We spoke with an agent called Thea. She was rude and condescending since the moment we began. We asked her for packages going to specific places on specific dates, and she just told us we were being vague and didn't want to waste her time going through the system. Instead she told us to go to Expedia and do it ourselves. Needless to say, I'm not going back. Thea you should not be in customer service.

AVOID - ESPECIALLY THEA.. Called to speak to a travel agent to get my three daughters flights lined up so they could meet at their arrival at the same time. explained to her that my father is dying and these are his last wishes. HER NAME IS THEA... and she was cold... short... curt and very impatient with listening to me. I'll NEVER EVER use them and wouldn't recommend anyone subject themselves to THEA'S Callousness.
