Great experience for the whole family. From the introduction, the bus ride and the raft guide, everyone was fantastic, funny and informative. Even though the river was cruising way faster than normal, we always felt safe, including the young kids. Great views.

Wow. We had an amazing experience with Jasper Raft Tours! From booking to dropping us off at our hotel after the ride, they were so courteous, responsive, informative, and friendly! Great customer service, great staff. I think I spoke to three people and they were all equally passionate about Jasper and rafting. The ride was great for my family of beginners. All in all, so glad we decided to go on this adventure. We will be back the next time we visit Jasper!

We weren't sure we would get to experience white water rafting this trip. My 4YO and dog were going to miss out. We are so happy our family was able to experience a raft ride together. The guides were professional, and fun! The kids were excited to ride a school bus since Covid cancelled all field trips- thanks Ted for the excellent driving! Norm was amazing with the kids and very informative on the tour. 100% would recommend this to anyone! Fun, safe, and a great activity for the whole family!

It was an awesome experience. Me and my wife wanted to try something that is considered adventure and safe. We selected the right tour. The view was priceless. Our guide was very informative. The crisp of fresh air alongwith mountains and river feels like you are in a lap of mother nature. Really worth to try. I sure do recommend it for the rokkie who want to try rafting and also consider safety as their number 1 priority.

Customer service is above and beyond..from receiving a text to enquire if we needed picking up at one of the hotels..to friendly staff driving us to the river and back..but above all to our two rafting guides..Addison and Joel..(yes we did both the morning shorter float and the longer afternoon)..the guides were fun, friendly and full of information. We thoroughly enjoyed both rafting trips but what made it more special was how everyone from the company were so upbeat and and wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable experience..thank you guys..we will obviously be recommending this trip to our friends..

Ted and Cort made our trip memorable from start to finish. The experience itself was nothing short of amazing. Ted was a master rafter who kept us engaged even while maneuvering the raft. Don't bring a purse or backpack and dress in swim suits or clothes that dry easily as you'll likely get wet. It's a normal part of the trip which adds to the fun. Bring your phone preferably in a waterproof case so you can get pictures along the way. It's also safe to leave your stuff on the shuttle bus. A photo is taken at the end of the trip and is worth every penny of the $20. I would definitely recommend this excursion and will be back. Thanks guys for an awesome time!

Went for a rafting trip when visiting Jasper in Aug 2018. This was a great experience and our guide Carson was a star. We're a ~50s couple so we wanted something relatively safe and this fit the bill. Carson was especially great at entertaining the children on the trip from other families.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was odd that when you booked online there was an option to give gratuity before you even had your trip, but I think they're trying to make everything easier for the participant since most people aren't carrying their purses/wallets with them. We had actually had an amazing guide and when the bus dropped us back at the pickup point I asked him to wait so I could pass on a tip. It was a lovely easy ride, only got a little wet, and we LOVED that we were able to bring our dog. Thank you Jasper Raft Tours!

Me & my wife were at this place on July 1st getting some info after the parade when I took off my ring & accidentally forgot on the front counter. We were ready to leave jasper after a few hours when I realized this. We drove back & my wife went inside. The front staff were very professional three ladies working that day. They recognized her & gave the ring back. We wanted to thank them so much as it was a custom made ring & meant a lot to us. I just want to say this Rafting Company is incredible! My son wanted to go back to Jasper to go white water rafting for his birthday this year and so we took him back. Once again we were not disappointed. My son was so thrilled to get the same guide as we had last year. We had an incredible time. Very accomodating staff. We went for a class 2 river rafting that we enjoyed, our guide Wyatt was very cheerful and very nice, he explained and gave us knowledge about Jasper and the surrounding mountains. Some rates are kinda pricey but worth it. Will use them again when we go back to Jasper
