I have to change my review after the great service I received from CAA insurance. I went in to get a car insured that I was picking up the next day. Tricia provided a quote but explained she was new and needed authorization to set up the insurance. She gave me her word the insurance would be set up and paperwork sent to the dealer by the time I was going to get the car. She kept her word and insurance was ready the next day. Not long after, someone hit me and caused a lot of damage. CAA was great in handling the claim process, answered all my questions, and overall made the process stress-free. Road side assistance has been top notch over the years, always received great service.

I called the Stittsville location to perform a transaction. They told me I had to come in to the office and the transaction could not be done over the phone. I packed up my young children and drove 40 minutes. When I arrived at the office, they told me they needed a manager to complete the transaction and that I had to come back M-F. So not only are they too cheap to schedule a manager during weekend open hours, not only do they not empower their employees, but they also misinform customers.

Unauthorized express renewal from credit card. I guess they get more commission for express renewal. Took payment for a cancelled membership of a deceased member. Veronica Moore says she will not be putting money back on credit card because she doesn’t feel like it. Won’t transfer membership to widower either. It was theft plain and simple.
