Avoid!!! Worst travel agency i have ever dealt with. They add ridiculous fees for no reason just to make money out of you. they charged me and my friend 500 dollars -in ADDITION to the fare difference, which was about 120 dollars per ticket- and they claim it as a processing fees to change your ticket. Everything is electronic, and it doesnt make sense to charge processing fees this high. we ended up paying more than 800 dollars to just change the travel date!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST.

Pathetic, I booked an all inclusive with the agent called Amar, he showed us pictures, features and everything for the hotel Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya, me and my wife were very excited, we arrive to the hotel and first it is not even the same hotel, he sent us to the grand sirenis riviera Matlili which is completely different not even close to be what the agent showed us, we felt like if we were robbed.
