my first family holiday with my 2 sons to Walt Disneyworld and it was one screw up after another from the beginning unfortunately. Various aspects of our trip weren't booked and we weren't given correct reference numbers to book Disney Fastpasses and thereby missed out on several rides. Screw ups regarding payments I had made. I asked about booking a car while in Florida only to be told that I'd have to sort it out myself!! Should have gone with my initial choice - CAA!!
